Complaint: Huntington Bank has somehow lost my XXXX payment. When asked to pay late charge and XXXX payment all over again, I complied. I had checked my accounts statement from my own financial institution immediately prior to being informed of the late payment. It showed my XXXX payment. After I returned to my financial statement after making the " late payment '', I found the initial XXXX payment was gone. No trace that I had ever made the initial payment showed up at all. That is either some glitch in the universe or an agent with some XXXX type access making moves of my financial assists from within the XXXX banks systems. I would like this matter to be investigated further.

Complaint: I currently have XXXX car notes with Huntington bank. On XXXX XXXX my payment was due and mailed in in a timely manner as to not be late. The check was stamped and addressed but did not clear my account until late XXXX which put me past 30 days late. I feel this is unfair as I gave ample time for my check to arrive. I have a good credit rating beside this and the negative rating is greatly affecting me and my wife 's ability to do a refinance. our payment was clearly sent way in advance of the due date and should not be reflected as 30 days past due.

Complaint: I had an auto loan through Huntington National Bank. At the maturity of my loan the Bank said that several of the payments they received were outside the grace period. After much discussion of the calculation of their claim I agreed to pay the {$170.00} in " late fees ''. The Bank then declared that I did not pay the {$170.00} timely and reported the matter to the Credit Bureau as a charge -off. While I take exception to the heavy handed method of reporting the late fees as a problem loan my complaint is that the Bank continually reports that {$32000.00} was written off. I have repeatedly tried to get the Bank to report accurately the disputed amount but they refused to do so. Please help me to get them to report this matter accurately.

I attempted to make mobile deposits with the Huntington Banking app via the iPhone. Apple had just released the new iOS8 and the app was n't working properly. The bank cutoff for deposits is midnight. I attempted to make the deposit repeatedly from XXXX on on XXXX and it finally accepted my deposit at XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/14. I contacted the bank 's XXXX number but they said that only my branch manager could help. I reached out to the XXXX branch manager, XXXX XXXX, on repeated occasions but never recieved a phone call in return. I spoke with XXXX and XXXX.
I made the following calls to XXXX to resolve the issue beginning the day I received the initial fees. XXXX branch phone numbers below are XXXX & XXXX.
XXXX/XXXX/14 XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX to XXXX only replied XXXX, XXXX & XXXX. Those voicemails are available via the link.
After XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX phone calls to resolve the issue, I finally emailed the branch manager at XXXXXXXXXXXX.
I emailed XXXX on XXXX to resolve the matter and was told that she would look into it. Then she was gone until XXXX. I asked her to freeze the account so that no more fees would accrue. I checked on XXXX to find out that my account was not frozen and was continuing to receive overdraft fees. To which, XXXX responded, " Huntington Bank does not have the capability of freezing accounts at this time. '' Seriously, a bank has no authority to freeze an account?
Since she was out of the office, I had to go to corporate. After weeks of being shuffled around, I finally spoke with someone at their corporate office and after he checked into it, left me a voicemail stating, " we have had no issues with the mobile banking platform for the entire year of 2014. '' Again, really? I have screenshots that prove otherwise AND, their own updates state that the updates include " bug fixes. " Now, for some reason, Huntington bank stopped hitting my account with " Extended Overdraft Fees. '' The last fee being on XXXX/XXXX/14. How were they able to do that if the bank can not freeze fees?
Because, it is clear they were having major issues with their mobile app conforming to Apple 's iOS 8 update, I simply want the initial " Overdraft Fees '' and " Extended Overdraft Fees '' refunded.
( Also, if an account is negative for so long, why would you even let a charge go through if NOT to just charge another fee? Complaint: I had a bank account with Huntington Bank from XXXX. I had an issue where transactions were being switched around by the bank and my deposits were being held extra days which was caused defaults and overdraft fees. There were also false internet transactions on my account. The bank was informed and did nothing about it.

Complaint: The bank just repossed my car today. They claim the do not have give me written or verbal notice to do so. The bank is Huntington Bank in Ohio. This problem started with them on XXXX/XXXX/15 when I called to reschedule an automatic withdrawal from my checking account to Friday XXXX/XXXX/15. On XXXX or XXXX they took the money out and my account was overdrawn {$350.00} plus fees and other debits there after for total of {$450.00}. However it took them until XXXX to send me a check. I have been behind on my bills and budget since. So today they punish me and take the car.I ca n't believe they can do this without notification. Can you please help? I would like my car back.
