Complaint: I deposited {$150.00} into a sole owner checking account and then they removed it from my joint account with my XXXX son. Huntington Bank ( XXXX supervisor ) filed a complaint internally with in the branch. I had purchased a money order which was lost. It returned to me via U.S. mail. I took the money order to the branch and they stated to deposit the money order. They then charged me {$10.00} for a return check fee. They reversed the {$10.00} fee but my {$150.00} is still missing.

Complaint: Approximately three weeks ago I did an Electronic transfer from my account to my wife 's account. Instead of sending The transfer electronically Huntington sent a check to my wife lives with me in my house. So I called Huntington Banks and told them that they made a mistake and sent a check to my wife instead of an electronic transfer. I asked to my money back, and they said the only way to do it was to stop payment on the checks and to reverse it back to my account. I said ok, would there be any fees he said no but if there are then just call us and we will reverse them. There were XXXX transfers did XXXX for {$100.00} and XXXX for {$1200.00}. The reason for the transfers was to put money in my wife 's account who is with Huntington also. I was charged {$31.00} twice. I called the back and after rudely speaking with me they revered only XXXX the fee 's. I am so mad I am a poor working man and I do not have an extra {$31.00} to give Huntington. I have never been charged any fees with at all never made a mistake, but I did the transfer as they recommend I do at the branch. they tricked me and I want my money back. I am filing complaints XXXX. Please help. The manager that assisted me the first his name was XXXX and the XXXX manager who was rude was XXXX. I just want my money back the {$31.00} dollars and an apology for the way I was treated, it 's like they do not care.

They are using deceptive tactics and gaming the system also Reordering and rearranging purchases to collect overcharge fees from customersWhen ever you file a dispute, your dispute is in the trash bin and wont be approved in your favor, actually they will get the money back from the merchant but they will not let you have your money back, dont know if these guys are at all doing their job or just ripping off peopleI GOTCH YOU type of thingthe customer service stuff is horrible and their managers sitting all day long doing nothing than telling their stuff to say sorry or no to customers.

Complaint: Hello, On XXXX/XXXX/15 Huntington Bank double debited checking account customers due to system errors. My account was affected, resulting debit transactions being declined even though I had money in my account. This was embarrassing and unacceptable. Moreover, My overdraft protection kicked in so i had to manually move that money back to my overdraft account. Once I moved the overdraft money back, Huntington also automatically moved that money back resulting in my checking account to be debited an extra {$1100.00}. We are now over 1 week since Huntington erroneously double debited XXXX folks and my checking and overdraft account are STILL broken. My own money has not been available to me for quite some time. I have been advised different things from various Huntington employees, and so far none have been true or correct. I have chat transcripts and there are recorded phone conversations as proof that I have been lied to on multiple occasions. I am very concerned that this will not get fixed, as we are at over a week since the double debit issue. This is extremely concerning behavior by Huntington towards its customers. At this point I have no choice but to continue to escalate, as I have bills that need paid and transactions I need to complete. Assistance in getting this escalated and resolved would be greatly appreciated. 1. I was advised that since I manually transferred the money back to my ODP account the automatic transfer would NOT apply. This was not true. 2. I then chatted with a bank rep ( I have the chat transcript ), who advised me to just transfer the money from the ODP back to the checking acct. This did not work since the ODP account was in the negative, another false statement from a Huntington rep. 3. I spoke to a phone bank rep on XX/XX/XXXX ( which was recorded and on record ), who promised me the issue would be fixed overnight. This was not true, it had not been fixed.
