I believe what happened was that the car dealership I went to ran my credit without my permission. The car dealership is called XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, VA XXXX. On XX/XX/2018, XXXX XXXX XXXX also ran my credit without my permission.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I went to look at a XXXX XXXX XXXX used SUV on the lot at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. When I got there I informed the 1st person that talked to me his name was XXXX that I had emailed with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and that I had my own financing of up to {$14000.00} he joking said {$15000.00}. He got XXXX out to talk to me and I informed him of the financing and he opened the vehicle for us to look at. XXXX comes out and I tell him about my financing and then XXXX comes back and says you do not want this vehicle it takes synthetic oil and premium gas. Ok I was getting ready to leave as I only came in to test drive the XXXX XXXX SUV. XXXX says come in and let me see if XXXX has better interest rates than XXXX. He said it would be maybe a half point on the credit score as he was doing soft inquiry. I also explained to him that I was still shopping and had an appointment to see a vehicle in XXXX XXXX at a dealer I also explained this to XXXX when I saw him, I was only doing preliminary shopping for a used SUV. I also told him if he had a used manual transmission on the lot he needed to get rid of to let me know. He gets my information and disappears for about 30 minutes. When he comes back I specifically asked him are you checking with BANKS on my behalf and he said NO and left again and went back into another office. Another 30 minutes passes and I was getting ready to leave as I did not think it took that long to find out what XXXX interest rates were. He then takes me over to XXXX XXXX desk and XXXX writes on a scrap piece of paper that he can get me a XXXX new XXXX XXXX manual transmission for {$480.00}. a month. I started laughing and was getting up to leave and he said what can I do to get you to buy this vehicle today. I laughed even more I thought this was all rather funny as I had told him now on several occasions that I had my own financing even showing both XXXX and XXXX the email from XXXX and that I was still shopping and had plans to see more used SUV 's in the next several days. He said we can get you the new XXXX XXXX manual transmission for {$11000.00}. and it will be {$480.00} a month. I said no thanks and left. My XXXX year old son was with me and will attest to these facts also. The next day XXXX calls up and says good new we can get you in the XXXX for {$390.00} a month I was like what ... I told him that I had already told him on several occasions I was not ready to buy nor was I shopping for a new vehicle. Then I get notification from my bank that several hard inquiries had been run on my credit. I contacted the 3 lending institutions that I saw and inquired if any were XXXX financing none were. I contacted the manager of the dealership to give him a chance to correct this wrong. He said he was not there that day and he would check for me. He called back and said that XXXX had not informed the assistant manager that was there that day that I had my own financing nor did he tell him that I was shopping for a used vehicle. That XXXX had informed him that I desperately needed a vehicle. I did not give any one permission to try to get me financing nor did anyone ever ascertain from me the terms I would want to obtain a loan or even how much down payment I had as this information was already in my loan application with my bank XXXX and I had been approved for a loan through them for up to {$14000.00}. on a used vehicle of my choice. The manager said he would not contest when I sent my letters to the credit bureau that they ran unauthorized loan applications without permission using my information. But I find this practice very unethical and they lied to me and I am sure running someone's credit information without permission is wrong and should be prosecuted. I have further received a letter from XXXX that says they declined to give me a loan. I called them and told them I did not apply for a loan with them. They were not interested in finding out that XXXX of XXXX XXXX ran this without my permission. It would seem that every bank that XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX pulled into this scheme of illegal behavior would also be culpable. I am not sure of the number of times they applied for credit for me without my permission or knowing how much I had to put down or any terms that I would want to complete a loan. The manager said XXXX never checked XXXX financing and that would only take a phone call and he did not need my information to ascertain the interest rates from XXXX. This seems to have been deceptive from the beginning nor has anyone informed me the interest rate or any other relevant information that I would need to make a determination. This was deceit from the beginning and these actions have been detrimental to me. These actions have harmed me as now the interest rate of my approved loan will be adversely affected by the deceitful actions of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I will be happy to provide any and all information that you will need along with the contact information for my witness. I have now received a letter from XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX none of these places have I ever applied for a vehicle loan nor did anyone have permission to apply on my behalf. Further, the loan I had from XXXX was a joint loan with my husband and I informed XXXX of this and at not time would I apply for a vehicle loan without my husbands income and his name on everything. The attached letters are coming to me only and this further proves that at no time did anyone at XXXX XXXX XXXX have permission to run my credit as I would not apply for a vehicle loan without my husband being included. I would not do business with any of the banks that have sent me a letter as I have been with XXXX for 37 years and had an approved joint loan from then when I went car shopping. I would never buy a new car either.

Complaint: I have been contacting Global Lending, who appear on my credit file as Global Lendi numerous of times trying to rectify the situation regarding unauthorized inquires but I have been given the run around and told I would be contacted back on numerous of occasions but I have not. Initially I was not even sure what type of loan company this company is but upon contacting them I was told my social security number was used during an application to obtain a loan of some sort. On my XXXX report, there are inquires dates of XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Neither of these did i authorize or give permission. they are a result of fraud. Complaint: I have stayed in contact with them on several occasssion. I have maintained my payments on a monthly basis however recently I have been experiencing financial hardship but still maintained to make my payments. Good payments no return payment history. Every time I speak to some one they advise me because I have already gotten assistance I dont qualify. I understand and advise them that I have every intentions to pay which I do and have statements that show I do and where I have fallen behind due to hardship. Today I spoke with someone and told her XXXX was her name in collections that I had to change my payment date from the XX/XX/XXXX to the XX/XX/XXXX due to financial hardship. The payment was set up and she said her manager will be cancelling my payment and repossing my car. I have done everything I could as a single mother to make sure my car doesnt get repoed and for some reason it seems they just want to threaten me and repo my car. I have not had previous good communication with this company and having to pay my car for 3 years and still owe so much for a 4 year old car worries me even more. I dont know what to do anymore.

Complaint: Several times, I get calls through out the day I ask not to call so many times and asked them not to call so many times they told me they have to call. So right after they would speak to me a co signer they would call XXXX or vice versa and start the process all over like they never spoke to any one. So when the hurricane hit Hurricane Florence they asked if we were okay from storm or etc and advised XXXX that he could do an 3 month extension so he turned in the paper work and then they kept saying oh you have to wait, so they finally called back and said where is the payment, so we explained what happened and they said they see paperwork but it cant be 3 month it has to be a 2 month after to speaking to several supposed supervisors and account managers so we turn in the 2 month paper work and they changed the payment due date, so that was not fine but advised of when we could pay so a few days later a call again telling us we are 90 days behind when that isn't true every time u ask them about there XXXX they say oh now I see the notes, so I asked the balance, they guy says a higher amount and says oh sorry the late fees don't get pushed back with the 2 month extensions so then made an arrangement due to amount being higher get calls again and a rep tells me about my smart a mouth and literally cusses at me. I have never had so much disrespect from a loan provider.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Sales Associate ran credit report with other lenders after I explicitly advised staff that I all already had a pre-qualification later and was pre-approved for auto loan financing through XXXX XXXX XXXX. I told the associate explicitly that I did not wish to have any hard inquiries on my report and that I only was seeking financing with XXXX XXXX and that I only authorized my credit to be examined through XXXX XXXX. I already had credit monitoring and an active credit card account with XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX appears to have ran my credit with the folllowing lenders, which are XXXX XXXX, XXXX, Global Lending and XXXX XXXX all on XX/XX/XXXX. All of these hard inquiries will remain on my credit report until XX/XX/XXXX. I did not authorize for any of these companies to run my credit profile. Complaint: I have request PROOF OF CONTRACT to substantiate a claim that I owed the amount {$3300.00}. to XXXX XXXX XXXX. The XXXX nor the collection agency provide me with a CERTIFIED copy of an authenticated original contract with my signature, Specically Naming XXXX XXXX XXXX as an entity entitled to enforce a commercial claim against me. The Reporting Agency send me onXX/XX/XXXX and updated account Investigation Results as Verified as accurate. But their answer is just a computer generated document with a copy signature that is not mine. They failure to Validate the account and to send me a notarized document that will demonstrate that the " investigation '' was conducted properly. The same happen with a XXXX case charging me with a {$580.00} as of XX/XX/XXXX. Moreover, they have reporting in my credit report a Global Lending Services, for the amount of {$8600.00} in this case I filed a dispute letter that the collection agency fail to informed me about why they failure to follow New Jersey repossessing Law, and failure to Validate the account

Complaint: My mother called me on XX/XX/2018 stated she received a call from a someone from XXXX county stating she needed to have me call them back as they have charges filed against me and I would be going to jail if they don't hear back asap. My mother was clearly worried so I looked up the number before calling back and there were numerous complains stating they received a similar call. Within a few minutes I had a voicemail on my cell phone from global same man that called my mom ( XXXX ) XXXX with the same message. Within minutes our work receptionist let me know she had a very strange phone call for me. I took the call, it was a the same man sayig he was from a firm representing global he was asking me to confirm my name and DOB. I didn't confirm he then proceeded to say I left a message with your mother do you want to go to jail why haven't you called back! He said he was calling from XXXX county and said if I don't call XXXX case # XXXX I said what is this about he said that's like opening your mail, I don't know if you want to resolve that matter call the number or have two forms of ID ready for the Sherriff who will pick you up @ work. I told him to please stop calling me and I hung up. He called right back and asked for my boss, he was rude to her as well and said he was calling from global and told her he wanted me to call them back they will be going to my place of work to arrest me she asked him what do you need from me as your calling her place of employment he said for you to give her the message to call back immediately or we will move forward with serving her at work confirmed my work address then said have her two have ID ready for the sheriffs office & hung up on her. I called XXXX county and they said they don't make those types of calls and it was most likely an debt collector or a scam they could simply take an informative report. At this point not only was a deeply embarrassed at work I was worried as I didn't know if this was legitimate of not. I called and left a voicemail to the number the man left but it just rang then went to voicemail. I contact an attorney XXXX XXXX and explained to him what occurred he asked me to make a complaint here and said he called them back but also got a VM, he left a detailed message but hasn't heard back yet. He said in the message he asked them to send me something in writing he said it should be sent within five business days of their initial contact with me. He stated its either a scam or an illegal debt collector. I really don't know what else to do in the interim as I have the feeling they will be contacting me again at work, how is this type of harassment legal, I'm really worried and upset that this happened to me. If I truly owe a debt to them id like to have the opportunity to research and resolve it without extreme measures of harassment. I'm asking for your guidance and help on this matter please.

Complaint: Working with Global Lending services to get my account back on track has been a nightmare. I have worked with one agent named XXXX to file an extension and to get my loan payments caught up after a layoff from my job. I was told that my account was at 51 days behind and that making a payment of XXXX would make my account current and I could ask for an extension to be added on the end of the loan to help me get back in the black. I have spoken to this agent 8 times since the end of XXXX. On XX/XX/18 she confirmed the extension and the information we had agreed upon. She told me that I could make a payment on XX/XX/18 - after I get paid from my new job - and everything would be fine with the account. Then on XX/XX/18 she called and told me that I misunderstood and that my payment of {$390.00} was now {$840.00} and they could repossess my car. That isnt what we spoke about!!! I told her that. She said that she would look into it. On XX/XX/18 she called and left me a voice message that you can not hear - and I called back the extension number she left according to my vm text - apparently it doesnt not exist. I then called back and asked to speak to a supervisor so that I could get this resolved. He yelled at me that I didnt know what I was talking about. No one by the name of XXXX works there. WHAT? She called me tonight XX/XX/18 and told me that one I make the payment of {$390.00} I can then ask for an extension. This is unacceptable. I realize Im late in my car payment. Im catching up as fast as I can. I just started a new job. Im making back payments. Im asking for your help. Not to be treated like a 6 year old eating ice cream before dinner.

Complaint: I have a current car loan out through Global lending services since XX/XX/XXXX when I purchased the used car. I have kept up with my payments every month. Regarding a payment made on XX/XX/XXXX I paid my full months balance of {$410.00}. This payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX which there is a 15 day grace period which this payment was in. I just aid with my XXXX XXXX XXXX debit card and have a confirmation number from global lending services website where I make payments. The payment also posted on XXXX XXXX XXXX end on XX/XX/XXXX. Didnt have any issues with all that til now. NowXX/XX/XXXX global lending services says my bank reversed the payment from XX/XX/XXXX and I went through my whole account dating back to when I first purchased the car XX/XX/XXXX and that payment was not reversed. Its posted on XXXX XXXX XXXX end and I can print those transaction details. That payment was made to global lending services, and they wont hold my account or anything til we can get this resolved. They just put the payment back on my account no questions asked, and now claim Im 31 days past due which will effect my credit score Ive worked so hard to keep up. Ive paid them religiously and this wasnt something I agreed for XXXX to do and I didnt hear from GLS about that payment. They just put it on my account and XXXX XXXX my credit because they did something and cant show proof anyone asked for those funds. I asked for some kind of notification the bank requested those funds, they said they have nothing like that, that they only have my payment history with them that shows that payment is reversed. Thats not helpful I want to know who said I agreed to let that payment reversed. This is just another way for them to XXXX people out of more money. This needs to be resolved with my payment being put back on my account and my credit history and payment history unaffected. Ive also included the screen shot of the page and confirmation number for payment to GLS, Breakdowns and statement views of around XX/XX/XXXX as well as recent screen shot of recent activity on my account to show I have not received that payment back from XXXX. This needs to be fixed quickly.

Complaint: Global Lending Services LLC are actively reporting false debt to all 3 credit bureaus, which is a violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). I was in an automobile accident XX/XX/XXXX, resulting in the totaling of my vehicle. I contacted Global Lending Services LLC the following morning after being informed of the auto total by my auto insurance adjuster ; informing them of the accident, along with providing them with my auto insurance adjusters name and contact information. I further inquired about my monthly payment that was still not due prior to the accident, nor at the time of the call. I purposely asked with great specification if I were required to still make payment on a car that was no longer in my possession, stating the note due date had not arrived at the time of the call. I also confirmed the prior month note payment of {$480.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. During the call with Global Lending Services LLC, I was advised NOT to make the current month payment for XX/XX/XXXX, instead information for my auto insurance adjuster was request for the payment of the car total, in which I complied. I confirmed payment for the vehicle total from auto insurer and receipt of payment by Global Lending Services LLC via 3 way conference call with both Global Lending LLC rep and auto insurance rep, along with additional assurance that my contractual obligations were terminated at the completion of the call, due to my insurance company having title of the vehicle and the totaled check amount being received by the lender ( Global Lending Services LLC ). I proceeded to purchase another vehicle and obtain /be approved for new car loan, after all credit clearances were met on XX/XX/XXXX. Global Lending Service LLC contacted regarding late payment in XX/XX/XXXX via phone. I provided the date and explained the content of my last call and further stated that I was informed that all calls were recorded and that I was informed of no further payment obligations could be confirmed via recorded calls. I was informed that they would investigate the matter and be contacted again via phone. I never received another call regarding the matter. Global Lending Services LLC are currently reporting false debt for the amount of {$770.00} car loan payment effective XX/XX/XXXX, which is a violation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Ultimately the other driver was at fault and their insurance company paid out a large settlement to Global Lending Services. I also had Gap insurance which paid out and a refund should've been processed for the remainder of my extended warranty. This was not done resulting in me having a negative remark on my credit report.

My bankruptcy case was demised in XX/XX/XXXX and global lending bankruptcy department put a repossession order on it XX/XX/XXXX.I can get anyone with the company to tell me when they will release my vehicle. I sent them all the supporting documents but I have yet to get remedy with global lending services.
