Complaint: This very important and there is so much more to say but I don't know how or what to do. On XX/XX/XXXX I was the victim of identity and fraud. The thieves filed a claim with my bank, XXXX, for the last three months of car payments that I had made, I have documentation, and the bank placed a credit for the amount of {$1100.00}, while it was happening I was made aware that fraud was happening to my account, I called XXXX and alerted they're security department of what was / had happened. They tried to stop it but the crooks had already taken the money. Which caused an over draft for the money. I received a letter from XXXX stating that they had finished their investigation and had removed the credit, as they should have. And on the date stated in the letter, the XX/XX/XXXX, I thought that they would have credited back to my car loan company the money. They had not released the money. I started getting phone calls from the finance company, Global Lending services LLC telling me that I was three months behind on my payments. I explained that I was the one who informed them that they and I were the victims of fraud and that I had filled reports with both the FBI and XXXX Police department for the incident and that XXXX was supposed to release the money around the 19 th. They didn't release the money. I started getting phone calls from the finance company, each one meaner then the prior call. I kept explaining, and I got no where. XXXX didn't give me a reason why the money wasn't released. I have been in communication with the finance company the whole time this is happening. If I had missed a call from Global Lending services LLC, I always called back. On Monday I had two missed calls, one was unknown number and one was anonymous. Only one left a voicemail and I couldn't understand what they said. Tuesday morning at XXXX XXXX I went out to my car and it was gone. I called Global Lending services LLC and found that they had repossessed my car. When I asked why, again, I'm supposed to be behind by 3 months. I asked why wasn't I contacted and was told that I ignored their phone calls. That's when I remembered the calls mentioned above. I replayed the voicemail, I listened to it six different times before I could figure out who and what they said, very low and fast, " Global Lending services. '' That was all. I saved it. I spent the next several hours on the phone with XXXX and Global Lending services LLC and that is when I finally found someone with XXXX to tell me that they didn't intend to release the money until the XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked why it was because they could, they said that the law gave them 45 days before they had to release the funds. When I told them that they had repossessed my car the only thing that they said was sorry. Meanwhile Global Lending services LLC is reporting that they repossessed my car with the credit bureaus for late payments

Billing problem
Complaint: I recently purchased s car from XXXX XXXX and the car loan was approved through Global Lending Service. However, contacting GLS is extremely difficult and results in inaccurate, incomplete and none resolved issues. I initially revived a call from GLS regarding a welcome call from XXXX. However, I was unable to talk for 7-10 minutes and asked for a return call but was denied a number to call them back on. XXXX stated that I needed to just dial the number that showed up on my call id. Unfortunately, unknown caller was the message received instead of an actual number. The welcome call was finally completed via XXXX a funding manager but the next issue was verifying my insurance. I provided all the information to XXXX but somehow it was not uploaded or documented as such but getting back in touch with XXXX to resolve the issue was not possible. Despite several calls and attempts I never received a return call from anyone at GLS. The problem is now making payments. The car payment is due on the XXXX ( today ) or XXXX ( tomorrow ) of the month and I have no information on how to make a payment. I called again today and was simply told by XXXX that, its my responsibility to make a payment and do what I need to do to get the information. She informed me that the application was completed at the end of XXXX ( no date was given ) which is maybe the reason why I havent received the welcome package because that takes 7-10 days after its completed. She also stated that the person that did my welcome call should have explained all of this to me. However, when I spoke to XXXX, I was told that the information would be mailed out but that was almost a month ago and I havent been able to reach him since. So please assist in obtaining the needed information to actually make payments and gathering the terms of the loan and conditions. I purchased the car at the end of XXXX and have now been trying for almost 2 months to obtain information from GLS with no resolution. Instead I get attitude from associates and the nasty snare of its my responsibility to do what I need to do but there is only so much that can be done if you dont get a returned call, dont get the information in the mail, dont know the terms of the loan and havent been provided accurate information to agree and or ask questions.

Problem with signing the paperwork
Complaint: I signed the deal on my car on XX/XX/XXXX. Apparently per the documents I signed the Ist payment was due on XX/XX/XXXX. However, I have yet to receive copies of the documents I signed. I called the dealer and was told that the deal just funded yesterday XX/XX/XXXX. How is it possible to be required to make a payment on a deal that did not fund yet. Furthermore I was told by the lender that I signed documentation agreeing to a {$8.00} or more a day interest charge on late payments that will be added to my loan along with a 5 % late fee. How is that legal? I had no idea the documents I signed contained such information. I asked the lender if I could cancel so to speak and was told that I could not. I called the dealership for a few different reasons. They just keep telling me that the signed documents will be mailed to me. Also the salesman promised me a full tank of gas and a detail on my car if I went online and gave a good review so I did that and now the dealer is telling me that they can not honor that because the salesman is no longer there. That is very bad business in my book. Is there anything I can do? Do I have any rights that were violated in this transaction?

I reported that i had several credit reporting apps and had a rough estimate of what my score was. When i arrived at the dealership i discovered that my report had been pulled and several inquiries were made. I never gave verbal or written permission for that to be done

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I went to XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) with an already approved loan from my current credit card company XXXX XXXX '. I was willing and ready to use my XXXX XXXX auto loan without hesitation. My salesman apparently ran my credit with MULTIPLE lenders WITHOUT my permission or knowledge on doing so. Not to mention, I have a 'Fraud Alert ' on my XXXX which should have prevented anyone from gaining access to my credit account without my approval. It wasnt until I checked my report 30days later and seen such transactions. I did not authorize all of these auto lenders to run my credit as I have been diligently working to build my credit and with all of these hard inquiries it has brought my credit score down. I have made attempts to contact XXXX XXXX regarding this issue but was informed there is nothing they could do, that I would need to dispute these transactions with the lenders. I would NEVER have authorized all of these hard inquiries when I was already approved for an autoloan. *I tried to upload my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX approved loan but since I purchased the car, I no longer have access to such document*

Complaint: On , or about XX/XX/XXXX Global Lending Services (GLS) did repossess my vehicle (XXXX XXXX XXXX). When I made contact with the "Reinstatement Department" on the same day, I spoke to several agents ( XXXX, XXXX); first both agents refused to properly identify themselves when ask of their employee ID#s; secondly both agents made false statements concerning the status of the account.1. That a "Right to Cure" letter was sent out on or about XX/XX/XXXX, and then in XX/XX/XXXX. The account was put into a "Deferred Payment" status (90 days;) late XX/XX/XXXX, which meant no payments would come due until XX/XX/XXXX. This reason for the deferred status was that I was impacted by the Federal Government shutdown.Extension dates: XX/XX/XXXX ; XX/XX/XXXX; XX/XX/XXXX - 4 other payments were made, with the origination of the loan being XX/XX/XXXX - Payment was deferred 45 days from that date as 1st due XX/XX/XXXX - The account was only 59 days past due but the show it as 122 days, which does not align with the deferments and payments... Again the lender did not send via mail, email, or text messaging any information pertaining to the account status. 2. During the same conversations with both representatives, I inquired about the past due about to bring the account current, both refused to give the balance on two separate calls, and both refused to cooperate with how I could bring the account current - they both hung up the phone, but before that told me that there is nothing they would do to help with my concerns in recovering my vehicle. 3. When asked, both representatives refused to give information on where the vehicle was located, that I had personal belongings, money, etc. in the vehicle and I also informed them that I was on travel in another city stating at a hotel where the vehicle was picked up; their response on two separate calls was that, " you are considered a skip, and we will not release your vehicle" They also stated that, " since you are in another city traveling we consider you a skip". I explained to them that I was not a skip, that I was on travel for business for my employer (XXXX); they both refused to reconsider in reinstating the loan and turning over the vehicle, both then hanging up the phone. Global Lending Service did not send a letter, no call. I have been in contact with this lender throughout the life of the loan. A substantial amount was put down on this vehicle and payments were refused by the lender when I tried to process online and during my call to the lender on multiple occasions.
