Complaint: I originally had a auto loan with Global lending services and the car was repossessed. I was not given a demand letter showing that the car was up for repossession. After the car was sold at auction I was still not given a chance to take car back if I made payment to get it back. I was supposed to be given 10 days. I do not feel Global Lending gave me fair warning or notice of default and the repo should not be placed on my credit for those reasons. Global lending account opened around X/2013 Account Closed and updated to show balance XXXX XX/X/2013. orginal car was around 15k

Complaint: I have fell behind on payments and began to pay late. I noticed no matter how much I payed the balance never goes down. I called and I was told that the reason why was because all my payments were going to late fees. When I asked what the late fees were I was told between $ XXXX {$11.00} a day. I feel as that is illegal and falls under usury. <P/>I have spoken with them and let them know of my concerns and I was told they can set the late fees as they please.

Complaint: I purchased a vehicle and was given a due date of the XXXX of every month.XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I called them and advised them I get paid on the XXXX of every month. I asked if I could change my due date. They said yes after the XXXX installment is made. I said ok. On Monday XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I made the payment online. I received a call around XXXX later that day and was asked for my last 4 of my ss #, full name, adrs, etc ... .. I told them I did n't feel comfortable doing that since I already made the payment online. I understand a call the same day if the number was already loaded into a phone dialer. So I called back and asked if they called and explained the situation. The guy who answered the call advised me that I would not get anymore calls, and made notes about the payment online as well as emailed me a payment date change form. Tuesday XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I was n't comfortable giving my info out so I asked for a supervisor, I was transferred to another agent instead. I told the agent I wanted to speak to a supervisor, they refused said they were n't available. I told them I was at work and could wait any longer. I told her the whole situation, she advised me that a supervisor would call me back. I never received a return call. XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I still get a call.. I 'm being told for the third time that I will not receive calls anymore.

Complaint: I purchased a used vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX 2017 . They secured financing for me through Global Lending Services. I purchased the vehicle in XXXX , but I live and work in XXXX . I am XXXX years old and this is my first major purchase. The dealership charged me for tags and title, but to date I still have not tags or proper registration for my ca r. Global Lending S ervices told me they do not have the title and I ca n't get anyone from XXXX XXXX XXXX give me a clear straight answer about where the title is, or even to call me back for that matter. This is very frustrating because my temporary tag s ( 2nd set ) is about to expire yet again. I 've paid inspection fees in XXXX , and I will have to pay for tax, tags an d title in XXXX . I would like the title to my car, or the information I need to get the car properly registered, as well as a refund for the tags and title I paid for in the state of XXXX .

Complaint: I was no longer working an allowed my cousin to take over the payments on my XXXX that was financed through Global Lending. They knew he was making the payment that they even dicussed my account with him. Never mind you, he is not on the loan. He informed me, as well as them that the vehicle 's motor went out while driving from Virginia back to South Carolina. After the recovered the vehicle and even possibly sold for the vehicle theyre still indicating I owe them a balance of about {$8000.00} even though i been trying to surrender the car before the motor blew out. Theyre still reporting as involuntary repo for the last five years. I need and want this remove

Complaint: I have talked to global lending services, many times, I have a loan through, them for XXXX, I paid them 500 last month, and told them I will make another payment XX/XX/XXXX then finish the balance XX/XX/XXXX.
Since then they have called friends and family members that I have told them not to, I have NEVER given them any family info. And today they created a Facebook account and send my mother information. This must stop! My number not address has changed since the loan.
And I want representation something must be done.

Complaint: I had a loan with Global Lending service that was set up by XXXX. For one year I paid XXXX a month to them and not once were these payments reported to a credit agency. When I went to refinance the car I was informed that Global lending was not federally insured and therefore I would NEVER be able to be refinanced by a reputable lender. I went to XXXX to talk to them and they could not find anything on my credit report regarding Global Lending. I was so distraught about this that when I went to XXXX I was very vulnerable and alone. They knew I was there to get my payment down. When I left there I had a brand new XXXX with a XXXX payment which is too much. I recently had found out my identity was compromised during a background check for a job, my hospital records were among a group of records that were hacked and a satellite internet company had posed as direct TV and took my debit card number. I was pretty shattered at the time and now am stuck with a XXXX payment on a car I did not want. I went through bankruptcy in XXXX to try and pick up the pieces of my life and hopefully get things back together. No positive credit was garnered by my relationship with Global Lending causing my credit to still stink. Is there anything that can be done? Where should I turn? I am completely at a lose
