Complaint: Received a car XX/XX/19. One month later XX/XX/19 financial manager said to return car after bank withdrew my loan. After being welcomed by the bank one week after XX/XX/19 I went in again to sign another loan with an additional increase of {$50.00} for the loan and signed another sales contract. I highly suggest that you get approved before driving off the lot because this dealership is not right. Ruining my credit and inquiries. These all need to be removed for my own good!

Complaint: My insurance company submitted a claim to the lender Global Lender Services on or before XX/XX/2019 following the date my car was deemed totaled. Myself and agent contacted the lender and we were informed a claim would have to be put in with them as well. As of this date, the lender and the insurance company were in contact. On XX/XX/2019 I was sent an email that stated the claim had been processed and my remaining balance was {$2600.00}. My payments are due the XXXX of every month with a ten day grace period. The week of XX/XX/2019 I contacted the lender to set up a payment plan for the remaining amount. I was informed that I would need to pay {$620.00} a month for the remaining amount and the only other option was to charge it off onto my credit until the balance was paid. I have no late payments and the lender had already received the insurance payout at this time. On XXXX On Friday, XX/XX/2019, I received a statement with a late fee. When I called into the leader I was informed I personally had not made a payment.

However, on the second one I received mail from the company stating that they validated the debit and enclosed I could find a copy of the contract that I signed. The contract didnt belong to me it actually had someone else name on it a man who didnt even live in my city and town. This has caused me to be turned down from trying to purchase a home Ive disputed this account since the beginning Ive sent letters to them and the credit bureau for them to remove this from my credit file and they wont this is unfair and should be resolved immediately

Complaint: XXXX & XXXX are reporting inaccurate information. The account Global Lending Services XXXX was included in my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy filed on XX/XX/XXXX. The account was previously reporting correctly but for some reason on XX/XX/XXXX They updated this account and now it appears as if i just missed a payment in XX/XX/XXXX. I've attached a screenshot of the report and highlighted the information which is causing this issue. I'd like this to be changed back to how it was, the account should not have any updates since the bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX. This is now making it appear as if i've missed a payment recently and is reducing my FICO score and affecting my ability to obtain credit. I've already tried disputing this information but it seems the credit bureaus don't even read my dispute and just simply have an automated machine do the work which does not understand the issue. This should be illegal as it allows credit reporting companies to get away with reporting inaccurate information affecting our credit approvals and interest rates.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from XXXX XXXX stating that I need to return the car or get a co-signer. I returned the car on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX who at that time stated he did find a bank that was going to approve me. I just had to leave my car take the loaner and bring my paystub. Complaint: I've made numerous attempts to get a billing statement and welcome packet.
When I got the loan I was told there would be a way to see my billing statements online, there is not. I can make payments online through an online portal, but there is no way to view " my current balance '' Portal link : XXXX However, this online portal does not appear to be a secured system for logging too. ( A person only needs your email, zip, and account number- NO PASSWORD? ) Im extremely frustrated with this company, as today when I called ( like every other day I've called ) they validated my address and have make no indication that the address in their system wrong until today. Something I ask on numerous other calls and requests.
I'm concerned this company 's methods are NOT in line with federal and/or state requirements.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, my truck was repossessed while I was in a restaurant having lunch with coworkers in XXXX XXXX. I immediately contacted my lender, Global Lending Services LLC, to ask where I can retrieve my personal belongings, and to also remind them, again, that I was already in the process of filing Chapter XXXX. Paperwork would be completed on XX/XX/18. Global Lending referred me to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, in XXXX XXXX, to obtain my stuff. When I called, I was told I had to pay {$25.00} by card over the phone to receive the address to where my truck and personal items were kept. Since I needed my personal items, I paid as instructed.
When I arrived to the storage location at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, the attendant demanded my truck key in exchange for the bags of my personal items. ( Apparently they were able to somehow unlock my truck and remove all of my personal items and place them in garbage bags. I was able to see my truck, through the fence, and noticed that my leather seat covers were off of my seats and my XXXX XXXX, radar and a personalized front bumper plate were missing from my truck. ) Since the attendant refused to release my personal belongings, I contacted my bankruptcy attorney who advised me not to give the attendant my key. I reiterated this to the attendant and demanded my stuff again, but she refused. Again, she told me that I can't have my personal belongings and walked away from the locked gate where she was standing behind.
Then, I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX again, ( XXXX ) XXXX, to ask for a refund of the {$25.00} personal belongings fee but was told they will not give me a refund and hung up on me. I also attempted to contact Global Lending Services multiple times, but was transferred to their " bankruptcy department. '' The Bankruptcy Department told me that since my Chapter XXXX isnt showing in their system, they cant help me and transferred me back to Global lending customer service.Then after a few minutes on hold I was disconnected.
I have many miscellaneous personal valuables in my truck that I needed back. Most significantly ; an expensive heavy leather jacket ( {$700.00} ), XXXX Sunglasses ( {$320.00} ), {$150.00} in recently purchased VISA gift cards, approximately {$75.00} cash, business documents, personal documents, electronics, personal protection items and work equipment among other things.
As of now, its been 6 days since they have been in possession of my stuff, and they will likely keep throughout the holidays. Which means Ill need to buy another winter coat and will be forced to do without the cash, gift cards and personal items I need for the holidays.
I live almost 2 hours away from XXXX XXXX. I only work there 2-3 days a week. The rest of the week I either work from home or my companys XXXX XXXX office. I had to drive a rental to travel back to XXXX XXXX on my usual day off, Friday. Only to waste time and money while attempting to collect my personal property. Including the {$25.00} " mandatory fee '' that I was deceived into paying to retrieve my belongings, which was denied by the attendant.
I believe Im being fraudulently deprived of my personal property that I am due by law. I also suspect damages to my truck. The most logical could be the damage ( s ) caused by breaking into my truck and damages cause by cutting out all of my leather seat covers. I also have no idea as to the condition of all of my other personal belongings, since Im not allowed to see them while in their custody nor see an inventory list of my personal belongings. The attendant also refused to give me my license plate, which I beleive is also mandatory as per : Louisiana Revised Statutes Tit. 6, 966. Procedure. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ).
