Did they convert the police report to a numeric code and send that to the bank to verify??? This violates the FCRA as it has to be 100 % accurate and 100 % verifiable.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made 2 purchases using my XXXX XXXX XXXX provided by XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$57.00} and {$4.00}. I also made a purchase on XX/XX/XXXX for {$6.00}. All of these charges show as processed through my bank account. On XX/XX/XXXX I discovered my XXXX XXXX XXXX had been restricted due to non-payment from my bank. I contacted my bank and they show that all charges did go through as they are shown on my statement. The first time I contacted XXXX regarding this they told me I would need to wait a few days for it to clear their system and to call back later. The second time I contacted XXXX they told me to call back later because they were having system issues. The third time I contacted XXXX they told me that they showed payments still had not been received and that I needed to contact Complete Payment Recovery Systems, Inc. regarding the charges. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I contact Complete Payment Recovery Systems, Inc. and they do show that all of my charges have been paid. However, 2 of the charges had to be " resubmitted '' and due to that I am being charged a {$25.00} fee. When I asked them about the fee they told me that XXXX had to notify me of the fee, even though they were the ones charging me the {$25.00}. According to the Complete Payment Recovery Systems , Inc. floor manager that even though they were the ones charging me the fee that based on " cfpb law '' they are not required to provide me with the terms and conditions showing where the fee came from and that XXXX would have to provide that to me. Even though this fee was being charged by Complete Payment Recovery Systems, Inc they assured me that they had no requirement to furnish proof of that fee and did not need authorization to charge my bank account directly. After getting nowhere with that call I contact the XXXX customer line again to ask about the terms and conditions of this fee. I was assured, by agent XXXX, that it was in the pamphlet that had been provided to me when I received the card, but beyond that they could not provide me with the terms and conditions. After repeated attempts with the XXXX agent trying to get some sort of back up or reasoning for this fee, even though my charges went through to my account, I was told that I would have to call back at another time.

Complaint: Upon trying to open a checking account on XX/XX/19 I became aware that XXXX XXXX has an account on my report, or somewhere in their system, of someone with a completely different name than me opening an account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This discrepancy caused my application to be rejected. I ordered a report from XXXX that day because I was told by a XXXX employee that this was the only way I could talk with someone that could help me resolve the error. I received the report about two weeks later. I could not find any mention of the erroneous account on my copy of the report, so I called the XXXX phone number on the report. The person I spoke with said they could see the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account with my social and a different name, and that I would need to fax my social security card to them to prove I'm me. I do not want to do this. I do not trust them. I do not have very convenient access to a fax machine. Lastly, I do not want to do their job for them. I have had difficulty contacting and communicating with XXXX. They have been an awful and difficult company to deal with. It is clear to me that I am just cattle to them and not their customer. It would seem to be a simple, common sense matter for their database to flag or not allow two different names to be attached to one social.

Complaint: i have been trying to get a copy of my chex systems report for over a year. I received it about a week ago. I was relieved to find I did not have any negative information except one problem there were 56 Inquiries on my account.! Dating back over 3 years ago!! some were from XXXX? I do not recall intiating them so I made categories of bank accounts they said I had made inquiries too and a list of dates. I called chex systems today and spoke to " XXXX '' from XXXX. who said he could not give me anyother identifying information..Right but he had All Of My information. so I asked him how long to you keep consumer initiated inquiries on an account and at first he said 2 years then he changed it to 3 years. 36 of the the? inquiries are Over 3 years old. I mean im XXXX years old im a citizen iver worked for this country for over 50 years and I kept wondering Why cant I open a bank account?? and now I have my answer ... not sure how I m going to be able to clear this up but im asking for help im really disappointed and upset about this .thank you XXXX

Complaint: I received information that fraudulent accounts were opened in my name. I contacted XXXX and XXXX agreed and removed this account. I have four separate bank accounts listed on this report all from XXXX XXXX. All XXXX checking accounts opened XX/XX/XXXX showing {$310.00} charged off, XX/XX/XXXX showing {$420.00} charged off, XX/XX/XXXX showing {$270.00} charged off and XX/XX/XXXX showing {$460.00} charged off. I disputed this with XXXX, sent police report and the copy of FTC complaint but XXXX refuses to not only remove it but even speak to me about it. When I call I get sent to many different departments all of which transfer me - no one knows who I should speak to. If I go to the branch they say they can not help me and to call. I need these removed, and an explanation as to how four accounts can be opened!!

Complaint: What I am about to report now is that a person named XXXX XXXX caused a problem by opening a bank account with my social security number. The banks with the problems are XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I heard from my bank XXXX that on XX/XX/XXXX, there was a problem with the checking account, so I could not open the bank account. Here is what I got from XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX with an address of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NJ came to the bank with XXXX XXXX 's ID and my social security number, and he took about {$53000.00} from XXXX XXXX and did not pay back last XX/XX/XXXX. This is not the first time who XXXX XXXX caused problems with my identity. I have reported to the XXXX Police department on XX/XX/XXXX. The case number is XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I also reported to the XXXX XXXX Police department and the reports number is XXXX. another problem, XXXX XXXX even does not try to help this case at all. I went to XXXX XXXX Branch office and called them many many times but, they do not want to answer anything to me. I do not know how to get information. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: a scam company is trying to assign a debit to me. they called and sent a collection letter.. when researched.. i found several scam listings and mail fraud listings that was similar to what i experienced ... i checked my credit report and no collections have been sent.. they info int he letter is inaccurate and false. for instance check # 's, accounts and other info that would validate any transaction. the company is calling themselves : " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX '' and claiming the creditor is : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and claiming the original debit was obtained thru XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2019, the same day they called me trying to obtain information from me over the phone. I have not done any business with XXXX in many years.. all of which was paid in full using a my back debit card.. never a check ... they said the check number was # XXXX the amount was for {$18.00} and i owed that and a returned check fee of {$25.00} for a total of {$43.00} .. after spending time researching.. i have found other individuals claiming the same thing and that they was committing mail fraud. i contacted my state attorneys office.. and she said i could file a claim here or possibly at my local police department.
