Complaint: I filed bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX and it was discharged in XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted these records to XXXX and ask that they send me a copy to reflect as such. They sent me a copy of my file stating everything was clear in the file and that nothing exist in it. I preceded to apply for a new checking account on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX mostly at banks, credit unions and for credit cards, but continued to be denied as a result of the information received from XXXX. I did a follow-up phone call with XXXX and again they verified nothing was in my file. A year later I tried again to apply for checking accounts on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and still were denied based off information from XXXX. I again submitted a written request to find out what is on my file, I received again another letter indicating again that nothing exist in my file. so I applied for new checking accounts and credit cards XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX with continued rejection based off of XXXX records. I again contacted them in writing and was told on XX/XX/XXXX that nothing was in my file. Finally I wrote for a re-investigation and received on XX/XX/XXXX a letter that they determined that there was three entries that was in my file from XXXX XXXX date some back in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, that this old information should have been removed years ago but was not. I feel that XXXX should be accountable for all of my stress and down fall of credit and bank accounts, as a XXXX person this cause a great deal of unnecessary credit issues and held me back from an opportunity to build my credit.

Complaint: XXXX is reporting out that never paid for a check in the amount close to {$340.00}?? to XXXX XXXX. I requested my consumer report and it lists no information found. The only reason I found out about the information is while opening another account my bank shared the information. I do believe it is from when I had a vehicle loan with XXXX XXXX over 4 years ago. A check may have been returned at one point, however, it was immediately paid when the issue occurred. Therefore, there is no reason it should be reported as bad debt. I then refinanced that loan with my current bank and it would have been paid when the refinance occurred.

CFPB complaint # XXXX XXXX failed to respond to my method of investigation. Futhermore, as a company holing a report under my name, XXXX tried to push the burden of proof to me. How lazy and irresponsible of XXXX to have me try to verify the information they are reporting, IT IS YOUR JOB XXXX!!!!!!!! not mine. -Still have yet to receive a method of invesigation -Still have yet to get any relief on the issues requested in this dispute -XXXX has failed to fulfill their responsibility and tried to push the burden on me. - Multiple FCRA violations Furthermore XXXX has failed to correct/remove/verify/show method of investigation for anything I listed tint the previous dispute. This company is willfully not complying with FCRA Once again, attached is all items that had been previously disputed and a method of investigation/verification had been requested in Cpfb complaint XXXX. I have the utmost confidence in XXXX ignoring/ brshing me off as well as, not complying with standards set forth in an industry they chose to be in. XXXX needs to do a better job at DOING THEIR JOB and stop trying to push their responsibility back to the consumer.

Complaint: ACCT ending in XXXX Around XX/XX/XXXX I had claimed fraudulent transactions on my old XXXX account that was no longer being maintaind actively by me. XXXX falsely concluded that the transactions were not fraudulent and reported " account abuse '' through XXXX without any explanation as to how they concluded the investigation. " XXXX '' from your XXXX XXXX customer service line called me on XX/XX/XXXX and after a 68 minute phone call the conclusion was " You have to call XXXX XXXX to report the account as fraudulent ( even though it was one year ago and has since been closed ) and you owe XXXX as the charges are not fraudulent. '' The conclusion was incoherent and did not corroborate with the " account abuse '' remark on my XXXX report. XXXX was disputed back in XXXX and concluded as valid by XXXX. Again, I submitted multiple pieces of documentation proving that the transactions taking place in the account were fraudulent. I have been an excellent customer of XXXX since XXXX and this type of treatment during a time of identity theft is unwarranted.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX company receives my monthly social security payments, and are suppose to have it available monthly on my card. Well, a month ago, someone made an unauthorized purchase in the XXXX XXXX on my XXXX XXXX for {$800.00}. I filed a dispute claim, I live in XXXX Pennsylvania. After, about 15 days or so the XXXX XXXX company put the {$800.00} from the unauthorized transaction back onto my XXXXXXXX XXXX. Now, I was expecting my social security payment for today XX/XX/2019 Only to find out that XXXX was deposited by the social security administration to my XXXX XXXX Account, but that the XXXX company deducted the {$900.00}. Dollars because they said that the XXXX dispute on the prior claim on the XXXX XXXX purchase was not finalized. So, they took my social security XXXX payment because of that. I never been to the XXXX XXXX, I live in XXXX Pennsylvania. I dont buy any products online. The {$800.00} purchase made was unauthorized. And this XXXX XXXX company is not only penalizing me for that unauthorized purchase, but, fraudulently, advance me back my own money, and then the following month of XXXX XX/XX/2019 deducted {$900.00} from my social security again on this fraud purchase made by someone other than myself. They have put me in a vulnerable financial situation in paying my living expenses over the last few months because of their unethical business practices. They have showed not concern for me or providing immediate resolutions to these issues and problems concerning my account. I have been backed up in paying my bills and because of them have experience more health issues. Their telling me, that it takes 180 days on a claim dispute issue, to finalize even tho I live here in the United States and the unauthorized purchase was made in the XXXX XXXX, which I have never been too. Then, they put the money on the card and take it out of my followings social security payment as if they given me a loan on my own money, that they owe me. The {$800.00} and this month of XXXX, {$900.00} They have taken from me via my social security payments. They are giving me nothing but a hard time with retifiying this situation. So, today I have filed several complaints against this company for shady unethical business practices. And I want all my hard earned money return to me immediately.

Complaint: i am seeking assistance for help with communication with XXXX. After recieving my consumer report- I have inturn sent a certified letter back to them disputing a few items on my report. They wrote me back saying, there record is factual and accurate. I deserve VERIFICATION, HOW,, did you verify this information, They are reporting 2 XXXX Accounts with balances of {$140.00} AND {$120.00}, I submitted proof that these items were PAID, and the line of credit account is actually reporting positive on my credit bureau account with Nothing owing. They also Have about 10 address listed for me, I sent a notorized letter as well with the same correspondence, showing them my correct, ONE AND ONLY address. I would like to know what method they used to verify these accounts and these addresses deleted and updated with my new one thank you so very much, for your time
