Complaint: I have contacted Chexsystems on multiple occasions concerning a heavy file that needs correction. The first part of my complaint is all the different names and variation.
The only name that should be on file is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was unable to dispute this information by speaking to call center representative. I have saw and learned of over over 10 different erroneous mismatch misspelled and unknowns name that I have never held. My birth name Is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I need all names to be corrected and removed They claim they have received documents that gave them authorization to merge files. I have not been provided any copies of any ID and Social Security card from all the alias. I need to know by law can they legally do this and combine fraudulent information on my consumer file. If documentation can not be provided by form of a legal court document of each linking the names. They must split the files. They must not violate the law Secondly, I need to dispute every inquiry on my Chexsystem file for the last 3 years since XX/XX/2009. I have not applied for banking services and not gave anyone or financial Institution permissible purpose to view my file and strongly deny this and require proof as my consumer right that I consented to any inquiry via FCRA section 609,605 and section 623. If no proof, deletion is required They also claim they may need a police report. According to the law, a police report is not needed to dispute inaccurate information and is not needed for inquiries that are not 100 % verifiable. A wet signature or document is required IF NOT. Please remove all the illegal hard inquiries

Complaint: In XX/XX/2018 I found out I was reported to a company called Chex Systems. I reached out to chex systems and at that time chex systems sent a report to my home address. I also made chex systems aware that I am a victim of Idenity theft and fraud. On XX/XX/2018 i filed a dispute with chex systems because there were two accounts that i did not open up from XXXX XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX. Chex systems sent me out another report stating my information was verified as accurate with XXXX XXXX XXXX and had a signature card attached with no signature on it. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a detailed letter which was certified to chex systems requesting a copie of signed documents provided by the bank. I also requested the full names, addresses, and direct numbers for each indiviual that chex systems contacted in the course of the investigation. I advised them that verbal confirmation does not suffice as proof of validation. On XX/XX/XXXX Chex systems sent a letter stating the investigation for XXXX XXXX was still in dispute, which put the dispute well pass 30 days, especially when I filed the dispute XX/XX/2018. In this letter Chex system also stated that " If requested by me, chexsystems will provide you with a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy of the disputed informatin in your file. '' which this is what I requested on XX/XX/XXXX via a certified letter. So Chex sytems has violated my consumer rights in two ways. They are reporting inaccurate fradulaent information from XXXX XXXX XXXX, and two not removing fradulent information that is being reported because they failed to verify my information within 30 days. It has now been well past 60 days from the date i initially filed my dispute.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: I filed a dispute with ChexSystems recently after receiving a copy of my report. There was a credit union by the name of XXXX XXXX XXXX that said I owed them close to {$600.00}. I disputed that because that was included in a bankruptcy years ago.
When I received the response from ChexSystems they told me that they had contacted the United States Bankruptcy Court to verify that it was included in a bankruptcy and it was. I have a serious issue with their response and here is why ; 1. That particular entry has been in my ChexSystems report since XX/XX/2015.
2. ChexSystems said that they had to verify the information I was disputing with the United States Bankruptcy Court. Why was this information not verified before it was entered into my ChexSystems report?
3. Because of these actions, I can not trust ChexSystems and they should be investigated for entering information without verifying it first. I've been doing my research and apparently there a lot of people with similar issues.
4. The letter I received from them said that they removed the XXXX XXXX XXXX entry from my report, but I still can't seem to open another account with a different bank? What is the reason for this?
5. The copy of the ChexSystems report doesn't show any other negative entries, although I'm not sure I'm reading it correctly. All I see is where they say that XXXX XXXX XXXX is being removed, then inquiries of companies looking me up for whatever reason. What else is holding me up on this report?
6. How can I be notified each time someone has accessed my ChexSystems information? The credit bureaus have this available to all consumers. You should have the same or something similar.
7. How do I submit that I don't want anyone accessing my ChexSystems report unless I have authorized it?

Complaint: My identity was stolen a few years ago. The person who stole my identity assumed my identity, filing taxes, renting apartments, bought and registered vehicles ( even receiving parking tickets in one of them ) ; as well as opened checking and credit cards in my name.
They got away with it for some time before I noticed as I was frequently ( more often than not ) out of the country for work at this time ) as the accounts they opened were being paid/utilized and my mail was being intercepted and or forwarded. In fact ; I think it still may be being intercepted. I really am not sure, that is kind of the way fraud is designed though.
At some point I did being getting collection letters and I was disputing them directly with the creditor. Then, when I finally received my credit report and realized what had happened. This was about the spring of 2017. I still tried to work directly with the creditors, to no avail. I was not directed by anyone to report the fraud to police for months.
I did attempt to file a police report in XXXX of 2017 but the police told me I needed to come back with documentation and then we were hit with Hurricane Irma and I left the area prior to the storm and was not able to return as there was no power for over 2 weeks. When I finally did return, I went to file the police report as soon as possible ( when brought me into the first part of XXXX as the police station does not take reports Sunday or Monday and these are usually the days it is easiest for me to go ).
I have explained as well as documented all of this until I have become blue in the face to every creditor, credit reporting bureau, lender and anyone else privy to the information and or history ; however Chexsys absolutely refuses to follow Federal Law and is denying my rights to me under the FCRA and the FDCPA ; specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 by refusing to block a fraudulent account and scores of unauthorized inquiries from my report.
They have been playing games with me, causing me to jump through hoops and causing me additional and considerable compensatory and monetary damages. They have changed their story several times and have been giving me the run around for nearly 6 months taking up dozens and dozens of hours of my time causing me to lose time at work and money.
I reported the accounts that were fraudulent to them and were needing to be blocked back in XXXX of this year ; instead of processing it is fraud, they opened an investigation as if it were a dispute and insisted I wait 30 days for them to complete the review ( by law they are supposed to block the accounts within 4 days ). I called and pleaded with them several times during this 30 day period, explaining to them the damage to my credit history and the problems it was causing me- but to no avail. I documented the theft to a T. I sent the police report, a cover letter explaining the ID theft and demanding they block the account pursuant to FCRA U.S.C. 605B ( 15 U.S>C> 1681 c-2 ) ; both my drivers license and social security card and even furnished them with a copy of someone utilizing a fake id with my information. All of this was in vain I suppose. They claim that the police report was insufficient due to the dates ; however I didnt learn of the account being reported to them until XXXX of this year when I tried to get added as a signor to my business partners existing checking account.
After that it took me months and months of trying to even get my report from them as they were attempting to get me to verify the fraudulent information and I have no idea what the people or persons who took my identity did or attempted to do with my information.
Please help me. This is causing me numerous problems.

Complaint: chex system is reporting incorrect infomation under my file i had disputed the infromation in my file from XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX they did there investigation and completed it and the banks can not provide anything making the accounts mine expect for one account and the address is not correct either and there reporting it as accurate i called chex systems asking them why they are still reporting the information when they have nothing making these accounts mine XXXX XXXX XXXX can not provide anything on either accounts and XXXX XXXX can not provide anything for one account and the other one is not the correct address i also trying removing address and they will not remove them becauswe what XXXX XXXX states but what they have claiming the account is mine and there proof is not whats being reported to chex systems and also they wont remove it because of an inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that i never had an account with them and dont recalling tryimng to get an account with them. this is very damaging to me as i can not get a checking account anywhere and they will not remove all this negative information and are still reporting it when they have not been give anytning making it mine please help me

After filing the dispute chexsytems, they told me XXXX XXXX XXXX reported information was verified.
But now they reported closure status : " SETTLED IN FULL '' - Attached copy of investigation from chexsystems.
I have disputed transactions on XXXX, but they closed down the account and reported it " SUSPECTED FRAUD ACTIVITY ''. Account has no balance as stated in the investigation letter by CHEXSYSTEM Report.
I have every right to report any transactions i didnt do as " Unathorized '' with the bank. But XXXX closed out the account because it has a balance i had to pay for some of the disputes that i lost which i should have won. They reported it as " suspected fraud activity ''.
It is very unfair and it has a very barring affect on my life. Please help me settle this removal of " fraud ''.

Complaint: I cleared up a discrepancy with XXXX XXXX in Arkansas after my business was frauded.
I have a statement from Chexsystems to that effect. I have 4 bank accounts currently and have moved out of a 4 hour distance to a branch bank. I can't get another bank to open an account in my area because # 1 the information on my consumer report is not accurate, the previous notice was cleared up immediately once I found out about it. # 2 The information of suspected fraud activity from 2014 is still showing up on this report, and Ive been turned down by 2 banks because of it. I am the VICTIM of the fraud activity and I am being made out to be guilty of it somehow. # 3 I have been treated like a criminal or something and I havent done anything. According to your latest letter regarding my rights this information can not remain on my history for more than 1 year.
# 4 I wish to withdraw from your agency. It has done more harm than good. I know my current credit scores and have worked over 2 years on getting letters of credit from companies i have paid. I have had a score of 0. No Credit!!! I have paid off 3 mortgages, several vehicles and have lost a business due to fraud. Im sick of this and of the entire usa that allows this with no recourse. ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) on and on and the people getting screwed never see any recourse or compensation for the damage others are doing. What a XXXX hole this country is!! STOP FRAUD
