Complaint: I had recently gottten my credit run and pulled by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was told I am not qualified to open an account due to what XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had REPORTED to XXXX and to the credit companys. As soon I was notified of this information I knew it was incorrect and as I am a victim of Identity theft and I have gone through similar problems I knew that this was not me and I had Never banked with XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX I have been with XXXX XXXX since 2004 and my home mortgage is also through them and I continued to stay with them. I had contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX Immediately via phone and I received NO HELP at all in fact I was told an Attorney can contact them if I thought this was Fraudulent. I then went into the Bank at XXXX XXXX in XXXX WA ( new location ) and submitted all my documents which included ID Theft Affidavit, Police Report, Credit Freeze showing proof that my credit is on freeze and alert, Social Security Letter showing that I notified SSA, Federal Trade Commission Report and more. I was rejected again and again. I also went into XXXX and gave them all the documents, told them I never banked with them and someone is using my Identity. I was ignored and no one helped. I am XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) for XXXX as a Internal XXXX XXXX and my credit, my Identity and my value and worthiness is very important to me. I have had continues ID theft and its very hard for me to stop this without any help even after submitting countless amounts of documents. I am very tired of this and need XXXX XXXX XXXX and also XXXX to please remove me off their XXXX and also notify XXXX that this is an error on their end.

Complaint: I applied for a bank account with XXXX on XXXX XXXX and was declined stating there were discrepancies on my XXXX report. I knew that had to be an error because i filed for bankruptcy and every creditor was ordered by the judge to CEASE AND DESIST. I filed chapter XXXX bankruptcy with case XXXX FL on XX/XX/17 and the case was discharged in XX/XX/2017. However, XXXX XXXX is STILL REPORTING EVEN AFTER MY BANKRUPTCY. Each creditor is subject to up to {$1000.00} fine for violation of fair credit reporting act. Chapter XXXX bankruptcy discharges all debt!

Complaint: To whom it may concern : This is a formal notice of dispute regarding information that XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX sent to Chexsystems and XXXX, a consumer reporting agency. The following false information was sent to Chexsystems and XXXX : Contribution Reason : Transacting ( or attempting to transact ) with an account in an unauthorized or prohibited manner. This information was disputed with Chexsystems and XXXX on XX/XX/2017 ; however, XXXX XXXX XXXX verified the information as accurate. This falsely reported information damages my financial reputation and should be removed immediately. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX reported suspected fraud when in fact, no fraud took place. There was no illegal activity on the account. XXXX XXXX XXXX did not experience any financial loss and no money is owed on this account. There was no violation of the account agreement that governed the account. Under my rights under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, I am asking for an investigation of this reported information, and removal of the false information reported to Chexsystems and XXXX XXXX Consumer Serivces. Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX Missouri is being reported on to the file that your company maintains up under my personal information. I have never had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The document with the electronic signature does not belong to me and its not my signature. I've also asked that you provide Driver license or anything that was used when the person acting as me entered your bank. An electronic signature look as though it was obtained thru an online portal which I did not authorize or take part in. This account is a direct result of identity theft and I am requesting that it be removed immediately. I have enclosed a copy of my FTC Identity Theft Report. Because the information you are reporting is the result of identity theft, and inaccurate, I request that you stop reporting this information to the CRAs, as directed by section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ) of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( B ). Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I tried to open a XXXX checking account and was told they could not open it because chexsystems was frozen. I told them I have never frozen it so they called chexsystems and they said it was not frozen to try and pull again. They did this again and it came back again saying frozen. On XX/XX/XXXX again XXXX tried again to pull my report and it came back saying chexsystems is frozen. We called again and was told it is not frozen. Chexsystems told them to pull it again and they tried again and was still showing frozen. I ordered a copy of my report and called in and was told again it was not frozen. I have never had a problem in my life opening a checking account and now I have 4 XXXX inquiries I want removed because all 4 times chexsystems said it was frozen. On the back it says XXXX XXXX frozen. Yes I did freeze that but not chexsystems. It was frozen because of the breach XXXX XXXX had. I would like that removed from my chexsystems report as that is coming through to banks that I have my chex report frozen which I do not and never have. Dl number is XXXX ss XXXX

Complaint: Back in XX/XX/2016 I filed bankruptcy due to Loss of employment. I included the debt of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of XXXX and recently tried to apply for a checking account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and was Denied because this Bill Collector and XXXX which I also filed another complaint against decided they were above the bankruptcy law and decided to put a debt that was included on the bankruptcy filed back in XX/XX/2016 Case # XXXX. I received a letter of denial from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Today. Due to them retaliating against me filing for a bankruptcy this is causing me a hardship of not being able to open up a checking account. I will be filing a lawsuit against XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX and Chexsystems. If this does not get removed off of my Chexsystems Report ASAP. Under violation of the bankruptcy code.

Complaint: ChexSystems continues to list fraudulent inquiries on my Consumer ChexSystems report that I have already notified ChexSystems were fraud. These inquiries did not start appearing until my wallet was stolen. Inside my wallet was my social security card, drivers license and even my email address. I did notify the police of this theft, and also created an FTC Identity Theft Affidavit which all consumer credit bureaus have as well as ChexSystems on file. Per the FCRA if you are victim of identity theft, and you present a identity theft affidavit to the consumer reporting company explaining the theft and they refuse to do clear any of the information you notified them of fraud. Then the company is knowingly allowing fraudulent information to be placed on my Consumer report. Let me list out some of the things ChexSystems has refused to block. 1. Illegal Address reported by ChexSystems - XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I have never lived at this address ever, and this has been listed on my FTC Affidavit. 2. Illegal Address reported by ChexSystems - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. 3. Illegal Inquiries that ChexSystems continues to allow and actually place on my consumer report themselves. The company continues to violate the protection laws put in place to protect victims of identity theft. Per the CFPB if you are victim of Fraud and you notify the company of this illegal activity and the company refuses to block such fraudulent information you can then proceed to arbitration. I will be pursuing an attorney to then contact ChexSystems. 4. Illegal Inquiries - XXXX, XXXX XXXX - I have reached out to XXXX XXXX, and actually had XXXX block XXXX XXXX Inquiries on My XXXX Credit report. Therefore XXXX XXXX has been notified that I did not allow or authorize XXXX XXXX to access my ChexSystems Report ever. This is again fraudulent. 5. I do not have to legally have any law enforcement officer sign anything as I have already reported the crime to the law enforcement agency. FTC is a government agency which reports the theft and crime network for law enforcement officers. Additionally ChexSystem has allowed XXXX XXXX to inquiry and XXXX XXXX XXXX, They allowed XXXX XXXX XXXX to inquiry three times, They allowed XXXX XXXX Inquiry to go through even after stating they blocked this inquiry. They allowed XXXX XXXX XXXX, which they stated they removed, they allowed XXXX at least 15 times, They have allowed XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not authorize any of these inquiries these are fraudulent as a result of my wallet being stolen. I already reported this as identity theft, I have already placed a security freeze on my report. Please place a fraud alert and block this information immediately. I am forwarding this to XXXX XXXX as well for follow up.
