Complaint: I disputed information on chexsystems in regards to suspected fraud activity being reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX Missouri from XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I had my bank card and old checks from an old XXXX account stolen I reported my card stolen but at the time unaware that the checks were gone. Two checks were deposited at an atm to my account and the account was closed due to suspected fraud activity. I have since cleared this issue up with XXXX and reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX after receiving copies of a signature card bearing my signature as well as checks from my account bearing my signature and the stolen checks bearing what is deemed as my signature, I spoke with a rep on XX/XX/XXXX who transferred me to a rep in the fraud dept who stated she was unable to handle and that I needed to speak with someone in risk department who stated that I once again needed to speak with fraud dept., None of these reps offered for me to send the documents I had nor did they look into any documents they may have had. I am just looking to have suspected fraud activity removed from chexsystems and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Thank You in advance

Complaint: ChexSystems has not provided any new details into their " Investigations '' they allegedly conduct. They have not resolved anything and honestly i have tried to resolve things with them. As a company that violates numerous FCRA laws put in place to protect consumers of identity fraud. They should be investigated. Chexsystems has not provided any documents supporting their " investigations '' they always demand i go to a law enforcement officer and get them to sign my FTC Report. When i went to my local police station, and they stated that the FTC report does not have to be signed. They normally do not sign FTC reports and stated that the FTC reports these to the police and attorneys, and justice system via the Sentenial network system. I told the police officer that ChexSystems violates my rights as a consumer and all laws put in place for consumers. I stated that they do so by adding fraudulent addresses to my chexsystem report, and by continuing to place these inquiries on my report, even AFTER being notified now over 6 times of fraud that has occurred. Chexsystems has not once sent me any mail, any documentation into their fake investigations. I have provided them with my LEGAL FTC DOCUMENT PROVIDING proof of Identity Fraud, i have signed this document. I am now demanding chexsystems block these inquiries i have already notified you that were fraudulent. I have not ever lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, TX i have not ever lived at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX At all, These addresses are again fraudulent and linked to these inquiries that's why chexsystems refuses to block them. FCRA places laws in place if you are a victim of identity theft and you have notified the company that you are requesting to block the fraudulent information and have provided them a copy of your FTC Identity theft affidavit they then must block the information. It does not say they can dispute the information, as i notified them of fraud. It does not say they can lie and continue to commit fraud themselves as they are placing the information on there. I wouldn't have a doubt that someone inside chexsystems is actually behind the fraud since they refuse to ever provide any resolution. I will continue to file complaints with every single government organization i can until this fraud is removed from my report. You are dragging my consumer score down because of your fraud. Additionally they stated they verified XXXX XXXX which looks like some kind of company that does inquiries for all of these " Payday loan places '' My Credit scores are over 700, it makes no logical sense that i would have ever i mean EVER applied for any PAYDAY place when i can obtain prime rates. So again your evidence is actually false. I did not authorize any XXXX services to obtain my consumer report. I did not grant XXXX, or " XXXX XXXX '' or XXXX XXXX access to my ChexSystems report. Additionally i did not authorize XXXX XXXX XXXX. In fact they contacted me advising me there was a fraud alert and i told them i never applied for any accounts with them.

Complaint: Several times in XXXX, I was denied when I was trying to cash a payroll check. On XX/XX/XXXX I requested a Consumer File Disclosure Report from Certigy Check Services, to see why my attempts might have been denied. This report was prepared on XX/XX/XXXX, and I received it on XX/XX/XXXX. The report they sent me had the list of denied checks, but was missing the payments successfully made at XXXX 's ; based on the denial message, it seems that these missing payments contributed to the denial of my check cashing. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Certigy to correct these errors. On XX/XX/XXXX, they prepared a letter saying that they determined that the information is accurate and complete as reported. I received this letter approximately XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called them to remind that I provided them receipts of these payments, and asking them what proof they needed in order to enter these transactions into their system ; I was told that I would be called back with this information. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from a representative named XXXX, who acknowledged that the omissions might be due to transmission errors, and told me that Certigy has no mechanism of correcting an omission on the report.

Complaint: Chexsystems continues to violate all of the FCRA laws in place to protect consumers and victims of identity theft. Not only did Chexsystems advise they wouldnt assist me with the inquiries they let go through WITH A SECURITY FREEZE ON MY REPORTS. Additionally these inquiries are duplicated and triple sometimes even quadruple. I did not authorize these nor did I apply for any bank accounts.The FTC is a Government Agency setup to assist consumers and protect their rights. As a victim of identity theft and by the FCRA laws, and also according to your website. If I provide you notice of Identity theft, also provide you a document declaring Identity theft, I have a legal right to ask the consumer agency to block this information. Additionally you stated XXXX XXXX inquiry in XX/XX/2017 was authorized, however I havent applied for any account or service with them in XX/XX/2017 at all. Therefore that is false and you continually put fraudulent information on my reports abusing me as a consumer. Additionally ChexSystems continually violates all of the FCRA laws in place to protect consumers. Each Violation is subject to a {$1000.00} fee in court, considering ChexSystems has allowed over 40+ Inquiries on my ChexSystems reports, and refuses to block the information, even after providing a Law Enforcement FTC Document. This is violation of my consumer rights. CHEXSystems additionally sends a letter to me telling me they " verified these as accurate '' However they do not provide what they verified was accurate did not send me any information as to how their investigation took place, and did not provide any proof of accuracy. Additionally ChexSystems continues to report fraudulent addresses and names on my ChexSystems Report, once again a violation of law, they continue to give out my ChexSystems report as well, and continue to allow companys to post inquiries to my chexsystems report, even with a Fraud alert, and security freeze. This is costing me alot of damage to myself and credit. As not only did the fraudster use my chexsystems reports to make inquiries, additionally chexsystems took my chexsystem score down to almost below minimum due to these inquiries. Again in which i did not initiate. I have sent them a law enforcement document. The Law for the FCRA does not require a consumer to have the FTC report signed by a law enforcement officer. I am in the State of Texas and no where does it state i MUST Have this document signed by a LAW Enforcement officer to have fraudulent information blocked from my consumer file. AGAIN ChexSystems refuses to follow all law 's and protocols put in place to protect consumers. Again i DO not have to by law get a law enforcement officer to sign the FTC document for you as it is ALREADY sent to law enforcement. No where in the State of Texas nor FCRA laws does it state that a consumer has to by law obtain a signature of a sworn officer on a FTC report to have fraudulent information blocked as a result of identity theft. Please do find the SPECIFIC Law stating that i must have a law enforcement officer sign the report before its valid. The FTC Already reports this to law enforcement and the site was built to support victims of ID theft and all companies have complied BESIDES ChexSystems they continue to violate and abuse the FCRA laws. Also they are providing false information on their website which shows you have a right to have information blocked from your file if you are victim of ID theft. Straight from their website. In their latest response they again only state that i have to by law have a enforcement officer sign the document before they will block anything, yet they don't show the ACTUAL Fact of law that shows this information. In the State of Texas that is not a law. You have a right to choose to have a Law Enforcement officer involved or not.

Complaint: I own a small business and had an account with XXXX XXXX for about a year. in XX/XX/XXXX I received a certified letter from " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' from XXXX that on XX/XX/XXXX that my account will be closed and if I dont go in the bank and close it, he will. He did not provide any information as to why, and when I called them they said its their decision and they have decided to terminate our relationship. I own an XXXX company, and on a monthly basis we write about 250 checks to pay our vendors. They issued this letter to us right after we had mailed out our vendor checks. We did our best calling our vendors to tell them to cash their checks as soon as they can to avoid checks being returned. On XX/XX/XXXX, I went into my local branch " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ca XXXX and spoke with the manager XXXX XXXX and closed my account. I made sure the account was at a XXXX balance. Couple of months later I get a letter from ChexSystems about being reported to them for unpaid fees. I called ChexSystems and I was told that XXXX reported my business to them for some fees that had posted to my account after when it was closed. The total of the fees was {$520.00}. I researched this and found out that XXXX had tacked on overdraft fees from the time after when I closed my account per their request. I called XXXX to dispute this but they did not want to cooperate with me. By being reported to ChexSystems I no can not open any new accounts with any other banks. I have tried and they say my business needs to be removed before a new account can be opened. On XX/XX/XXXX I then called ChexSystems and just paid the {$520.00}. Although I do not beleive I should pay for it, I still did just to be done with this. So they issue now is that ChexSystems is telling me they can not remove my business from the ChexSystems file, and the removal request has to come from XXXX. So I then called XXXX and told them I need to be removed from XXXX as I paid them their {$520.00}. After being transferred to many different people and departments, I got a hold of someone in " Corporate Quality Process Department '' XXXX and I was told that yes our account shows paid in full, however they will not remove me from ChexSystems. I am writing because I need help from being a victim of bad practice by XXXX XXXX and ChexSystems. Not only I paid the {$520.00} for which I dont believe I should have, Now my business is reported to ChexSystems which is a negative mark and not allowing us to work with any other banks. My company has been in business since XX/XX/XXXX and we have never had any issues. I need help in getting my business removed from ChexSystems, and also I would like a refund for my {$520.00}. Complaint: I was denied a bank account by two credit unions XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and were denied accounts by both because of what was found in my chex systems they both stated that chex systems showed where I mishandled a checking or saving account. After reviewing my report I did not see anything wrong with my report and called chex systems to explain the report to me. The agent stated that there was no indication of any mishandled accounts so I called both banks to see what they were viewing and they told me I have to refer back to chex systems and they had to remove the comments that were preventing my from opening the account. Chex systems stated that there is nothing that I could do and to go back to the bank. I would like to know what I need to do to clear the items that are preventing me from opening a bank account its not clear what's wrong.

Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft and I have reported the information to several creditors for more than two years and there have been instances where the banking institutions and merchants have not responded nor refunded my monies before 30 days. I have been denied credit from other merchants and use of services because of the information that they have listed at there companies. There is instances where I have documentation from the individuals and they have not provided me with services.

Complaint: My first dispute letter was sent XX/XX/2018. My second letter was sent XX/XX/2018 according to my mailing receipts. XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to report negative inaccurate information to my credit report. After the first letter, XXXX updated accounts to verified as accurate but ALL debts are paid off. XXXX has not provided proper documentation as to WHY they are continuing to report negative information to my credit report. After the second letter, XXXX sent a letter stating XXXX is attempting to collect a debt. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not provided valid documentation of debts owed. This information is inaccurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX is now in violation of the FCRA and continues to be in noncompliance.

Chex Systems has violated the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act by committing Financial Deformation and providing adverse, inaccurate information.
