Complaint: I contacted Chexsystems about FRAUD under my social security number and to investigate each reporting bank. I called and mailed them correspondence to dispute each item. I strongly deny these items. I told them the law was to provide me with copies of any documentation associated with these " [ items ] '' bearing my signature. In the absence of any such documentation, I ask that this information be immediately deleted from the record you maintain under my Social Security number and provide an updated report. Failure to comply with federal regulations by credit reporting agencies are investigated by the Federal Trade Commission ( see 15 USC 41, et seq. ). I am maintaining a careful record of my communications with you for the purpose of filing a complaint with the FTC, CFPB and the state of Minnesota Attorney General 's office, should you continue in your non-compliance. I further remind you that, as in XXXX v. XXXX XXXX XXXX, No. XXXX ( C.D.Cal. XX/XX/XXXX ), you may be liable for your willful non-compliance. Failure on your behalf to provide a copy of any alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature will result in a small claims action against your company. I will be seeking {$5000.00} in damages. They stated they would not investigate and then they said investigation was done in XXXX YET I was not provided any documentation of any kind. Complaint: I have been denied by ChexSystems multiple times in the last 2 years as I have tried to establish a bank account in my new state. I have never had this problem with any effort to establish a new bank account before. I have fine credit ratings and no red flags. The reason given is that my SS number was available for issuance before my birth date. However, the SS agency can only verify my SS status by providing evidence through my SS card. I went through the trouble of getting a new Social Security card to prove that my SS # has no problems, but there is no medium through which I can submit this to ChexSystems to dispute the denial. I have never had a problem with establishing new bank accounts or financial institutions in any way before - ChexSystems has incorrect information and internal errors ( obviously not based on any concerns at the SS office or any previous bank ) that have cost me many many hours of my time trying to rectify this information. ChexSystems has no customer service options - no person to talk to through their phone number, no chat, and no email to write. Fax is completely insufficient in this day and age. ChexSystems has also established some sort of monopoly with all banks, and so I have no options to avoid their erroneous information and claims by pursuing another service provider.

Complaint: My identity theft is not being taken seriously and was not included in any reporting that XXXX did to early warning services which has made it impossible for me to open a bank account plus it affected the current account I had causing a freeze and they are reporting information to the agency wrongfully and have not responded To any notices sent on behalf of me and the FTC on XX/XX/2018 and also they havent responded to a police report number submitted prior to that on XX/XX/2018 for the fraud committed in my name. It went as far as affecting my auto and renters insurance and I received nasty letters from my XXXX XXXX and property insurance company starring they would cancel my insurance because of what XXXX REPORTED. Ive called dozens of times to talk to a live rep and each time was put on hold to be told after 20 minutes they couldnt be reached in the security department that I would receive a call back and I never did. Then my email was part of my idintity theft and they continued to send emails to me even though I could not access the accounts that had been hacked.

Complaint: Hello, 1 ) I had bank accounts in XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX, then i have sold my bitcoins ( on XXXX ), but buyer committed a fraud and paid with stolen cards. 2 ) Banks returned money to owners, but bitcoins were stolen. I've lost XXXX {$3.00} ) XXXX XXXX XXXX closed my accounts and sent report to ChexSystems. XXXX XXXX XXXX didn't request any information about transactions and didn't do any investigation. Late on XX/XX/2018 I opened a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) but it repeated situation - did nothing and didn't contacted me except one call notified me about case when I said I can provide all documents to prove I'm clean. Now I want to open a case against ChexSystems ( www.chexsystems.com ) so at least they will do investigation if XXXX XXXX XXXX have no resources to do that.

I disputed {$61000.00} reported by XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX, {$720.00} reported by XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX and {$290.00} reported by XXXX XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. These XXXX accounts were fraudulenty opened in my name and without my permission. in the case of the XXXX XXXX and XXXX, the account was opened in a name similar to mine, but with a different social security number and reports an address I have never lived at - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, TN XXXX. In support of this dispute, I submitted the FTC Identity Theft Report I filed, which clearly proves I am the victim of identity theft with regards to these three accounts. ChexSystems refuses to block and/or remove that information pursuant to the FCRA.

CHEX SYSTEMS is XXXX. XXXX Is in XXXX, MN. I explained that I am very very disturbed by what I see on XXXX about my home. That it looks like someone wanted to lend me money for a car, against my home maybe? The company is XXXX XXXX. But I dont know who they are and never heard of them. I also never ever received a CONSUMER REPORT from CHEX SYSTEMS .com. XXXX asked me if I received a Consumer Disclosure report from CHEX SYSTEMS? I told to her, that I did not receive Consumer Disclosure Report from CHEX SYSTEMS. She promised to mail it to me. XXXX initiated a DISPUTE today to investigate who XXXX XXXX are and why they requested so much information about me. I t is my understanding that Chex System can not remove THIRD PARTy SUPPLIED INFORMATION from my XXXX Credit Report. Yesterday Federal Trade Commission 's agent XXXX told to me, that I must contact only Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to help me to remove or dispute unwanted or double or irrelevant to credit report information about me. XXXX Id # XXXX from CHEX SYSTEM also advised me to file a POLICE Report, to go to POLICE and file a report about IDENTITY Theft or that someone is trying to get information -- too much information about me and my home, and report this to the XXXX XXXX POLICE what I intend to do.

The dispute in question is from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had an account with them back in early XXXX to late XXXX and I close the account because they keep on causing problems with the account, ( example. ) I had an employer direct deposit in the account and they would let him after deposit my pay he would go back in my account and withdraw everything out my account then put back what he want to, so I reported the matter to the police and had the account close, now on My chexsyatems report XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting that my account with them was NSF. I have ask chexsyatems to verify and validate the account and provide me with evidence and they refuse to.
