Complaint: XXXX still contains fraudulent addresses and fraudulent information on my XXXX file. XXXX was notified well over a year ago that I was a victim of identity theft. My ID was stolen, my wallet was stolen and I am a victim someone has used my identity without my permission to fraudulently apply for checking and savings accounts. These inquiries XXXX has listed are fraudulent. XXXX won't send me an updated copy of report knowing this is fraudulent. They are damaging my XXXX score because of the fraudulent information being reported. They have fraudulent addresses from XXXX and XXXX on there as well as from XXXX which i have never lived at. I live in XXXX and have for the past two years. I am providing a copy of my identity theft report below. I am requesting that the Fraudulent Inquiries be blocked immediately per my consumer right as I have already filed these with the police department. I am providing you with an affidavit. Please update my XXXX file to block the numerous duplicate applications you are allowing on my file causing inquiries. Complaint: I recently asked XXXX Consumer ID : XXXX .for my consumer report because i applied for 2 credit unions and was denied due to the contents of my report. I know i had nothing negative on my report so I was surprised when those Credit Unions turned me down for membership no thanks to a credit lookup they did on my XXXX report. Apparently there are 2 inquiries that are past 2years! Credit repositories are only supposed to hold inquiries for 2years. Credit inquiries are required by law to remain on your credit reports for 2 years. 1 ) Inquirer : XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry Date : XX/XX/XXXX 2 ) Inquirer : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Inquiry Date : XX/XX/XXXX. The list of following Inquiries are ones I dont recognize at all! and I didnt authorize to pull my XXXX report. Per FCRA 604 To my knowledge, I have not signed any documents authorizing these organization to view my credit history therefore, your inquiry into my credit report violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 1681b ( c ) : Transactions Not Initiated by Consumer.. This info was removed from files and blocked from reporting, yet persistently appears on sold info to any creditor requesting copy-which does not disemenate from the bureaus as companies are forced to make claim, even as claimed on documents. The files in fact point to old data XXXX, XXXX XXXX, etc ( all 3rd party subCRAs, illegal ) have collected " from the bureaus '' and some point in the past. these companies have no intention of correcting or purging files. I have been requested to CC XXXX 5+ years of information so they can push buttons on a computer and VERIFY DATA- I have no credit accounts. There is no info to give. all accounts have been disputed in full, removed, closed, or PAID ( XXXX ).

Nevertheless the matter was reported to XXXX XXXX by the XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX has been barring every attempt by me to open a new checking account, such as at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and so on, all based on derogatory information from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX even closed down my existing checking account based on derogatory " information '' from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has no business causing me harm this way, especially since I paid off my falsely create " debt '' so-called to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and have had no defaults anywhere. I called XXXX XXXX over the phone but received no satisfactory information from them. They would " disclose '' nothing. They would not answer any questions nor provide any relief. Complaint: I filed a complain once before regarding an older account that I had with my husband jointly that I was forced to pay. He and I were no longer together and he was told by a judge not to utilize any accounts, yet he did and it was clearly for an item associated with him. A gym membership to be concise. XXXX advised me to get a police report in order for them to take into consideration and I did. This time around there is Fraud on my report and that was reported not only to the police but the XXXX because an ID Card of some sort was made using Maryland when I have been a bonafide District of Columbia resident for over a decade. I am tired of having this affect my ability to bank within normal capacity and something needs to be done as it is unlawful to maintain a record of fraud on someone's report. I have not had any problems with companies that understand how the Fair Credit Act works. I am wasting time and resources fighting this agency and do plan to file a complaint with The Office of Attorney General today as well. I have given the police reports and formally written dispute via U.S. Mail.
