In is in clarity that your Claim of Non-Medical debt Collection is insufficient for collections much less reporting. You MUST DELETE this unjust injurious allegation because it is significantly deficient of the requisite certified reporting compliance ( such as perfect metro 2 format reporting ) and testimonial evidence of the PHYSICALY VERIFIABLE PROOF OF VALIDATION as related to the full truth, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, ownership, identity of true debtor, dates, balances, audits, calculations, source codes, creditor collection code, 426-chrc P6 statement and its associated trailing fragments, the minimal five portioned personal identifiers, the pay statuses, the required 386-pieces of confirmation to collection, and elsewise standard or mandatory for proper reporting, mentioned or not.
Although I am checking for and addressing missing and or deficient aspects of REPORTING COMPLIANCES and not contesting any debt of compliant nature, I should make you aware that since unlawful reporting transitions collection into an equally not complaint circumstance. To date, the plaintiff has failed to demonstrate any capacity or willingness to validate the alleged debt much less certify the fair, accurate, complete and compliant reporting of the claims, particularly being significantly deficient is any display of certified metro 2 compliance. Complaint: I tried to open a savings account with a credit union but was blocked due to a Chex Systems charge-off from XXXX XXXX XXXX saying I owe {$140.00}. I have never had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. In the past few years up till XXXX, I have had multiple credit checks without this issue being flagged. I have had first-time homeowner counseling with a HUD-approved non-profit in early XXXX and this issue was never flagged.
In the past month, XXXX XXXX bought out XXXX XXXX, which my parents had an account with in the past but their account was closed in XX/XX/2014 and they paid any balance owed. I have never had an XXXX XXXX account. XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXXis claiming a balance on an account that never existed and is not giving me documentation saying that I do not owe them the amount.

I would like to be provide physical proof of how you contacted the creditor '' XXXX XXXX '' account # XXXX. I want to be given the written correspondence email's/letters, phone call records you had with the employees who you said verified the data, and any other documentations used for this investigation.
I am submitting a complaint because Chexsystems never sent me the investigation results. I only received a letter dated XX/XX/2019 that the investigation would take XXXX and then my own request of a report dated XX/XX/2019 to see what if anything had been done to my report. as of today i affirm they never sent me my results of the investigation.
either remove the false and erroneous account or I shall and will seek legal remedies made to me via your negligence and willful disregard to abide by FCRA statutes. Complaint: Ongoing disputes with XXXX XXXX XXXX previously known as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. My debit check card was used fraudulently in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX while I was being hospitalized and under my doctors care due to an injury. The fraud was not discovered by me until around XX/XX/XXXX when I was well and able to handle my finances. The fraud was reported to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX wanted me to release my medical records to them in order to verify I was in hospital which I didnt feel comfortable with doing I felt it was unnecessary. My debit card was being used in XXXX and XXXX states which Ive never been. At the XXXX agreed not to report it on my credit bureau the charge off account but the account has remained on my ChexSystems report. XXXX has refused to work with me on the dispute and getting the charge off cleared even after numerous phone calls and even with me filing a police report with the police department. I last spoke with XXXX at the midtown hy location in XXXX on XXXX. It was stated by her that there is nothing I can do about the account now because its been past 60 days since the fraud occured. I informed her that the fraud was reported over a year ago and the fact that I was hospitalized and gave her a copy of the police report. At this point it has been almost 2 years and still the account is not resolved even with XXXX having well known knowledge that there were fraudulent charges made on my account. At this point if it can not be resolved with the cfpb complaints, police reports, and identity theft affidavit, I am prepared to take this case to small claims court and sue for fcra violations, since this is reporting inaccurate and fraudulent information to a consumer reporting agency ( chexsystems ) and has been doing so for almost 2 years even after they have knowledge the account was used fraudulently and not by me

Complaint: I am the victim of identity theft. Upon knowledge of the violation, I spoke with Police and obtained a report, obtained an identity theft affidavit which I had signed and notarized. I included all of the fraudulent accounts as well as my ID and mailed it to the credit bureaus. XXXX and XXXX immediately removed the accounts. However XXXX came back said that my police report wasnt sufficient. XXXX completely ignored my statements and have refused to remove items from my credit report within the 5 day period as stated on the FCRA. After calling day in and day out to resolve this conflict, a dispute center manager from another country refused to assist me with moving forward and notified me that it will take 45 days for the items to be removed. The items were mailed on XX/XX/XXXX, I was then notified on XX/XX/XXXX that the disputes sat in a P.O. Box for 2 weeks before being opened. These credit bureaus are criminals who outsource vital information to people in call centers who barely speak English. Someone who doesnt have a social security number shouldnt or wont be effective in resolving conflict with the bureaus and consumers shouldnt have to deal with credit bureaus negligence. Customer service reps at all of the bureaus need to be fully knowledgeable about the FCRA and the governing laws that they must abide by. Despite me reading my disputes and going over the FCRA, the dispute manager refused to assist me with the timely removal of the inaccurate info. My investigation numbers are XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I sent all of my documents together so it SHOULD be under one number but because they are so unorganized they extenuate the circumstances and handle resolutions very carelessly. They must be held accountable. They should also remove Chex Systems information as well.

The issue is with the non-response to the help I need in dispute and clear my record. No one on this report knows who XXXX is, they think they are the hand of XXXX just the same. I can not get a checking acct from any bank with this info on my report. Complaint: I recently applied for an account with XXXX XXXX Bank and was declined. They use a consumer reporting agency called XXXX who informed me via letter that my consumer score was XXXX. After requesting a credit report all I am able to see is which financial institutions have requested to see my credit information. This report does not show anything indicating how the got a score of XXXX.
My credit score at XXXX and XXXX are both above 800.
After calling both XXXX XXXX and XXXX they are not able to provide me any information on how they got to this score or what negative information may be affecting it.
My concern now is that there may be some information that is impacting my credit and I may not be aware of it.
Can you please inform me of how I can proceed with this to correct it?

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 my XXXX XXXX account was closed because I ordered a personal care object on a bad online site that I wasnt aware of, so they closed my account even after hearing me out and knowing the situation. I also just received my XXXX XXXX report and it shows that ( reported information ) you guys received from XXXX XXXX XXXX is showing to other banks. When this happened with my account I tried to dispute this with the bank, they said because if this they would give me my account back but never did. Because of these reports I cant bank anymore, anywhere..
