Second time they sent me a letter stating that they needed me to put my request in writing along with my PIN number for my security freeze because I requested to change information contained in my report, which I did not. I then followed up with a phone call and they were " unable to access my report '' to assist me with my concern.

Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft therefore I often check my credit reports across the three most popular bureaus XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. On XX/XX/2019 I additionally requested a copy of my credit report from another reporting agency, Chexsystems. When I received the results from Chexsystems it was founded there were 0 accounts delinquent but there had been several attempts to pull my credit accruing several inquiries. I reached out to chexsystems to make them aware that it was fraud attempts on my name and requested to have the inquiries removed. I then submitted a written request to have the inquiries removed. I have yet to see results. The companies reporting inquiries include 3 attempts from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. These accounts are Unverifiable. Please remove ALL inquiries for they are not mine and consequently are having a negative impact to my credit report.

I never wrote a check whatsoever to XXXX. these people keep saying that I wrote a check that did not clear with XXXX which is not on my bank statement at all yet keeps asking yet harassing my bank to give them info they do not deserve from my bank called XXXX. for the 3rd time again for these XXXX ... I have sent the necessary info as proof to this company called XXXX showing them I did not write a check to XXXX there is nothing on my bank statement to verify a check even being wrote evidence attached these XXXX XXXX contact the upper XXXX in my complaint, I am constant complaining about CHEK Systems ... oh yes ... to post on my report that I did not pay the check of course stupid check system post his unlawful mess from XXXX stating I did not pay the check to XXXX as well I sends current info of my back statement to both dummy 's and of course once again they completely ignore the evidence and wants to ruin my credit saying different. I XXXX XXXX XXXX has included evidence of the checks and check sequences that I have and the bank statement for the month of XX/XX/2019 that XXXX claims I wrote the check in the month of XX/XX/2019 to XXXX which shows no activity! if I wrote any check you XXXX well better believe that a bank would have record of the check and the check number and date check was written! OOOK! PLEASE GET BOTH MONSTERS OFF OF MY BACK NOW BY MAKING THEM ACCEPT LEGAL DOCUMENTS THAT I AS WELL AS OTHER ORGANIZATIONS/COMPANIES PRESENT TO THEM AND LEAVE ME ALONE! Complaint: I have been trying to get a hold of someone in XXXX for 3 weeks. I was denied opening a checking account because of the information on this report. The bank would not share the information with me. And told I needed to go to XXXX to get the report. I requested a copy of my report and have not received one. I have called and can not get a hold of anyone and left a voice message. There is no way to reach a live person or get a follow up about a request for a copy of my consumer report. It's difficult to know what the issue is or fix an issue if I don't receive the consumer report to find out what the problem is. What are my options?

Complaint: Today Date XX/XX/2019 This complaint involves ChexSystems. I received a denial letter from XXXX XXXX in regards to opening a money market account. They said their decision was made in part due to a report from chexsystems and that I should contact them for the report. XX/XX/2019 was my first request for the report. Which was to be mailed in 5 working days. XX/XX/2019 : I called chexsytems to ask where the report was and they said I should have received it and would mail another one. XX/XX/2019 : I filled out another request for my report. XX/XX/2019 : I contacted your office. Why don't banks send a report along with the denial letter. Why can't you get the report by email. The application after all was applied for online.

Complaint: To XXXX I am writing this message in regards to a letter i received a few weeks back. I wish to have a description of the procedure used to codetermine that the information your sent to me was valid. Looking at a computer screen does not make it valid that is a violation of my rights as a consumer. You have violated several things within the FCRA, FACTA and you have violated the procedure to factually through the dispute process by allowing a computer to dictate if an account is verified that is fraudulent. You've made a serious mistake by placing an account that doesn't belong to me on my consumer report. I received an alert as to the account being fraudulent due to several breaches. I have mention this time and time again that i am unaware of the debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX and i asked for original documents of the contract, and the procedure used to verify the accounts listed. I never received any actual original documents there for you must remove this accounts immediately. I will not fall victim by being a fool to the credit bureaus. An account can't be verified by a computer. It is impossible. I want to see actual documents with my signature with the contract that i owe a debt. I have been harassed by your company and creditors for something i have no clue about. I will be filing a lawsuit upon your reply and actions you take this get this matter resolved. I am a consumer that is aware of my rights and i have the right to dispute any accounts that are not mine. I didn't give anyone and rights to to add any account or view my credit report without my consent. That is breaking the law and i want compensation of {$1000.00} for each error that is listed on my credit report. I've sent in several certified letters dating back to a year ago. I am now dealing with a lawyer that realized the errors and mistakes that you've caused to my consumer report. I am requesting a listing of the names, addresses and telephone numbers of the people they contacted at your bank. I am also aware of Wenger v. Trans Union Corp., No. 95-6445 ( C.D.Cal. XX/XX/1995 ). request that you respond to my letter in 14 days max within the time period i will following up on my credit file to ensure this matter is resolved within that time frame. If i'm not contacted in 14 days i will contact the FTC and my state attorney generals office located at Office of Attorney General State of Florida XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX. I will also file a petition in small claims court for items such as Defamation, Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud. I have copies of all the papers work I've sent in to be of certified mail, recordings over the phone for the past year on disputes. Emails and more. I am well equipped and ready for litigations beware that i am now turning this over to my lawyer. A letter will be sent from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, FL XXXX. She will definitely be in touch with you.
