Complaint: I have been a victim of identity theft and I became aware of this back in 2009 when my wife passed away. I have been to the police and I have gotten identity theft reports created by the FTC. None of these are signed they are electronically signed. They have been accepted by every entity including federal court and state courts and yet one entity is claiming that I need to get these things manually signed. XXXX, Is the entity claiming I need to get it manually signed yet the law does not state that or want that or require that. I have said they are breaking the law and they refuse to talk to me further because they hang up. They are not obeying the law they are trying to rewrite the laws and only Congress can do that. I am including a copy of my original report and the one that I had certified and notarized to show what they made me go through and the law does not require that. That wasted time and money because they think they can re write the laws of Congress with their own policies because they want it.

Complaint: I requested a " re-investigation '' into the information reported to Chexsystems by XXXX XXXX only to receive a letter back from Chexsystems saying that the date of bankruptcy filing was prior to the date of the information being reported, and that if I wanted to further dispute the information, to submit further documentation such as a list of creditors indicating that the specific account had been included in my bankruptcy. This just happened to be the exact same document that I submitted in my original dispute request to them, so they knew going in to the the dispute that the account was included in bankruptcy, chose to ignore my dispute, continue to create roadblocks, and report erroneous information. I then attempted to contact them to discuss the response letter and was informed that only one person in the entire company can speak with me regarding my file after providing them my consumer ID XXXX, and that I would have to wait for a call back, which of course took 6 hours, and I missed because I was at work, so who knows if and when I would ever be able to speak with " XXXX ''.

Complaint: i cant open any kind of a account in any bank b/c it states i owe money to banks witch i dont owe nothing i had my id taken in the earliy XXXX in XXXX pa when i then tryed to open a bank account there when it stated i had one with them and owed a fee here to come find out it wasnt me it was a man who used my ssn in florida and the bank tryed to solve this at the time and coundent now the bank is no longer around but yes kids have taken my car from XXXX pa and all my purse and id was taken and anyone now can get your info online for a fee but im telling u its not me i cant get nothing im not a young chicken XXXX XXXX XXXX captured his first ever XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX victory this past season with his teammate XXXX XXXX. Complaint: Closed an account from XXXX XXXX with cashiers check as I was moving to another location which did not have XXXX XXXX. I then opened an account at local XXXX XXXX XXXX branch and the cashiers check I had didn't deposit until about 90 days, XXXX XXXX XXXX requested documentation and the proof that it was a valid check. I called the previous bank ( XXXX XXXX ) and the branch manager sent over motorized check/copy and letter confirming it was a valid check not suspected fraud as XXXX XXXX XXXX implied. XXXX XXXX XXXX closed the account and placed suspected fraud on the XXXX which severely refrains me from opening an account at any other bank. This information is false and need to be removed from my history as I am not a fraud.

Complaint: It is the first time I heard about the company named XXXX XXXX. What happen is that, the bank called me and said that they canceled my application and Issuance of Debit card because XXXX XXXX told that my Account at XXXX XXXX Issued a token.on my account.But that token that Chex said is a dispute on my account at XXXX XXXX, and I wasn't aware of that. Because there's always someone accessing my account not only at XXXX XXXX, also to my account at XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. That is why those account got closed due to the transactions that I didn't do.Because I am having issue accessing my account because all the device i '' m using was been compromise, and even all my email account and social media account. I think it was planted. Imagine, even my assets, investment, insurance, shares of stock and dividends are being manipulated already.by the called third party and maybe, Chex is affiliated with this third party.

Complaint: I was denied the right to have a bank account at XXXX XXXX because the XXXX computer detected some bad issues in my identity with respect to my transactions that I perform and have performed in the past with the bank. I am attempting to have a business online that I operate from my personal computer at home. Right now, it is earning about $ 400/month. I desire or intend that I allow it to grow so that it can potentially earn about $ 95,000/year. But because I have been making so many purchases with my credit cards, I am behind in my payments to my creditors, ( including PayDay Loans ) and so the computer sounded the alert that I was doing something suspicious. I have the ability to repay all of my debts. The problem is that the schedule of the payments that I desire is in conflict with the schedule of payments that those creditors desire, so they sounded the alert to protect their financial interests.My debts are around {$10000.00}, but the amount of money in my 401K, ( which substantiates my net worth ) is around {$290000.00}, and my salary is $ XXXX/year so it's not unreasonable on my part that I can pay it all back.

I was notified by experience that I was on the dark web and that my identity has been compromised my Social Security number had been compromised I just received another notice of that on or about XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted them about them giving me extra security on my account I think freezes on my account I put alerts on my account nothing has been done by XXXX or any of the other credit reporting agencies theres like 30 inquiries that I did not do that is ruining my credit theres charges on there that I havent done and Ive disputed them again everything I can do.

Complaint: I applied for a credit union account with XXXX. As part of their approval process, they outsource their approval process to XXXX XXXX. I have a transunion credit score of XXXX or EXCELLENT. I was rejected the account based on data from XXXX XXXX. XXXX referred me to Chex Systems for more information. I spoke with XXXX XXXX who REFUSED to tell me why my application was rejected. I am XXXX years old. I have several bank accounts, am financially secure and have NEVER been decline for any bank, credit card, etc. I was told I would need to put in a formal request for the reason and it would take 5 BUSINESS DAYS after that submission for XXXX XXXX to MAIL the information to me. This " company '' refuses a strong applicant then won't tell the applicant the reason and MAKE THE APPLICANT WAIT two weeks? This is ridiculous. The government needs to pull their license. They have told the bank to reject me but refuse to tell me why. PLUS there is no legitimate reason to reject me. The government needs to stop this company from destroying other citizen 's financial records. I asked to speak to a manager and XXXX refused to transfer me. She told me to talk to the credit union. I spoke to the credit union and they have no details as to why I was rejected.
