They use a service called Chexsystems that has provided information to XXXX that I did not pass Chexsystems approval process and now I can not move forward with my mortgage loan at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the service and they will not review the infomraion they provided to XXXX with me preventing me form moving forward with my loan application.

Complaint: I had an issue with my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account a while back my card was stolen and used and I was blamed for it leaving me owing the bank XXXX I argued but lost and eventually paid off the XXXX ( do n't have recipt ) to have my account in good standing same for my XXXX account I owed {$38.00} due to over draft fee 's but recently paid it off ( have receipt ), however when I when to open a checking account at XXXX XXXX I was unable to do so due to my Chex Systems report saying that I still owe this money both banks but they were both in fact paid in full. I was told that sometimes Chex systems fails to updated, so I am just hoping to have my reports brought up to date.

Complaint: Centegy has on multipal occasions denied my payroll checks from being cashed from many different companys. my payroll checks have been denied over and over again on every pay period. I believe in being profiled for some reason I do not know. I have call to find out the reason why and was told that it was an algorithm that denied it and that the company has no control over it. also stated was that only 1 % to 2.5 % of the millions of checks cashed daily get declined. all of the payroll checks gone through there services recently have been declined. I have never wrote a personal. Check so why is this happening to me.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/16, I disputed an entry on my ChexSystems report with Chexsystems. The entry was placed by XXXX, California in the amount of {$250.00} and reported for " Suspected Fraud Activity ''. I did not recognize this, and in my dispute to Chexsystems, I requested documentation from XXXX to substantiate both ( a ) the amount and ( b ) the suspected fraud activity. I then received a letter from ChexSystems dated XXXX/XXXX/16, that states that they have verified the information, but XXXX informed that account was opened online so requested docs were unable to be obtained. This is a completely unacceptable response. How was Chexsystems able to verify information when there is apparently no documentation to substantiate the information?

Complaint: I filed a dispute with Chexsystems over a month and a half ago. I have been expecting to hear from them or receive a letter regarding my dispute. I have n't received anything from them. I just got off the phone with them and they said that there is no record of my disputes at all, which is a lie. I sent them the disputes via certified mail. They have information on my report that does n't belong to me at all. I want the information removed due to the fact that they have blatantly disregarded my dispute and ignored it like it was going to go away. I have attached the final letter that I mailed to them today. They have 30 days to remove the items off of my report or I will take them to court.

Complaint: On or about XXXX/XXXX/16, I wrote a check to retailer, XXXX XXXX, which was denied by the retailer. I was told that I would have to contact Certegy directly which I did within a few days of the declined transaction. I was told that I could only be given limited to info over the phone and I had to disclose personal confidential info, e.g., banking info and driver 's license, to them if I wanted a written a response of why the check was declined for processing. I received a response about XXXX which stated the check was declined because " This transaction fell outside of the guidelines Certegy has established for authorization and the second time check was through the same date and time that authorization was declined because " Certegy did not authorize this transaction because our records indicated that the same check or payment had been submitted to us before, and authorization had been declined. '' See first reason check was declined. I spoke with a Certegy agent on XXXX for an explanation of why my check did not satisfy their " guidelines '' and was told that said info was proprietary and could not be disclosed. I responded then how would I be able to prevent the embarrassment from having another check declined for authorization if I have no info to cure the alleged defect that does not meet their guidelines. I was not given a responsive answer to this question.

They have yet to respond to my dispute that they have my social security number wrong on my report. My number is XXXX they continue to show my number as something ending in XXXX.
