Complaint: In XXXX and XXXX 2016 my bank account was hacked into a card was cloned and while in XXXX XXXX money was taken from ATMs across this XXXX XXXX area. XXXX XXXX took more than 92 days to investigate the issue in the into room since it is driven my account negative and caused widespread late payments and current bills affecting my credit they then reported me to ChexSystems even though I was a documented victim of fraud for account abuse.
That inaccurate and irresponsible reporting of the debt owed to XXXX XXXX which was then later decided to be fraud in my favor its kept me from being able to do any normal banking.

Complaint: When I attempted to cash two reimbursement checks with XXXX bank and XXXX banks in XXXX XXXX, Michigan, I was informed that I had an issue with ChexSystem reported that I had an outstanding balance with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mi and spoke with XXXX XXXX ..., she informed me that there was not such an issue with the credit union. Now that she " no longer works there '' per XXXX staff, i got an emailed copy of a statement dated XXXX XXXX stating that there was an overdraft on my account and that it was paid within that same month. See copy. I want this negative credit/banking activity to be removed from my credit report because its been 46 months since this burden has refrained me from opening banking accounts to manage paying debts or receiving deposits to pay debts. ChexSystem reflects derogatory statements about and ruins my credit ability. ChexSystems acts are unconstitutional and has helped to ruin my livelihood.

Complaint: I am complaining about XXXX XXXX/ChexSystems. OnXX/XX/XXXX I disputed some information with Chexsystems AND XXXX XXXX for what they reported me to ChexSystems and XXXX XXXX DID NOT respond to Chexsystems about my dispute. Again I filed with XXXX XXXX AND ChexSystems about my dispute. By the FCRA ChexSystems has 30 days to receive information from the institution of what I did wrong. XXXX XXXX NEVER ended up writing to chexsystems and on XX/XX/XXXX since 30 days was on a Saturday Chexsystems REMOVED information from XXXX XXXX what they reported. 2 more extra months went by and on XX/XX/XXXX I get a letter from Chexsystems ( 3 months after ) that " since that time, the source of the information has certified that the information is accurate, therefor, it has been reinserted into your consumer file. BOTH companies are breaking the FCRA since XXXX XXXX DID NOT respond to me after I filed a dispute to them directly nor did they respond to Chexsystems. It was over 82 days when they reported my information back to chexsystems and they are now reporting it.

Complaint: I ordered my credit report from chex systems and I disputed the things that I did n't authorized and they sent me a letter back on XXXX/XXXX/2017 stating that everything in my report was correct. I am so sick of these credit report people telling you what 's right and what 's wrong. Please show me where I applied for credit, or gave someone written permission to run my credit. This is why I have a fraud alert on my credit report. These companies are not doing there job and it ; s sad that anyone has to keep calling or writing them for them to remove this. What person you know would let a company run there credit 10 times knowing that there not going to be approved. This makes no since. I want these company 's removed from my report. Or send me proof in writing that I aloud them to pull my credit on my behave. These companies claim to have ran my credit on behave of someone else. Which is not true and how can anyone else run your credit on behave of someone else. I would think that I would have to give permission to both companies if this is true. I also know that hen these so called companies ran my report they used the name XXXX XXXX like everyone else has been doing that is not my name. Thee only reason Chex systems has my correct name is because I sent them a copy of my license and social security card to update my information.

Complaint: I requested my ChexSystems report and noticed : 1. My report has 5 different addresses which needs to removed.
2. My name should be XXXX XXXX XXXX, no other name.
3. This company has me listed as owing 2 banks : XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$340.00} and XXXX XXXX for $ XXXX am not aware of either of these accounts.In which they have an address that I 've NEVER resided.
After being denied by a credit union for checking/savings account, I was informed of these accounts. In which they have an address that I 've NEVER resided.
I have sent a letter to update all of my information and to remove these accounts from my report, as it is preventing me from opening up bank accounts.
There has not been any resolution to this issue.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX reported ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to CHEXSYSTEMS. The checking account was charged off for XXXX}. I have contacted XXXX XXXX collection department and fraud department. All associates I have spoken with have stated they have nothing on record of me owing any debts. I disputed this with CHEXSYSTEMS. I received correspondence from CHEXSYSTEMS stating after investigation, my dispute has been verified as accurate and therefore will be retained with CHEXSYSTEMS. I have tried to contact CHEXSYSTEMS with no luck. I either get no answer or re-directed. I am trying to understand how they came to that decision. Who did they contact at XXXX XXXX? If I had this information I may be able to rectify. I am currently red flagged with banking institutions and this has held up my financial progress. My dispute and complaint is, How can I be red flagged when XXXX XXXX can not verify I am in debt with them and CHEXSYSTEMS can not provide me with information on regards to who they spoke with to make this decision!

Complaint: I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX in full, for an over drafted bank account. The account number is, XXXX - XXXX. Amount requested by XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1200.00}.
Amount paid by XXXX XXXX, {$1200.00} for XXXX balance.
This account was initially reported as Suspected Fraud Activity. This language is suggestive that elements of Fraud were present. When this was just an overdraft. A customer issued me a check, I deposed the check in good faith. The check amount was credited to my account, but later returned to me as NSF. The bank overdrew my account {$1200.00}. However, there was never any elements of Fraud involved.
XXXX XXXX XXXX reported this erroneous information to ChexSystems. ChexSystems is reporting this erroneous information to those who pull my information.
XXXX XXXX XXXX is declining to open a new account because of this language.
