Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX received an email from XXXX XXXX with the email address of XXXXXXXXXXXX, which stated my application had been approved to complete surveys. I was asked to verify my information which I did. Continuing, the email then stated that the information would be used for payment to execute my assignment as well as my wages.
I received a XXXX email from the same person as above which stated : XXXX assignment to start the next day, Note that a check will be sent to you by XXXX overnight to proceed with the task immediately.
I received a check by XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX in the amount of {$1200.00} at which time I was to deposit in my bank XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX and withdraw funds of {$1000.00} and complete assignment. To complete assignment I was to wire the XXXX to the XXXX store in XXXX, Colorado payable to XXXX XXXX for pick up by her. Then to complete a survey after assignment was processed.
On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received another XXXX containing another check in the amount of {$1200.00}, was to complete the assignment the same as before to the same location as above and to the same person XXXX XXXX at the XXXX, Colorado XXXX store.
Within XXXX minutes my bank XXXX XXXX Bank XXXX contacted me, XXXX XXXX advised he believed this is a money laundering scam and advised me to cancel the transaction and redeposit the XXXX back into my account, which I did.
I was also advised to file a police report with the La XXXX XXXX, which I did on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX case # XXXX. He made copies of all documents, check, bank info, receipts.
On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received a message from XXXX XXXX asking why I had cancelled the XXXX transaction, I told her this was a scam and my bank advised to cancel the transaction and redeposit the money into my account.
On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX received a message from XXXX XXXX XXXX additional email that XXXX more checks were coming and to follow directions for the assignments the same as before. Then received a message from XXXX XXXX to shred the checks when I received them.
I have no way of attaching all documents to this report but will mail in if I can get an address to send them to.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX 2017, a check, Number XXXX, in the amount of XXXX was presented to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX PA. This account is an XXXX dedicated account ; all disbursements must be by check. I am the custodian on this account, which belongs to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The custodial relationship is listed on both the check and the account.
On that day, the check was declined without good cause by " Certegy ''.
After such decline, a Consumer File Disclosure Report was requested from Certegy.That report 's control number is XXXX The information on that report consists solely of the fact that they declined the check, and that there is no other information on file. Six pages of FCRA legal boilerplate, and NO useful information provided at all.
Note that this account is over 8 years old, and carefully managed. There has never been an overdrawn check on this account. Typical use occurs while the XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX, and a declined check could spell a disaster, so having a valid check declined out of hand for NO justifiable reason is unacceptable.

The courthouse refuses to answer appeals and casde information and in fact plays XXXX.I have an active supoenae, unanswered by the courts.
This has prevented me from gaining lawfully maintained units repeatedly, as has unlawful unrequested file freezes and blocks I previously didnt ask for. My mail was repeatedly stolen and not forwarded. I have filed fraud charges XXXX XXXX pd, XXXX pd, and IDT.gov. companies do not care and report the slander anyways. same goes for my other credit accounts. information provided from companies is not accurate.
