Complaint: I learned from authority and being under investigation that am a victim of identity theft. The FBI told me it 's an inside job. My drivers license have been stolen with the names XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX. My date of birth have been changed with all three credit agencies. All of my former employers have been changed. My social security card have been stolen. I 'm using my maiden name, which is XXXX. A seven year fraud alert have been placed on all three credit agencies. XXXX XXXX once lived with my late father XXXX XXXX XXXX. She knew he was my emergency contact, prior to his XXXX and was stealing my mail. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX are sisters and they are working together. In 2005 I filed a XXXX XXXX law sue. My XXXX was prepared by them without my knowledge. Credit was being abused while I was under wage earner, my rights was violated under the wage earner courts. The case number for the law sue is XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. Tax returns are being filed using my personal information. Fraudulent transitions are being reported to IRS. XXXX-mortgage statements.

A company called Certegy Check Services contracted by XXXX XXXX. I called the number on the refused receipt for an explanation but was given around when I asked how they knew anything about my banking situation. My drivers license number showed no information on their files. I became tired of the run around and hung up.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX, I paid XXXX in cash the full amount of an account that was previously charged off. XXXX alleged it notified XXXX of the same on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ), I called XXXX to verify if they had been notified of the payoff ; they denied receiving the information. I called XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) again asking confirmation of account being paid off ; again they denied the same. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) - I filed an online dispute with XXXX providing proof of payment, as instructed by XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) I went into a local XXXX branch, asking for documentation as proof of date and time the pay off information was sent to XXXX, XXXX representative said they had no documentation. I asked how they communicated payoff to XXXX, they refused to provide this information. XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) I called XXXX again asking if they received documentation of payoff - Representative said : everything was on hold while investigation is being conducted based on dispute filed XX/XX/XXXX. I asked what that meant. Rep said : documentation was sent to XXXX requesting response of payoff. I asked when was the documentation sent. The Rep said : It 's in process. I stated to Rep - since you ca n't tell me what time, then you obviously have not sent the request to the bank. Rep stated even if bank sent or subsequently sends documentation of payoff, I would not know anything until investigation is completed, that they have 30 days, and results would be sent in writing. Since it takes " seconds '' to put me into XXXX, why ca n't I get answers in " seconds '' to my valid questions? Why have I been lied to by both the bank and XXXX? It 's my understanding that this is all done electronically, and I know that wire transfers can occur within 15 minutes - so why does it take these two entities days to document proof of this transaction? I paid cash, borrowing money to pay this outstanding debt, and I ca n't get a straight answer from anybody. I told XXXX I would be filing this complaint, and I 'm requesting an immediate response. My life is on hold while these two institutions fart around. Please advise at your earliest convenience ( i.e. - immediately ). Thank you for your assistance and cooperation.

Complaint: I received a letter from the IRS stating that in XXXX 2015, XXXX XXXX XXXX which was acquired by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, a subsidiary of Fidelity National Information Services , INC., reported a retirement income to the IRS in the amount of {$12000.00}. The problem I am having is that the IRS is saying I owe them money now and I never heard of nor had an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX. The IRS is stating this is an IRA. As much as I would love one, I do not own any IRA accounts. The only thing I can think of is that they, in error, used my SSN ( XXXX ). Either way I have nothing from this company nor about this company and I am furious that I have to go through this. Is n't a company suppose to send a XXXX to the person who took a distribution? I want a copy of what was sent to the IRS. I need a corrected XXXX or income statement and I need a written statement stating this was an error. I have searched via the internet and found 2 phone number, left messages and no one has gotten back to me. I need this corrected ASAP.

Complaint: To whom it concerns i recently pulled my credit report and noticed fraudulent errors dealing with the company 's listed above. I 've contacted these company 's by phone email and mailing certified letters. I have n't received any documents, phone calls nor emails from the banks, credit bureaus and The Chexsystem. It has been over a period of five years since XXXX /2012 and current. I 've asked the company 's to send verifiable documents of any signatures pertaining to me but i still have n't received any documents back yet. I have not been able to open an account in over 5 years and have n't open any accounts because of this fraudulent error where my identity was used to open the accounts listed above without my consent. Identity theft is one of the biggest crimes and it 's an ongoing crime that i have no control over. During this period i also lost my wallet that had my license, social security card, birth certificate and more. This is been an uncomfortable situation that i had to deal with for a very long time and its affected my life. It 's difficult to work a job and get paid where i can not put my money in the bank because someone used my identity to open several bank accounts under my name.
