Complaint: I have tried to open up XXXX accounts at XXXX different banks.I wa s denied by chex systems.I do n't have any delinquent bank account reporting to the chex systems.They ar e discriminating against my personal life.I should be able to open as many bank account as I want.Along as I am in Good standing with those banks and is responsible financially to manage those accounts.I will be filing a XXXX XXXX dollar federal class action lawsuit against chex systems for reporting inaccurate incorrect and inaduaqute items to those who have an positive banking history.This is also causing me emotional distress and I am sure it is causing others emotion distress too.Chex systems incorrect inquiries on my credit report.Why am I and others being penalized for dum stuff.If no one is delinquent or have an bad credit history banks.Then that should n't matter.What should matter is that person has a positive banking history. <P/> Here the key factors for on the report saying I could n't open an account.

Complaint: I tried to cash several checks over several months in several locations and they were denied. The decision to cash or not cash the checks was based on a company called Certegy Check Services , Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX. When I called the number ( s ) for customer service, the response was that they could not tell me the reason for the denial other then that there is a program that determines the whether to deny or accept the cashing of the check and that they, the customer service rep., did n't have the information to share and if they did have the information to share, they would n't because someone might manipulate the system. If they can not, or will not, tell me why I 'm being denied, then they should at least tell me what I need to do to be allow to cash checks again. As it is, I wonder if I am being denied services for illegal reasons. They will not even cash my Federal tax return check. Is there a problem with the US government bouncing checks now?

Complaint: To whom this may concern, I am a victim of identity theft and I have previously reported this to Chexsystems, the FTC, Local Police, and others, however despite multiple attempts Chexsystems continues to report th e inaccurate information. I have received reports, but the information they claim they have remove, continues to report. More generally, Chexsystems has given me the " run around '' and has refused to assist in the understanding, disputing, or management of their consumer files. Given this situation, I am requesting Chexsystems promptly remove all previously disputed information and send a response. I have attached reports received from ChexSystems and if examined, you can clearly see a whole different name and DL number attached to my ChexSystem report. I have also taken steps to freeze my report, but have yet to receive a pin number to be able to access my report in the future.
