Complaint: Good afternoon. Ive been on Chex systems for a couple years now. Ive been trying to open a checking account but when I apply to serval branches they decline due to Chex systems. I had a fraud activity when I was younger with XXXX XXXX XXXX. They stold my card and I spoke to the banker and they close my account. Later on I have to pay a return fee balance which I did. It happen on XX/XX/14. I have good credit history with my credit cards and I have a debit card with one bank and Ive been having good history why is it still on my records if this wasnt my fault.

Complaint: Chexsystem 's continues to deny my claims that i have identity theft even though i have filed a FTC Identity theft report which i will attach. ChexSystems is reporting that i have " Account Abuse '' with a XXXX XXXX. Which i have never banked with. This is a credit union, i have contacted numerous times and they refuse to work with me. They tried sending me a pay to delete letter but chexsystems still didn't remove it. I advised Chexsystems and XXXX i have experienced Identity theft. I want ChexSystems to actually review my claims instead of just denying my disputes saying if i don't file a police report they won't investigate. A FTC Report is essentially a police report, the local PD can review these reports. I want this information updated and removed from my ChexSystems report as it is causing personal harm to me. Per the FTC note to furnishers, false information and fraudulent information should be removed immediately per the FCRA requirements of identity theft. Please review the attached report. Remove the accounts for XXXX which i never opened and XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Complaint: I filed a XXXX XXXX XXXX complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018. I disputed these accounts through Chexsystems and XXXX XXXX XXXX. The accounts came back " verified '' with no attach proof. My filing with the XXXX resulted in XXXX XXXX XXXX producing paperwork of transactions that went on with these accounts. That is not what I requested. I specifically asked on the first line of my complaints for copy of the signatures used to open these accounts so I could compare them to my own. I have never opened accounts without providing my signature and my ID. So, XXXX XXXX XXXX has completed ignored that request and produced a stack of irrelevant papers containing account transactions and refused to delete their damaging and incorrect reporting. According to the documents it seems no money is owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX, but they have listed fraud next to my name in reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX and Chexsystems. If they are suspecting fraud, they should have no problems complying with my demand for validation of signatures and IDs used to open these accounts. I have a right to know whether or not they collected valid identifying information. It seems they are dancing around this and opened these account for someone and did not collect validating documentation.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: I talked with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 many times that day was put on hold and moved from dept to dept. I got my chexsystem report and seen that they reported the amounts that i owe but then put SUSPECTED FRAUD on the report and that has stopped me from getting a checking act.. I told the agent the act was open and was never closed for Fraud i just got on hard times and could not pay the act off that i was overdrawn in. She sent me over to rick management because she said the acts where in that dept. Then risk management told me that the acts where never in that dept and they are in collections. She told me that she does not know why the acts would have been maked suspected fraud and sent me back over. The lady on the phone told me that she will call chexsystem 's and tell them what happen but she just sent me over to chexsystem 's and ended the call. I have been dealing with chexsystems to get this removed off my report but have not got any info from them as to why it was reported as suspected fraud. I know i owe XXXX XXXX XXXX money and i have offered to pay off all the acts if they will just remove the remark suspected fraud off my report. I have sent many letters and never got back to me.

Complaint: I am a victim of identity theft. My apartment was broken into and several of my identity documents were stolen which resulted in the take over of my XXXX XXXX XXXX checking account. I filed a police report which has been attached. XXXX XXXX XXXX risk department froze my checking account and closed it. I was told by numerous XXXX XXXX XXXX employees over the phone and in writing that no negative information would be reported to any credit reporting agency for any of my accounts. I have now found that XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported the hacked accounts to ChexSystems and XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since these accounts were taken over as a result of identity theft I would like the account reporting to be updated.
