2. Past Due Amount {$13000.00} : As mentioned above, the loan balance has been paid in full.
3. Delinquent Payments : This information is not correct. Per an email sent to me on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX, a Loss Mitigation Processor with Dovenmuehle Mortgage, a hold was supposed to be placed on all credit reporting activity until a decision was made regarding my request for a short sale and loan modification. I never received written or verbal notification indicating whether or not a decision was made regarding the request for a short sale. Delinquent payments were not supposed to be reported to the credit bureaus until a decision was made to accept or decline the short sale offer, after which I would then be given an opportunity to pay any delinquent payments before reporting to the credit bureaus. Since full payment of the outstanding loan balance was received prior to the lender making a decision whether or not to accept the short sale, no delinquent payments should have been reported to the credit bureaus. Please refer to the enclosed emails.
4. Foreclosure initiated/started : This is not correct. A formal notice of default was never filed with the XXXX XXXX XXXX Office in the State of Nevada which is required to initiate any foreclosure proceedings within the State of Nevada. Complaint: I have been with Dovenmuehle mortgage since XX/XX/XXXX and have been disgusted with the dirty tactics this company uses and how they do business. For the past XXXX years I have been experiencing difficulties keeping up with my mortgage payments and have recently went through a loan modification that did NOT help me. The interest rate and payment went up and I 'm now being threatened with foreclosure. I am XXXX payment behind and I have made a payment but Dovenmuehle is literally holding the check because they want all XXXX payments at the same time. Last summer I had a XXXX and hit my house causing over {$12000.00} worth of damage. Once the insurance company cut the check for the damage and Dovenmuehle received it they held the funds telling me they would n't disperse the funds because I was scheduled to go into foreclosure. This forced me to cover contractor and material expenses OUT OF POCKET. The insurance money for the damage had nothing to do with my mortgage delinquency! The contractor finished the repairs in XX/XX/XXXX and it took Dovenmeuhle through XXXX to make the last dispersement. This mortgage company has no problem lying or being dishonest as long as they are getting what they want. I was led to believe the loan modification would help me with making my mortgage more affordable because I had a loss of income, instead the loan is even more expensive than before the modification. I expressed to them that the modification hurt me more than helped and their reply is they are sorry BUT they want the XXXX payments ASAP. I do not have the funds to make all XXXX payment XXXX and they are still holding the payment I mailed out XXXX weeks ago.

Complaint: I purchased my home on XXXX XXXX, 2014 and signed a HUD for a FHA mortgage. I paid an upfront premium and I have paid monthly premiums since my XXXX payment. In XXXX, I discovered that FHA had not insured my loan. I contacted my loan servicer, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, and I was told that I would not receive a refund because HUD was holding my payments. I received a follow-up call from HUD in XXXX and was told that my premium had been refunded back to my servicer, Dovenmuehle. I have contacted Dovenmuehle multiple times regarding the status of my premium refund and information on monthly payment updates and was promised a call back and no one has called. I also called XXXX HUD departments and no one can find a case number or information on my situation.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Colorado subbed out my mortgage processing to Dovenmuehle Mortgage. On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I sold my house and XXXX requested a mortgage payoff. Dovenmuehle provided a mortgage payoff of three month MIP when it should have been two months. They required that we pay {$1200.00} when I only owed {$840.00} for an overpayment of {$420.00}. We discovered this error on the day of closing, but they required we pay the incorrect amount and told me that they would refund the difference when XXXX XXXX wired them the incorrect amount on XXXX XXXX, 2015. I spoke with Dovenmuehle by phone on XXXX XXXX, 2015 asking when I would get my check and they told me that even though they had not sent the mortgage balance to HUD, they would not refund my {$420.00} overpayment and stated that I would have to contact HUD. The second complaint is that Dovenmuehle withdrew from my escrow account on XXXX XXXX, 2015 {$1600.00} for Property taxes and as of XXXX XXXX, 2015 had not paid it to the XXXX County Treasurer. They refuse to refund the {$1600.00} even though they have not sent it to the county and XXXX had to withhold this amount as part of the closing process. Dovenmuehle owes {$2100.00} that they refuse pay me.

Complaint: I can not pay my mortgage loan online if it 's a weekend day. This was n't always the case. I 'm sure many people can relate to having to wait up to the last day a payment can be made to pay if without getting a late on their credit report. I have had issues with only having access to making payments via the Internet due to a phone not being available. I have made payments online on weekends before and they post that Saturday or Sunday no problem. In the past year apparently they changed their policy ( never received any policy changes updates ), and these payments I made were not credited until the Monday after causing late quotes on my credit. There are times I do n't get paid until Saturday or Sunday and I should n't be penalized for that. Apparently even if I could have called and made a phone payment they add a XXXX $ fee which I ca n't afford. This is not fair in my eyes. I ca n't get in a better situation if I am blocked in all these ways

Complaint: We have a mortgage with Dovenmuehle Mortgage Inc. We had a escrow/impound account set up which taxes and insurance were to be paid out of.
On both issues they dropped the ball never did they pay both taxes andinsurance on time. We became delinquent and had to pay for these out of pocketand now wait to be reimbursed. They sat on our $ and drew interest. Wrong!
Whats the point of setting up a impound account?? This firm is shady andnever does what they tell you via email or phone that they will do. I incurredlate fees and spent countless hours on the phone to try and remedy everything.

Complaint: I am the sister and filing the complaint against the mortgage company for lack of corporation in filing for a loan modification for my sister. I have legal attorney and have provied at least XXXX applications for the loan modification. Every time I try to talk with the agent who is handling my sisters loan mod. I can not get to talk with them. I am referred and connected to another representative who just repeats the same information over and over again. I have submitted over XXXX inches of documents to the mortgage company, XXXX letters of hardship, income, tax records, bills, and profit & loss statements to the mortgage company. I feel for sure they are stalling and not providing information or help with this loan modification so that they XXXX foreclose on my sister 's house. We as her family can not address any of her other credit issues until we are able to address help with her mortgage. Her XXXX co-pays and doctors use up all of her money just to get medical help. We have tried to re-fi and paid a company Home Eguity {$500.00} which came to no end. They just used our money. The house did not appraise to help. I have also contacted NACA for help and they have supplied papers and phone calls to the mortgager with no help at the present. Together XXXX of us have been working with the mortgager for 3 months and supplied everything we were requested and still no loan modification. Neither the family nor my sister can afford an attorney. We have been trying to straighten out a very bad financial situation and will continue, we just need some corporation from the mortgager before we can address any other issue. My sister is on XXXX and can not speak well or deal well with financial matters at this time, she has just come from XXXX for most of her career. We are told by the mortgager every time we submit documents that they request, even if it is the same document they already have, we must wait 5 days before we know if they will take the information and do the modification or ask for more information. The same information has been submitted over and over again. By me and NACA and still now they say we must wait until XXXX XXXX, 2015. In the mean time they have turned my sister over to their collection department. No she may loose her home before we get a chance to settle any financial matters. She gets upset every time some XXXX calls and I am trying my very best to help prevent her home from foreclosure. So has NACA, but neither of us is having any luck in communicating with the mortgager.

Complaint: I was behind on my mortgage & called Dovenmuehle Mortgage to arrange payment, they refused any payment & stated that I was too far behind to acept what I had to give. I told them I would do what I could & call back as soon as I had the full amount that they had told me. Two days later I had that amount, I called to make the payment & they said that I needed to pay approximately {$400.00} more since they had sent it to foreclosure. This same thing has happened to me before with them where I got behind & they said one amount & I was able to collect it & called in to pay a few days later & it was sent to foreclosure & needed more money. I understand I was behind but this is the XXXX time they have done this to me where I get all the money that they tell me that is due after they refuse to take any type of partial payment to help bring the balance down & then when I call back in they want more. As well as just about every rep that I have ever spoken with at that company is rude, condescending, callous, uncaring & make you feel like you are stupid & feel bad about yourself or your situation if you get behind.

Complaint: XXXX has stated they did not participate with the HAMP or HARP programs. I been unemployed and underemployed a few time since XXXX and have completed a number of modification applications. Everytime I contact XXXX and tried to have a resolution to this hardship. The last time I tried. They denied the application due to the amount of monies owed. I have repeated asked for qualifying for any forgiveness programs. I have been told they have in house programs that would help. I am currently unable to find a solution. My father, XXXX y/o, and name is on the mortgage. Lives in the property and is taking XXXX who recently had XXXX I added his income to the application. It took over XXXX months to get a response and then a denial. The debt to income ratios are within 30-35 percent and the debt is more than the value of the house. This is a TRUE hardship.

Complaint: My mortgage servicing company ( Dovenmuehle, or DMI ) reported my mortgage as being paid for less than owed, despite the fact that it was a Veteran Affairs ( VA ) backed mortgage. As such, the VA paid the full amount to DMI, and DMI did not end up losing money on the property. The full loan amount was paid by the VA.
Consequently, DMI should not file a negative note on my loan, stating that it was settled for less than the owed balance.

My current home loan serviced by XXXX has been flagged and transferd to the collections/bankruptcy department. My wife is not on the deed, she is not on the loan. I have an XXXX credit score and my loan is current. I would like to apply for a second home loan, but this situation will be a roadblock, potentially costing me several thousands in interest if I cant take advantage of cerrent rates. Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2015, a request for a loan modification was submitted by a HUD approved counseling agency to Dovenmuehle Mortgage on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. The file was submitted with all required documents per servicer 's check list. On XXXX XXXX, housing counselor contacted Dovenmuehle to review file and was told they did n't have it. Resubmitted file. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, borrower received missing items letter. Housing counselor collected all required documents and submitted to Dovenmuehle on XXXX XXXX, 2015. Called Dovenmuehle on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and was told file was in review. Called Dovenmuehle on XXXX XXXX, 2015 to speak with SPOC, XXXX XXXX. She acknowledged receipt of documents but requested additional items ; namely, 1 ) a bank statement for an account that did n't belong to the borrower, XXXX months of bank statements and a profit & loss statement but borrowers had provided a letter saying they were no longer delivering newspapers ( self-employment ). Had clients write another letter and submitted to Dovenmuehle. Called Dovenmuehle and spoke with a XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2015 and was told they needed more documents. In addition to the list, he suggested borrowers continuously submit pay stubs and bank statements until there is a resolution. Housing counselor, XXXX XXXX, contacted the investor, New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority on XXXX XXXX, 2015 to discuss the servicing of the loss mitigation file and requesting NHHFA to get involved. At this same time, borrowers received notification Servicer had determined the house was vacant and were planning to secure it and keep the keys. Borrowers are temporarily out of the home due to a fire caused by XXXX XXXX while installing a XXXX. XXXX assisted with this matter and the home will not be secured. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, housing counselor received an email from Dovenmuehle asking for more documents. Sent request to borrower and decided it was time to file a complaint. While NHHFA does not have to comply with CFPB regulations being a housing authority, we believe Dovenmuehle does have to comply.

Complaint: I have had my mortgage since XX/XX/XXXX and have made timely payments for the past XXXX years. I refinance in XX/XX/XXXX and the mortgage company messed up my FHA account number. They did not close the old account number out and were sending my escrow payments to the old FHA case number. They sent me a mortgage increase statement at the beginning of the year showing an escrow shortage of over {$5000.00}. I 've been working with the mortgage company to correct this issue for XXXX months. They figured out the escrow account problem but then stated that my MPI payments were never made during the transition from the old mortgage company to the new XXXX. Now their stating that I have an $ 800+ shortage. I received a reimbursement check approximately XXXX years ago for about {$300.00}. I explained that if I should n't have recieved that check I would be happy to repay the {$300.00}. but they can not seem to figure out why I have this shortage of over {$800.00} from my missing MPI payments. I have never short payed my mortgage, nor have I ever been late on paying. I feel that there is some illegal actions occuring and want my mortgage and the mortgage company investigated.

Complaint: in XX/XX/XXXX we purchased a manuf home and obtained fha financing- to date- tax districts list prop as lot only- manuf home is still listed under previous owners. When i turned XXXX i was trying to apply for over XXXX exemption-this is when i was told they is not home listed on property. I recieved overage check from dovenmuehle for XXXX i contact them to let them know this was a mistake and i send the check back in XX/XX/XXXX this has never been resolved. In XX/XX/XXXX we were contact by attorneys from the XXXX law center asking us if we wanted to modify our mortgage- They asked us to send them all our information, paystubs, bank statement, and budget letter. We were told to send them XXXX mortgage payments and not contact Mortage company since they would be handling the modification. In XXXX is when we found out this was a scam and Dovenmuehle sent us a foreclosure notice, they were not aware of any modificiation. We then tried to work with them thru loss mitigation. We made application and sent them all the required information, in XX/XX/XXXX they asked for updated documents since they were more then 30 days old, then in XX/XX/XXXX, they asked for more, same in XXXX, We kept being put off with a reason that they were not able to clear title- they said there were judgement filed against us, this was not the case- it was that the title did not show subject as real property- at the same time this was all happening, we Received a law suit filed by County of XXXX for unpaid taxes for XX/XX/XXXX on the Mobile home for XXXX this include court fees and was still show previous owners name included in the law suit. We contacted Attorney and were told the only way to not lose home to unapid taxes was to file for Chapter XXXX BK, which we did, the we contact HUD who contacted Dovenmuehle to pay the taxes. They were also told that they needed to file the correct documents to get the manuf home listed as real property. This has never happened. Our mortgage has now been sold to XXXX other mortgage companies since then. Was sold to XXXX then XXXX XXXX and now XXXX XXXX XXXX hold our mortgage- Since we filed BK- no one at any of the mortgage companies will talk to us. We have fallen behind again since our payments have increased by XXXX due to shortgage of escrows. They will not allow us to make any payments unless we pay the full amount. We are just wanted our property to be taxed correctly and able to get a loan modification at a current rate in order not to lose our home.
