Complaint: Diversified Consultants Account XXXX Amount ; {$2700.00} Company received merchandise backed as a result of a trade in device. Paid final bill and company is attempting to Collect on a late fees that were generated as a result of them not canceling all lines on the account as requested when the account was pulled and merged to a different provider. XXXX failed to cancel this account. I have spoke with numerous of executive offices who have not settled the matter. Please display documents and multiple phone calls and notes from agents to display my request. Please note that if we owed any said money to XXXX at time of transfer the request wouldnt be accepted the company was billing for lines that were canceled and devices turned it that has not credited the account. Please advise to remove or display documents as such within 30 days failure to do so please remove item from report or I will exercise my right under FCRA to sue for false information being reported.

Complaint: In XXXX of XXXX, I sold a house I owned in XXXX, CA. I called XXXX XXXX XXXX to close my account ( XXXX XXXX and internet ). The gentleman on the phone gave me instructions on how to return the modem ( through XXXX store, which I did within 2 weeks ) and said a kit would be sent to me so I could return the DVR. I gave them my forwarding address. I never received the kit. The following month and for the next two months, I received a bill at my forwarding address ( interesting they could get a bill to me, but not the kit? ) for non-return of equipment. Each month I called them to tell them I hadn't received the kit. Each month, they said they had sent it. I asked them where they sent it, but they said they couldn't look that up. They promised to send another kit each month, each month I verified that they had my forwarding address. I never received a kit. Then, I received a notice that they were sending the bogus, non-return fee to collections. I finally got hold of a supervisor and after about a half-hour, she was able to see that they had been sending the kits to my old address ( the house I had sold ). She verified my forwarding address and sent a kit. I told her that this better not show up on my credit report and she said it wouldn't as soon as they received the equipment. I sent the equipment back the day I received the kit and thought no more about it. A couple of months later, I checked my credit report and the collection was on it ( {$240.00}, XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I first filed disputes with the credit bureaus and they wouldn't remove it. I then called XXXX XXXX XXXX AGAIN, got hold of someone who said I owed {$3.00} and change, but the collection should not be showing. I paid the {$3.00} over the phone and she said she couldn't send me anything in writing ( WHAT? ), but that all the bureaus would be notified that the account balance was XXXX. The collection dropped off my credit report for about three months, then it mysteriously reappered. I disputed it again with the credit bureaus and they sent the dispute to the collection agency ( Diversified Consultants, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MI XXXX ). Diversified Consultants sent me a letter saying they had received the dispute, but I also had to write a letter to them disputing the charge, which I did on XX/XX/XXXX. Today I received a letter from Diversified Consultants stating that they investigated the case and they will not remove the collection. I don't know what else to do-it 's affecting my credit. XXXX has closed my credit line and it's starting to hurt me financially. XXXX XXXX XXXX wont send me anything in writing. HELP!

They continued to auto-charge/withdraw for these accounts and use a credit I had built on the account. XX/XX/XXXX - I requested the closure of all accounts with XXXX/XXXX. One account they claimed was under contract and offered to keep the account suspended/on hold for a couple of months and then cancel it to avoid fees. I started a XXXX account for Internet XX/XX/XXXX after canceling. Charges and Fraudulent fees automatically taken XXXX XXXX {$72.00} XXXX XXXX Deducted from Credit {$250.00} credit on the account XXXX XXXX Nothing appears, and the account was reopened without my knowledge or consent ( Deducted from credit ) XXXX XXXX Deducted from Credit and charged {$10.00} XXXX XXXX charged {$84.00} XXXX XXXX charge {$84.00} XXXX XXXX charged {$84.00} and charged {$84.00} again XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXXI discover the fraudulent account and erroneous charges and stop the auto payment XXXX XXXX Account billed, not charged XXXX XXXX Account billed, not charged I am owed, according to their representatives {$670.00}. Their representative about the 2nd week of XX/XX/XXXX also informed me there was a record of me calling and canceling. I filed a complaint ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX and I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but was transferred from multiple reps and companies due to the dual consolidated bill between XXXX and XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX and the accounts were still open ( XXXX XXXX ). They said I had the equipment, but I was never sent or possessed their equipment following closure and return XXXX XXXX. The complaint I was told was escalated. They also charged an {$80.00} cancellation charge that they said they would waive. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX ) I was told after multiple phone calls that - XXXX XXXX will review on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX gave me the number XXXX XXXX XXXX to call at XXXX XXXX At XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I called XXXX XXXX and was told I must contact internal collections XXXX XXXX XXXX according to XXXX in XXXX, MO I called and was informed there was a collections out for a XXXX account ( never had a XXXX account ) and the number I called only takes payment and internal accounts receivable Then I was sent to Billing Then I was transferred to fraud at XXXX XXXX who said that they denied my fraud claim and closed it out XXXX XXXX. I was transferred to supervisor and said I could write a letter to Corporate, use XXXX account number with signature confirmation and it would take 8 weeks to review, which I did. This was a very rude individual, short in tone and words with no apparent interest in assisting. Attn Collections Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Colorado XXXX I called again and was Transferred to XXXX Bundled Invoicing, who sent me to collections, where I asked for a manager in that department only. The phone call was disconnected by them. I called back XXXX and asked for a manager after being on the phone for 2.5 hours. At this point I find out that a charge for {$49.00} was escalated and again I was sent to Combined Billing with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Combined Billing with XXXX indicated that there was a charge fro {$240.00} and a credit of {$100.00} I was previously unaware of. He also informed me that XXXX XX/XX/XXXX my account was reactivated with partial month charges ( see account at the beginning above ) I was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXXctions which sent me to the loyalty department ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX which I had to hang up and call instead of being transferred. XXXX in the XXXX XXXX/XXXX Loyalty Department informed me that there was {$620.00} ( 6 months of {$84.00} charges and a {$110.00} original charge between XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX that were owed to me ) This was escalated with 7-10 business days to review. Phone number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for the customer loyalty group, attempted to follow up XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX, was sent to XXXX XXXX XXXX Combined billing for consumers XXXX ( XXXX ) who sent me to billing to follow up on the escalation. I was told that all escalations and complaints were denied and to call and follow up Agency Account Finance Department with XXXX XXXX XXXX account number, I called XXXX XXXX and flagged the dispute. ( Collections company ) I was directed to call XXXX again, try to find the XXXX XXXX tracking receipt and informed me that any amount under {$50.00} can not be sent to collections XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I disputed again with XXXX XXXX contacting XXXX - and referenced account XXXX with the amount {$49.00} I gave up as suggested by the employees with the accounts being old without recovering my money or resolving due to the extreme amount of time, stress, emotion. ( ~24 different representatives and stories, 50+ hours on the phone not accounting for time and money spent on protesting, letter, research, damage to my credit, and hundreds of harassing phone calls I get still, including ones in foreign languages ). There are multiple calls and notes I did not detail explicitly in my notes due to not knowing I needed to document and having initial faith that the company would resolve my concerns. XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I find a new collection posted on my credit, damaging my credit over 150 points while attempting to buy a house from Diversified Consultants/ XXXX. I had received a couple of days prior a harassing call from a lady saying she was with Diversified Consultants and when I attempted ( without saying who I was or answering if I was XXXX or not ) to find out her name and what company and what they do, she hung up on me. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have relocated to XXXX in XXXX XXXX, relocated to XXXX Indiana XXXX XXXX, rented out my address in XXXX Illinois to a tenant* see the following explanation, and terminated the rental contract due to them breaking the rules of the contract in XXXX Spring. Address on accounts with XXXX/XXXX I vacated XXXX XXXX and canceled all accounts I believed to be associated with the address minus basic utilities, power, water, sewer until a tenant was secured. I have not lived in that address since and it is currently vacant as we are seeking a tenant. A property manager has and is handling all concerns associated with the address since XXXX XXXX. This tenant appeared to have opened accounts in my name for utilities and internet at my investment property. I resolved most of the issues with the exception of XXXX/XXXX in XXXX and early XXXX. I have a rental agreement I signed in XXXX with an apartment, additional utilities obtained there and taxes showing me to be in XXXX. I forwarded my mail and submitted a change of address multiple times to the USPS. I relocated again XXXX XXXX to a temporary address in XXXX and forwarded again with USPS. I currently am in temporary housing in Indiana and XXXX with a new employer until permanent housing is obtained, a process hindered by this situation. I continue to get higher interest charges from other companies and harassment. At this point, the effect of the fraudulent and erroneous charges will start to build significantly monetarily compared to previously affecting mostly time and stress.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXXI had Internet and Telephone service with XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX was intentionally throttling my bandwidth, thus slowing down my internet service, thereby rendering my internet service useless. I was unable to use the internet, nor the telephone service at all. I eventually complained to XXXX XXXX they told me that they do not throttle the internet speeds. Which was a lie. Because there were several lawsuits whereas they were being sued for using these same practices on other consumers in the past. However, I was being charged for, and was paying for the full use of the internet. After several months of me putting up with XXXX XXXX 's lies and their outright refusal to cease with their intentional throttling of my internet speed, I eventually submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission, as well. In the end, XXXX XXXX never corrected their bad business practices and behaviors towards me, and as a result, I removed my bank account from the automatic withdrawal so that XXXX XXXX can not continue to automatically take my monthly payment of {$69.00} from my banking institution. I refused to allow XXXX XXXX to continue to steal money from me that they were not rightfully entitled to anymore because XXXX XXXX refused to provide the service to me that I was paying for. XXXX XXXX refused to acknowledge, at least to me, that they were throttling the internet speeds, however the testing proved otherwise. After I had informed XXXX XXXX that they would no longer be authorized to withdraw the monthly fees for service, it was at that point that they decided to send out a technician to check the cables outside of my home. According to what I was told, XXXX XXXX said that the technician located the problem. Their excuse was that they discovered that the rats ate through the line. XXXX XXXX told me that their technician stated that he cut out the damaged section of the cable and he spliced together a new section to restore my internet service. This sorry excuse was nothing more than manufactured lie. As I observed the cabling in the areas where they said he repaired the cable at, they was no such repairs that were made to any wires or cables. Has a matter of fact, my property is completely fenced with a wrought iron gate. Additionally, my property has a ( 16 ) Channel 4K Network Video Recorder and if someone had approached my property I would have recorded it. There was no record of the technician on my property at the time and date according to what they had alleged. XXXX XXXX retaliated against me and stopped my internet service because I complained about them throttling my internet speed. When my internet service was turned off, XXXX XXXX still attempted to take my money out of my bank account, and when they were unsuccessful with withdrawing my money from my banking institution they levied that amount to my account. Unbeknownst, to me, after leaving XXXX XXXX in around XX/XX/XXXX a collection agency reported this derogatory information onto my credit report. I disputed the information and all ( 3 ) national credit bureaus agreed with me and the information was DELETED from my credit reports. There were a total of approximately 3 to 4 separate collection agencies that attempted to collect on this debt, but they were all disputed and the accounts were eventually DELETED from my credit reports, in the past, commencing on or about XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I was alerted by my credit monitoring service that Diversified Consultants, Inc. had placed this previously deleted account back onto my credit profile. I was never notified by Diversified Consultants in advance, before they placed this deleted derogatory account back onto my credit profile. Additionally, this account has been resold and re-aged, to give it the appearance as though it is a new account, but it is not. A lot of the purported account information, the amount owed is inaccurate, and incorrect, in every respect thereof. I wrote to Diversified Consultants and sent them a USPS Certified Mail Letter and requested that they provide me with certain applicable information. Yet they have refused to provide me with the information that I requested from them thus violating the FCRA and FDCPA.

I requested a validation on XX/XX/2019 as this was an account that had already been paid. I reviewed my credit report again on XX/XX/2019 and account continues to reflect on my credit report and I have not received any correspondence from creditor to validate this account as correctly belonging to me. Therefore on XX/XX/2019 I sent a 2nd validation letter. Credit report was reviewed again on XXXXand still there were no updates to reflect that account was being disputed and no validation was received. I do not believe this account is valid and correct nor that the creditor has authorization to attempt to collect on this account and the account continues to negatively affect me. Please strike and remove this account from all 3 credit bureaus until adequate validation has been received proving that this account belongs to me and all information is correct.

Complaint: The past year, I have repeatedly contacted the collection agency ( Diversified Consultants ) to dispute the account information on my credit report. The company ( Diversified Consultants ) would not provide details on the accounts. I sent the company ( Diversified Consultants ) documentation that the debt was not a verified collection as I contacted the original creditor for information. The original creditor could not verify the debt and sent information to the credit bureaus to remove the information from my credit reports. The debt collector ( Diversified Consultants ), despite this, still has the alert on my credit report. I have contacted them on two separate occasions by phone but was told they would not remove it. On XX/XX/2019, I requested via written correspondence sent certified mail to the debt collector ( Diversified Consultants ) to provide all information associated with the debts so I can do further research. As of today ( XX/XX/2019 ), the debt collector has not provided documentation regarding the debt to me in written form.

Most reviews were people saying the company was collecting a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX or team mobile. It shows the account was opened inXX/XX/2019. I have been with the same phone carrier for over 10 years. I have had my identity stolen multiple times in the past and am constantly disputing things that show up on my report. I do not even know how this " account '' was opened as I have a freeze on my credit ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) I have to call them to tell them I actually applied for something. Please have this removed immediately
