Complaint: We bought a house in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I filed bankruptcy Chapter XXXX only credit cards and my husband filed bankruptcy Chapter XXXX also in XX/XX/XXXX. We always been on time on our mortgage payments, never late because we want to keep our house. We started to build our credit two years ago and we noticed that the mortgage company is not reporting our mortgage payments to the credit bureau since the time we filed the bankruptcy. I called the mortgage company and they said they need the ( reaffirmation letter ). I tried to contact the bankruptcy lawyer about this letter but I can't locate her anywhere, her office is close and there's no other way to contact her. This problem is holding our credit score back and we think is not fair since we've been paying on time since the time we bought the house. I understand buying a house and a car paying on time helps to build your credit a lot because is a big responsibility for many years, this is not helping our credit. We pay every month {$2200.00} and is not fair that they don't report it to the credit bureau. If they would we would have an excellent credit score. This affect our credit because we can't get a decent rate based on our score. We would appreciate everything that you could do to solve this matter.

Complaint: I am in the process of applying for a new mortgage. During the process, we discovered that Ditech applied my XXXX twice and then re-allocated the payment. The underwriter for the new mortgage is requiring a letter that explains what happened.
I spoke with XXXX at Ditech yesterday. Initially, she told me it would take 10 days to receive a letter. Then, she said if I requested it via email it would take 30 days.
I told her that neither of those options was acceptable. She told me that she couldn't do anything else. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. XXXX came back on the line and said that the supervisor would prepare the letter and send it to me today via email.
It is now XXXX and they have not sent the letter.
This is delaying my mortgage application. I'm also concerned that they did not notify me back in XXXX when this error occurred.

Complaint: continuation of XXXX complaint due to Ditech Financial LLC not following their own word and finding excuses to get them out of loan modification contract they made with me and after i sent them the first payment for loan modification and had sent them their paperwork and a copy of paperwork overnight through XXXX. Ditech is now denying the loan modification due to paperwork not arriving in a timely manner and i have proof through XXXX tracking that paperwork did arrive on time at their office in XXXX, Arizona on the XX/XX/XXXX as was needed, but was not delivered due to " Customer not available or business was closed '', but was delivered on the XX/XX/XXXX and signed for by a XXXX. since i have received calls from Ditech Financial llc and prior visits from their reps on saturdays, i fully assumed that their office was open and reps were available to receive the XXXX package with the loan modification paperwork. since the paperwork was delivered in a timely manner, Ditech Financial LLC should keep their word and honor their contract as i had with returning the signed documents and made the first loan modification payment. in a letter received XX/XX/XXXX, Ditech Financial LLC, STATES that i have 2 choices..SHORT SALE ... wanting me to sell my personal property ( my land that i had previously before purchase of mobile home ) that had nothing to do with my original purchase or loan modification and pay them off. the second was DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE.. wanting me to voluntarily hand over the deed to my personal property. again had nothing to do with my purchase of my home.
also, my complaint leads into the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. my first statement after returning loan modification documents and making my first payment on the loan modification, i receive my first statement again with threats of taking my home and saying i am delinquent for 523 days even tho i have been making payments every month since my original contract matured even tho i still believe the amount owed is manipulated through creative financing at their whim and not owed, just so i can keep the home that i have been paying for going on 22years and the contract was 20 years. i feel there needs to be a complete FEDERAL AUDIT of my account and many others to see the creative financing Ditech Financial LLC fka XXXX XXXX that this company is capable of!
Also would like to see how 2 large payments of XXXX and XXXX were applied to my account. Another thing is my account payment was raised from {$280.00} to XXXX after i had a bankruptcy in XX/XX/XXXX ... .where did that go?

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX Di tech financial is trying to collect old bad debt on a home that I lost 17 years ago to foreclosure.
XX/XX/XXXX I wrote them back certified return receipt that the debt was no longer valid.
XX/XX/XXXXToday I receive a letter with no description of what they are trying to collect on. Included was a ditech account number and only that they were trying to collect a debt?
I want these people to stop and to close my account number.

Complaint: I have had problems with Ditech Mortage charging bogus fees, making false statements about my agreeing to have payments taken from my bank account, we have met our payoff but the bogus fees that have been added have me owing thousands more than I should owe Ditech did not and still refuse to send a payoff letter in writing to me. I should have received this letter in XX/XX/XXXX I did get a bill for {$3600.00} in XX/XX/XXXX.When I inquired about it I was told my loan matured in XX/XX/XXXXI was not made aware of this until XX/XX/XXXX. By that time enormous fees and interest charges had already been added.I did have a Deferral of {$730.00}. Complaint: I applied for a loan modification last year (XX/XX/XXXX), made the required trial payments and was approved for a loan modification XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that i needed to wait for the paperwork to be sent to me by mail, sign it and mail it back to them to activate the modification. Several weeks later i still had not received the paperwork and called them to inquire. I was told that it was still in process and they could give me no idea as to when it might be sent. I called repeatedly over the ensuing months, sometimes bi-monthly inquiring about the status and paperwork. Always the same reply, " it was in process ''. I was also told that I needn't make payments until i received the paperwork and made the newly modified amount as any outstanding payments would be rolled to the back of the loan. I was having financial difficulties at the time ( the initial reason for the modification request ) and at the time this seemed like a Godsend. I figured I would get a little behind, have it rolled to the back of the loan and start with the newly amended, lower payments which were more within my means.
Weeks and then months passed and still no sight of the required paperwork which i was to sign. I made regular inquiries and was always told the same thing. " In process '' with no idea of when it might be sent.
The week ofXX/XX/XXXX I finally received the packet in the mail. But to my dismay the letter was dated XX/XX/XXXX and i was given til XX/XX/XXXXto have it returned to them with my signature. I called and asked if the paperwork had been sent in XX/XX/XXXX why I wasn't told it was enroute during one of my inquiry calls after that time. They said they had no record of me having called afteXX/XX/XXXX which is a blatant falsehood! Obviously, the time in which to have signed and returned the required paperwork had lapsed by a month and i was then send a denial letter of the modification because I didn't return the paperwork. Also, it has been a week now and I still have not received the paperwork for the re-application of the modification, they say it was sent a week ago but i have not received it. i question whether it will arrive in time to stave off the foreclosure they seem to so badly want.
Also at the same time i was sent a letter telling me that my account was in arrears and was given til XX/XX/XXXXto bring my balance up to date or face immediate foreclosure. I was told {$5000.00} in a letter and {$3300.00} by a customer service representative named XXXX. I was told to reapply for a modification but I suspect it will be denied outright and they will foreclose on my home, this seems to me to be a fraudulent tactic that they are using on me. I don't know if any other consumers have had the same experience as me but I believe they are unlawfully dragging their feet so that they can ultimately foreclose on me.
All I want is for them to honor the original loan modification which was approved in XX/XX/XXXX and I can start making the lower payments and proceed from there. Short of calling them crooks, I am appealing to you to have this matter settled in a fair and equitable way, I deserve this.

Complaint: Actually, this has been going on for years. Probably 5 years.
They called consistently and I finally blocked their calls so I have no idea if they are still trying. They claim I owe over $ 27k but I have no idea why. I checked my credit report and this debt is not listed anywhere on it. Never was as far as I can tell. I finally wrote them a letter explaining that there is no connection to my credit and their debt. The amount is off the wall. So they wrote back and said they couldn't do anything about it or something without more information from me. So I ignored that as well because it seemed like they were trying to get me to pay on something I don't owe. Quite frankly I have been ignoring their letters since then because there is no connection.
So the other day I get a letter from them saying I could write you if I had a complaint. So that is why I am writing you. I would like these people to get me off their radar because they are very irritating and just wrong.
I don't have a scanner to upload a copy of their latest letter regarding how to report my complaint. I can give you an account number if you need it.
