I was doing trading on coinbase, and 1 month ago I tried to withdrawal from my coinbase account to my XXXX XXXX XXXX account.Transcation appears complete, But I still couldnt get my XXXX $ from coinbase. Complaint: Wired $ XXXX USD to CoinBase on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Was told the wire was rejected around XXXX that evening, but the bank shows the charge as being accepted. I was sent a message explaining why the wire was rejected and that it would be returned in 3-5 business days. It is now XXXX XXXX, XXXX and have had no luck dealing with Coin Base through any of their 3 forms or support.

Complaint: I wire transferred {$40000.00} to Coinbase , Inc. ( associated XXXX account ) on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX from my XXXX account. Those funds have neither been credited to my Coinbase/XXXX account, nor returned to the originating XXXX account. I previously successfully wire transferred funds to my XXXX account, so I assumed a wire transfer would again process smoothly. However, that initial wire was transferred from a different originating bank and account. I subsequently learned that Coinbase/ XXXX requires the name on the originating account to exactly match the Coinbase/ XXXX account holders name. The XXXX account from which this current wire was transferred was a joint account, thus not exactly matching the Coinbase/ XXXX account. Additionally, a code is required by Coinbase on the wire recipient instructions. XXXX XXXX Bank in New York serves as the intermediary bank for Coinbase. Realizing the potential discrepancy in the wire information, I contacted XXXX within 24 hours of the wire disbursement to request a reversal. That request was immediately submitted by XXXX to XXXX XXXX Bank on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX was informed that the reversal would require a review and authorization, possibly taking greater than 10 business days. I contacted XXXX XXXX Bank on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, and they confirmed that the funds were received by them and sent to Coinbase on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX Bank stated that they could only reverse the wired funds if Coinbase returned the funds to them, and that I would have to pursue that through Coinbase. I followed all XXXX and Coinbase instructions on how to properly inquire about the problem through their customer support system, which includes submitting a service request on their website. I only subsequently received generic automated responses. Their initial email response stated that I would be updated in a few days, but I never received an update. I also attempted to call them on 2 occasions, but both times I was placed on hold for over 45 minutes, with no response, and they do not even accept any phone calls regarding funds transfer problems, only potential account compromises/ hacking. Included as attachments are the XXXX Bank Wire Confirmation document and email correspondences with XXXX/ Coinbase. My primary concern : If an incoming wire is not formatted to Coinbase/ XXXX specifications, then why does XXXX XXXX Bank accept and process it? The wire should be rejected/ returned if it does not include all of the required information. If the funds are then received by Coinbase/ XXXX, then it seems mandatory that they have established systems to remedy any discrepancies in a timely fashion, with a human customer support representative. It has been 12 business days and 3 weeks since Coinbase received the funds, and I have not received any substantive assistance. An acceptable resolution for this matter would be either immediate full funding ( {$40000.00} ) of my XXXX account or immediate wire transfer reversal of the full amount to the originating XXXX account. I respectfully ask that you please assist with this matter, and I appreciate the service that you provide to consumers.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2018 I initiated a transfer to gdax of ~16 LTC . According to coinbase the XXXX LTC was received and automatically transferred to GDAX. However, on the GDAX side there is no record of the transfer. So now the LTC is not on the Coinbase side or the GDAX side. According to their documentation the transfer of assets between Coinbase and GDAX should happen instantly. I waited 5 hours and then opened a support ticket. I have not heard anything regarding my support ticket and have not received my funds as of XX/XX/XXXX. Since their has been no communication to about this issue that is happening to numerous people ( see gdax XXXX ) or answering support requests, I can only assume they are either unwilling or unable to return the assets.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I transferred {$15.00} USD to gdax.com. Their process is to first transfer it to their sister site coinbase.com and then transfer it to gdax.com. The funds were taken from my bank account and deposited to coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX and have been pending a transfer to gdax since XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent them 3 emails requesting an eta on my money but I only get a generic response. My last request was sent on XX/XX/XXXX and as of now I have not received a reply.

Complaint: Hi, Before I get into anything I just want to say how I do enjoy Coinbase. The service has been amazing. However, it seems like XX/XX/XXXX something happened and I ca n't seem to get a response from anyone that works there. I know they are backed up and I would wait longer but the amount that is owed to me {$110000.00} which is a lot. Here are the wires that are missing and the ref # s that were put on the emails. {$11000.00} Ref # XXXX on the XX/XX/XXXX {$49000.00} Ref # XXXX on the XX/XX/XXXX {$49000.00} Ref # XXXX on the XX/XX/XXXX Each wire was supposed to be sent next day. Complaint: I deposted XXXX XXXXitcoins ( ~ {$90000.00} ) worth from an external wallet to XXXX ( Coinbase 's trading platform ), and I got an email from Coinbase saying they received it. Then, I get consecutive emails of them saying I have to move it from Coinbase to their trading platform manually. Finally, a last email saying they 've actually moved it to the exchange for me so I can trade it. It 's nowhere to be found. It 's still pending. What should be an instant transfer is not going through and nowhere to be found. It 's like moving money from your Checking account to your Savings account and not finding it anywhere.

Complaint: I opened a Coinbase account in XX/XX/XXXX I purchase Ethereum {$1500.00} worth. Then I purchased Bitcoin {$2500.00}. I also purchased {$1000.00} in Lightcoin. I called in after the purchases at the time the company usually answer the phone right away. I communicated with employee at their XXXX at this time i called to see about fees on Ethereum purchase. The Coinbase Rep explained it to me and then asked if a two tier Representative in Finance could called me within 30 mins. I said yes. At this time he called me convinced me to buy to Bitcoin for {$25000.00} dollars and that Bitcoin would be {$40000.00} buy XX/XX/XXXX The reps or thieves put one of the Bitcoins in my account at Coinbase I saw in my account acceptable to my XXXX XXXX XXXX Account or XXXX XXXX Account. I only recieved to my accounts. Next thing you know my computer was on I look up to see! Bitcoin was transferred from my account without my knowledge. A {$18000.00} dollar transfer with no calls ne emails nothing. I called Coinbase for weeks. They were not answering phones this whole time which enabled this Fraud. I could not get through for weeks. Now that they answer they tell me a 2 level person handling my account will be in touch. They tell me dont file complaints or I will be Blacklisted, Help

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2018, I withdrew XXXX BTC from XXXX and transferred this amount to GDAX- owned by Coinbase . I still have not received my BTC. There is NO response from support, even though I have sent 3 emails asking for help. I have transferred coins and fiat for many months between exchanges around the world. The longest time it has taken has been 4 hours. GDAX states it will take 24 hours- it has now taken almost 5 days.

Complaint: automatic bitcoin transfer from coinbase to XXXX platform stuck after depositing XXXX BTC to XXXX from external source. XXXX is the trading platform of Coinbase. Result : approx Eur XXXX worth of Bitcoins not accessible for approx 10 days now - Coinbase reports successful deposit from external source and reports successful auto-transfer to XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX ) - XXXX still reports transfer as pending ( status XX/XX/XXXX ) - As a result, deposited bitcoins not available on both platforms ( Coinbase and XXXX ) For approx 10 days now these funds have not been available to me to trade. Complaint: I attempted to Log into my Coinbase account while on vacation in XXXX on XX/XX/2017 and received notice that my account was being suspended pending evidence of my US residence. I immediately provided this evidence the very same day but, now more than 2 weeks later, I am still waiting for restoration of access or any sort of followup from Coinbase. The situation has been both frustrating and financially harmful, given the fluid nature of virtual currency trading and the need for a rapid response to price fluctuations.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX 2018 I transferred XXXX LTC ( Litecoin cryptocurrency ) from XXXX to my GDAX litecoin wallet. The transfer was completed and the LTC reached the first destination which was the Coinbase LTC wallet. From Coinbase another transfer was made automatically to send the litecoin to the Exchange owned by Coinbase, GDAX. The transaction shows up as complete on the Coinbase history in my account, yet the Litecoin never showed up on my GDAX wallet. I contacted Coinbase through email the same day and received a case # XXXX. The response from Coinbase showed me a list of reasons why my transaction could be pending. I replied to the email and told them that my transaction does not show up as pending it shows up complete, and I still do not have the assets. I have not received a response from Coinbase despite numerous emails sent regarding this issue.
