Complaint: I 'm based in the XXXX and sent funds to coinbase.com to purchase some cryptocurrencies.
I made 4 payments to Coinbase but forgot to include the reference number XXXX. My first payment made in XX/XX/XXXX did have this included. You 'll be able to see it 's the same bank account.

Complaint: Deposit of XXXX made on XX/XX/XXXX, 3 separate deposits of XXXX made on XX/XX/XXXX. Wanted to withdraw the money as no longer wanted to use it to invest. Attempted to withdraw, was told to send a bank transfer of a few euros and then this would link my account. This was done on XX/XX/XXXX but no account was ever linked. Ca n't contact them any way, only their XXXX Bot on the website.

Complaint: I withdrew about $ XXXX from my Coinbase account via wire transfer on XX/XX/XXXX. The funds never arrived in my account. It is now XX/XX/XXXX. The funds were supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days according to Coinbase. The transaction shows as complete despite never receiving the funds. I wrote to customer support on several occasions only to receive an automated email response.
Additionally, I lost .XXXX litecoin on a transfer because i mistakenly used my bitcoin wallet address. If the address was invalid, why wouldnt their protocols identify and disallow that? So where did my coins go? They just disappear?? How is that possible when every transaction and custody of every coin is recorded in the blockchain, a distributed ledger.

Complaint: I attempted to trade on Coinbase and put in money when the introduced Bitcoin Cash. The market for Bitcoin Cash was much much higher than in other markets, but I figured that since there was a bid and an ask that I could day trade it. I bought about 40000 dollars worth of bitcoin cash. Within 2 minutes, the market was frozen and I could not get out at the prices that were shown as the bid and the ask. They took the market down for a day, and when it was brought back up, I was forced to get out at a much lower price. I tried calling them, and stayed on the line for over an hour but no person answered.
This was a deceptive market, and I am looking to pursue any legal remedies I may have. Feel free to contact me for more information.

Complaint: www.coinbase.com I put my cryptocurrency ( ETH + LTC ) in their vault back in mid-XX/XX/XXXX. To be able to transfer them back from the vaults to my wallets I need to approve the transaction with two email-adresses. I am not able to approve with my secondary email, hence my coins have been locked up in the ETH/LTC vaults since I sent the first request to customer service on the XX/XX/XXXX. 44 days today without having resolved the issue.
They say they have forwarded my case to an expert, but nothing is happening.

Complaint: I purchased XXXX Ethereum coin on XX/XX/XXXX for {$630.00} per coin. Total was {$650.00} with fees that Coinbase charges. I bought the coin with my Credit Card which is supposed to be " instant '' as described on Coinbase 's website. I waited and the transaction was stuck on Pending. My card was not charged but the transaction never went through. Had Coinbase processed the buy as promised, I would be able to sell that coin now for a premium.
I contacted Coinbase 5 days later and opened a case with them. I was told a specialist was working on my issue. On XXXX XXXX, 2018 I got an e-mail saying that my transaction was cancelled by Coinbase since my XXXX XXXX cancelled it.
The issue with this fraud is I have bought coin with this same card before and my bank never blocked it. I was even able to buy coin days after on the XX/XX/XXXX with the same card. I got no notice from my bank stating they blocked the charge and they always do send me notice when they do. This is how i KNOW Coinbase is lying by saying my bank is to blame. They do not want to give me my Ethereum coin @ the {$630.00} price because the price of one coin currently is over {$1100.00}. Coinbase is lying and is costing me money.

Complaint: I opened an account with Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX. I used this account to buy and sell bitcoin and have never had any problem. A couple days later, I opened an account with XXXX ( a trading platform controlled by Coinbase ). After a quite lengthy process of account verification, I finally had my account ready to trade. I made a couple of buys and sells using XXXX. Then I stopped using it for a week because I did not have time. A week later when I logged back into XXXX account. It did not let me log in. It indicated that " Trading functionality has been temporarily suspended on your XXXX account. In order to restore trading functionality, please contact [email protected] ''. So I submit a request on XX/XX/XXXX to [email protected] to resolve the problem ( Case # XXXX ). After 10 days without response, I submitted an other request on XX/XX/XXXX ( Case # XXXX ). Now almost another 10 days has passed, I have not heard back from Coinbase people. I also submitted another request on XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX Support Center ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) instead with the hope that I can get a response from XXXX people ( Case # XXXX ). I have about {$8000.00} dollars worth of coin on this account so this has been very frustrating to deal with.

Complaint: Coinbase offered a new coin on their exchange. I sold {$48000.00} worth of Ethereum to purchase the new coin. I put in a market order to purchase the coin as soon as it went live on the exchange. I got a buy at {$6000.00} per coin, more than double the normal asking price, however, this is not the problem. I immediately attempted to sell, since the price went up to {$8500.00} per coin, but the exchange went down. I couldnt sell my coins since the exchange was closed seconds after it was made open. After hours of deliberation, they decided to reopen the market for the coin the next day. I immediately knew the repercussions that would arise from this and contacted Coinbase for action. They let me buy at exorbitant prices, then deliberately drove the price down by allowing orders to post for much longer. They even stated that their goal was to increase liquidity, or make the price stable. RIGHT AFTER ALLOWING ME TO BUY AT RIDICULOUS PRICES. I bet on the market going crazy, and I was right. Had they left the market open, it would have stabilized on its own, and I would have gained nearly a 50 % profit. Instead, they themselves gained a huge profit by allowing their coins to be sold at almost 3x asking price, then conveniently shut down the server and stabilized the price. How convenient for them. Market manipulation. Insider trading. Theft.

Complaint: I am having an issue with Coinbase and was advised to reach out to you guys as a lot of people have been getting issues resolved when going through CFPD.
I initiated a withdraw from my CoinBase account on XX/XX/XXXX to my Bank Account ( Please see attached screenshot ). Coinbase said I should received the funds on the XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and still no funds in my bank account. Transaction is still showing as " pending '' on their website.
I have reached out multiple times to CB support. Got a reply 3 days later from the first time I reached out to them. They asked for information that I had ALREADY provided to them initially. Seems like they are stalling, trying to buy time, or just ignore their customers. Upon my follow up email I still have n't received another reply from them and its been 2 weeks since then ...
Please review my case and please help me! Thank you

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017, I sent a wire to GDAX for {$5000.00} USD to be deposited into my GDAX wallet. They were not able to apply this wire to my account due to a name mismatch. Coinbase then emailed me saying to allow up to 7 business days for the funds to be returned and that if it took any longer than that to contact their wire support team through email. After seven business days I sent an email and received no response. Now its been ten business days since I originally tried to send the wire and I still have not received the funds.
