Complaint: I initiated a wire transfer in the gross amount of {$10000.00} ( {$9900.00} net after fees ) to my XXXX XXXX checking account on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. A domestic wire transfer should typically be completed same day or next business day. It is currently XXXX XXXX, XXXX and I have not received my wire nor a response from Coinbase. I have not been able to pay my rent as a result and am facing eviction charges. Furthermore, Ive been charged several overdraft fees from my bank, and I can not see a doctor for a XXXX XXXX that I have developed.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I made 2 ACH withdraw from XXXX. one for $XXXX, one for $XXXX.On XX/XX/XXXX, I made another ACH withdraw from XXXX.On XX/XX/XXXX, I found out from my bank, XXXX, that they have suspended my account by mistake, they reopened my checking account but they sent those ACH deposits back to XXXX already.Since then, I have been contacting XXXX multiple times via email, phone call to see if I can find out where those total of $XXXX returned fund is. I got some standard response about they will let me know when they have more information.I confirmed from XXXX XXXX multiple times that the money is already sent back to XXXX XXXX account the same day. Complaint: I sent a wire transfer to Coinbase to deposit in my account on XX/XX/2017.
I contacted Coinbase 's Bank, XXXX XXXX to verify funds went to Coinbase and they verified it was deposited in Coinbase 's bank account on the same day.
It has been 17 days now and still no reply from Coinbase as to my money that was supposed to be deposited in my XXXX account.
Coinbase has no person to contact for wire transfers, just a support email for opening tickets, but they never respond to my emails.
I deposited XXXX with the wire and the XXXX # is XXXX.
again, XXXXXXXX XXXX used this number to verify that the money was deposited in coinbase account.
Coinbase never deposited in my account nor have they returned my money,.
It says the money would be deposited the same day or by 2 days, it has been 17 days.
Please help me with this.

Complaint: I tried to withdraw a bitcoin from Coinbase, the transaction statue got stuck in pending. There's no record of the transaction processing. I've tried to contact Coinbase regarding the issue to get a refund, but have failed to hear anything back from them. I had a similiar issue two weeks ago that caused me to miss out on a buying opportunity.

Complaint: I attempted to deposit XXXX Euros on my verified account on Coinbase.com via XXXX deposit. On their site it explicitely states that XXXX deposits take from XXXX days. By the date im writing this 20 days have passed. I attempted to contact them without luck.
It seems that i will have to talk to my bank and retrieve the funds somehow.
Please make sure others are aware of the dangers.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, I transferred {$4900.00} in BTC ( bitcoin ) from my secure wallet to my Coinbase Account. This transaction is still pending 9 days later and Coin Base will not reply to any support tickets I create concerning this problem. Additionally, when I click view transaction on Coin Base 's website, there is a message saying that the transaction hash can not be found.
I would like a member of the Coin Base support staff to either correct this issue or contact me in order to have it corrected.

Complaint: On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I sent a wire transfer of {$4000.00} to Coinbase Inc. As of today XXXX/XXXX/XXXX my money still has not been allocated to my account. I have contacted Coinbase on a daily basis only to receive no update or information. I have had a case created and escalated 10 times to be told there is a hold on my account. No employee can tell me what the hold is for or where my {$4000.00} is. I have verified my account 10 times and am not able to get an answer on where my wire is or when my funds will be available. I am not able to get any answers and need help!

Complaint: I purchased Ethereum and Litecoin ( cryptocurrency ) and sold them on XX/XX/XXXX on Coinbase with the proceeds ( cash ) to be wired to my verified bank account. The system stated the wire would be sent by XX/XX/XXXX. The money never arrived. Coinbase posted a generic message stating backlog of transfers due to high volume, will take 7-10 business days. They posted that the wired was completed on XX/XX/XXXX, yet as of XX/XX/XXXX I still have not received any money.
I tried contacting them by phone but ca n't get a real person. I used their support page on the website but just get automated response. I submitted a support ticket but no response.

Complaint: Coinbase is a digital currency exchange. They promised all customers that held any amount of bitcoin on their exchange on XX/XX/XXXX that they would be credited with the same amount of bitcoin cash by XX/XX/XXXX. Customers had a choice of storing their bitcoin in a " digital wallet '' or in Coinbase 's secure " multi-sig vault. '' Coinbase pushed customers to store their funds in the " multi-sig vault, '' as the vault was advertised as extremely safe.
I had 1.9+ bitcoin 's stored in Coinbase 's multi-sig vault on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, Coinbase added bitcoin cash to their exchange and credited all customers who stored their bitcoin in a digital wallet on coinbase 's exchange on XX/XX/XXXX. However, they did not credit any customer who stored their bitcoin in coinbase 's multi-sig vault. On XX/XX/XXXX, coinbase emailed me stating that they have credited everyone, accept people who stored their bitcoin cash in the multi-sig vault. They stated that they are having technical issues and their engineer team is working on the issues. They provided no timetable as to when I will receive my bitcoin cash.
I have emailed Coinbase 4 times ( without receiving a response ) and I 've spoken to customer service reps/managers at least 5 times since XX/XX/XXXX. Nobody can provide me an answer as to when I will have my money and they just state that the issue is being worked on.
On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, bitcoin cash was worth between {$3500.00} and {$5000.00} a coin. Today, bitcoin cash is worth {$2600.00} a coin. Coinbase created an unfair market and allowed customers to sell their bitcoin cash on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for {$3500.00} to {$5000.00}, whereas, I was not provided this opportunity. Coinbase has essentially stolen my bitcoin cash and my ability to make money trading other digital currencies. I was planning on selling my coins as soon as I had access to them. If I would have been credited with my bitcoin cash on XX/XX/XXXX, just like the majority of customers, I would have sold at {$5000.00} a coin, for a total of {$9500.00}. If I was credited with my bitcoin cash today, and sold, I would receive {$4900.00}. Coinbase has cost me at least {$4600.00}, due to their unethical business practices.
Coinbase has not provided any additional information in 23 days, and they will not release my money to me. Before coinbase added Bitcoin cash and credited customers storing their bitcoin cash in a digital wallet on coinbase, they knew they would not be able to credit customers who stored their bitcoin cash in the multi-sig vault. Yet, Coinbase made the unethical decision to add the digital currency to the exchange and to credit some customers. This is an unfair business practice and very shady.

Complaint: On Tuesday X/X/2018 I made a {$5000.00} wire transfer to Coinbase, Inc. That wire transfer was a deposit to my personal coinbase account. The coinbase website states incoming wire transfers to take 1 business day to process funds to your account, which has been the case for previous wire transfer deposits made.
I have sent emails to coinbase support, started a support case, and called multiple times, all resulting in the absolute worst costumer service I 've ever experienced. No one " has access '' to the information they need to answer my question, it needs to be escalated. I have had zero communication with anyone from this " escalation team ''. The money is not in my bank account, and not in my coinbase account. My bank has confirmed the coinbase XXXX XXXX has received the {$5000.00} wire the same day I sent it, X/X/2018.
I have read so many other online complaints of people going through the same nightmarish circumstances.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, a fork of Bitcoin called Bitcoin Cash occurred. Coinbase.com promised their customers that anyone storing Bitcoin on Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX would receive the equivalent number of Bitcoin Cash when they rolled it out in XX/XX/XXXX. I held XXXX Bitcoin in Coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX. But Coinbase has not credited my account as they promised. They immediately closed my original support ticket with a generic response that had nothing to do with my case. My second support ticket ( Case # XXXX ) is two weeks old with no response. I have XXXX to the XXXX Coinbase support account ( not to mention the CEO XXXX XXXX ) on multiple occasions with no response. At today 's price, my XXXX Bitcoin Cash would be worth more than {$11000.00}. As Coinbase refuses to respond or acknowledge the issue, I can only assume they have no intention of paying what is owed.
Dates : I purchase XXXX BTC on XX/XX/XXXX, another BTC on XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX BTC XX/XX/XXXX. These assets were held in Coinbase Vault during the time of the fork.

Complaint: I have virtual currency on the exchange that Coinbase uses ( XXXX ) and have been locked out of my account for over a month. I have sent all the required identification to the company and they have informed me that this issue would be resolved within 5 business days ( this was three weeks ago ).
