Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a wire transfer to Coinbase, Inc to deposit funds into my account. It 's now been over a 12 ( work ) days and the funds still have not been credited to my XXXX account. The transfer should have taken a day, as indicated on their web site. I tried to contact them several times but no response ( except their automated emails ). My Case number is # XXXX.I also checked the wire transfer with their bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which confirmed me they received the money on XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent a SEPA transfer of EUR XXXX to this company.
On their web site under my account, they specified I should have it by XXXX XXXX XXXX.
They said it should only take 1-3 days.
Today, XXXX XXXX XXXX, is it still showing as " Pending '' and I can not access my money.
At the time my money should have been available, I could have purchased Ether for around EUR XXXX each. Today it 's worth EUR XXXX each, so I have lost out on my investment due to this company.
I made a smaller deposit prior to this one on the same day to ensure I had the correct reference number on the transfer. I received this with no problems, so the error was not on my part.

Complaint: Dear agent, I 'm writing to complain a issue with Coinbase.Inc ( https : //www.coinbase.com ).
I made multiple purchase of Bitcoin through coinbase on XX/XX/XXXX. And there 's one transaction there of the amount {$300.00} did went through, but they gave me the correctly amount of Bitcoin to my Coinbase account. I think that was due to my bank 's fraud protection ( they see multiple buys in a short time as a suspicious activity ). So my bank charged the {$300.00} back. Coinbase realized this issue and lock downed my account ( with still more than {$2000.00} dollar USD in their XXXX account ), and I can not buy/sell or access my XXXX account after that. I called my bank tell my bank to accept any charge from Coinbase, and opened a support ticket on coinbase, stating that it was an issue with my bank and I do want to pay them!!! As for now, 1 month has passed, the issue has still not been resolved. I do n't see charges on my bank account, and I can not access my coinbase account and the fund in coinbase. It feels like they are taking my fund as a hostage. I do like to pay the amount I own them, but they are not doing anything to fix that. I tried to call them twice a week and get the boxed reply everytime, I even asked do I need to provide any additional payment method, they said no. I just have to wait and they keep my account locked and my fund in there. I think this can really be called fraud now. Please help!

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX my account on cryptocurrency exchange gdax.com owned by CoinBase Inc. was temporally suspended without any explanation why and what happened to cause my suspension ( see pic 1 ). Right the way I contacted their customer support email that they show on their website but for my surprise that email is disabled. ( see pic 3 ). Found another email and emailed it on XX/XX/XXXX. ( see pic 6 ) After I did not receive any response from them via email tried to contact their customer service phone XXXX. After multiple calls even after being on hold for over an hour and a half I was not able to reach any of their representatives ( see pic 7 ).
At the moment of suspension my account on gdax.com had : Lightcoin XXXX coins worth {$2800.00} on XX/XX/XXXX Ethereum XXXX coins worth {$5600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX US dollars about {$3500.00} ( See pic 2 ) Recently I found out that I 'm not able to add bank account for withdrawal of my money ( {$4000.00} ) from coinbase.com also owned by CoinBase Inc. ( see pic 5 ) I can not believe the biggest cryptocurrency exchange in the US has such a poor customer service.From what I read online in reviews and forums hundreds of people are in the same situation as me and their money put as a hostage of CoinBase Inc. Denying access to funds for thousands maybe millions of dollars to me and many more customers out there should be unacceptable but it seems like it is becoming norm for Coinbase Inc.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated a wire transfer from my Coinbase account to my bank account in the amount of {$17000.00}. I had successfully completed similar Coinbase wire transfers between these exact accounts previously. Coinbase removed the funds from my Coinbase account and provided the following message : " On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX PST, you initiated a withdrawal of {$17000.00} ( + {$25.00} banking fee ) from your USD Wallet.
{$17000.00} will arrive in your bank account by XX/XX/XXXX.
Withdrawal reference : XXXX '' It is XX/XX/XXXX and the funds have not arrived in my bank account. I contacted Coinbase support several times via email, and have not received a response.
It seems likely that Coinbase has stolen my funds.

Complaint: I sent a wire deposite to my coinbase account a while back. My wire transfer was " scheduled to arrive '' XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX. The wire is pending and has not been credited to my account for trading. Funds have been pulled from my bank and show up as completed as they have arrive at coinbases metropolitan bank. All that is left is for the pending wire to be verified and credited to my account. Support has been slacking and these funds need to be worked out. My wire is still pending and all legal names between my Coinbase account and my Bank account are 100 % matched. The date of predicted arrival in my account was XX/XX/XXXX. As of today, the funds are still " pending '' and not available for trading or transfer.

XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I received notification from Coinbase that they were rejecting the deposit and returning the funds to my bank within 2 business days.
XXXX XXXX, email from Coinbase Support says it has located the transfer and that it has been returned to the originating bank.
XXXX XXXX, XXXX : From Coinbase : " I can confirm this transfer has been properly documented. Our engineers and payments team are working to resolve. '' XXXX XXXX, XXXX : from Coinbase : " Our payments team processed a large batch of reversals over the last couple days. I can see your reversal has started, and will likely complete early this coming week. '' XXXX XXXX, XXXX : I send an email to Coinbase offering to alternative payments methods to get my funds back to me. I receive no response.
XXXX XXXX, XXXX From Coinbase : " We have confirmed this to be an issue with our system and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. Your case has been recorded for review by an expert. '' I have sent roughly 50 emails in total since XXXX XXXX, XXXX in order to get the above four responses from Coinbase. Even though they acknowledge the error, I have yet to receive my funds back from them.
I simply would like the immediate return of my XXXX euros as promised by them.

Complaint: I wired {$3000.00} usd on XX/XX/XXXXto my gdax account. Everything I read on coinbase.com and gdax.com said that wire transfers were credited same day. There was no indication there would be a delay in processing at this time. This was misleading. I do n't remember exactly when but a few days after my wire XXXX says there may be delays in wire processing ( even now XX/XX/XXXX Coinbase.com says they have cleared the back log although they clearly have not ) XX/XX/XXXX Case # XXXX I submit a request to support, I receive a generic computer generated response. This is acceptable for the first 3 days in my opinion. Its been 3 weeks almost to the day, my money has not been credited to my gdax.com account and I have not received any other responses. I am extremely upset about not receiving a response from a real person who could lend some information and help me. This is unacceptable from any business, especially a money transmitter.
Summary NO Customer Care at all You are rolling the dice with coinbase/gdax hoping that everything goes right I would not recommend this XXXX XXXX or exchange to anyone right now ( browse the XXXX /coinbase, I am far from the only person with this experience )
