Complaint: My mortgage is serviced by Caliber Home Loans. On dozens of occasions I have received email and mail marketing solicitations from their originations unit, encouraging me to refinance. On at least five occasions, I requested to be removed from their marketing list electronically, to no avail. I then called a representative and asked to be removed, again to no avail. Finally, in XX/XX/XXXX, I emailed XXXX XXXX, Caliber 's SVP of Strategic Growth whose signature graces every solicitation. I received a letter back on XX/XX/XXXX apologizing and confirming that I had been removed from the marketing list, and cautioning that I may receive one more mailing. Over the past few weeks, I have since received multiple additional letters in the mail. Today, I received a letter dated XX/XX/XXXX, weeks after I received written confirmation that these annoying letters would stop. My right to opt out is guaranteed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. Either Caliber 's process is unable to comply with my request, or they are willfully ignoring my request. Either way, it 's time the federal government knew about it.

Complaint: I am being foreclosed on by Caliber Home Loans on XXXX XXXX, 2016. I am requesting information regarding my mortgage because i know that their are errors due to fraud, forgery, improper securitization, falsified assignments, robo-signing, predatory lending and many other defects. I have been asking for information for years. I also received confirmation from the federal foreclosure review that their were frauds and predatory lending for my mortgage. The original servicer XXXX is guilty of the same stated issues and when I have requested information because of the errors, I have been given the wrong/fradulent accounting. I requested a securitization audit for my sub prime adjustable rate mortgage and have been given inaccurate information. XXXX transferred their servicing to Caliber and Caliber tells me they know nothing about the defects, frauds, failed assignments, improper securitization etc. My mortgage was transferred to caliber with accounting errors, interest errors, and other defects. I paid XXXX of dollars to this mortgage and arrearages in a federal bankruptcy and those dollars paid in bankruptcy towards my subprime mortgage have not been properly applied. The fees and arrearages just kept increasing. I contend I am being foreclosed on and the mortgage amount has errors / is inaccurate.

Complaint: I have submitted XXXX complaints to the CFPB, called MANY times, then I gathered all of the information I was told was necessary for the CFPB to review the Lies and crimes that Caliber Home Loans has been committing, and is CONTINUING to commit on my mortgage loan. I NEED a status update on the submission I MAILED to the address provided, to ensure the CFPB received and reviewed the information I mailed. Caliber does NOTHING but Lie, and Lie more. I mailed almost XXXX pages of proof of this. Please contact me with the status of what I mailed to CFPB.

Complaint: I received a letter from Caliber Home Loans ( current mortgage company ) regarding the opportunity to refinance and lower payments, get cash for home repairs, etc. We need some kitchen updates, so I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX just to inquire and see if it would be beneficial. Just wanted to see what the cost would be and get an estimate. She said she would need to do a credit check to get numbers for me. She verbally gave me a couple of options and then said she would send something in writing. Next, she sent a loan application requesting electronic approvals from me and my husband. It had incorrect numbers, including initial loan amount and other incorrect info. After looking at the figures, I decided it was n't a good time to move forward. I replied to the email she sent with the application and told her that we were not ready to move forward at this time. I 'm certain she read my email. In a couple of weeks I received a letter asking for some clarification on some items on my credit report. Since I had told her we were not moving forward, I ignored it. Then last week, I received a statement from Caliber saying that they had reviewed our application and did not approve it. Imagine my shock that XXXX XXXX had apparently sent the application through without the approval, knowledge or consent of me or my husband! Perhaps she has a quota or is compensated for processing loans. I called the company toll free number XXXX and left XXXX messages asking someone to call regarding this and left my cell number. No one ever returned my call. My biggest concern is that this will go on my credit report that I was turned down for a loan that I never applied for.

Complaint: Our mortgage was set up on automatic payment. The mortgage company made a mistake on our XX/XX/2016 automatic withdrawal. We received a notice dated XX/XX/2016 that our account was going into pre-foreclosure. We called the moment we received the notice and talked with a mortgage representative and cleared up the issue. We mad a payment over the phone to ensure the account was in good standing. They CONFIRMED on a recorded phone conversation that the issue would NOT be reported to the credit bureau. I learned today that they did in fact report it. I have a payment confirmation # and have requested that they reverse the reporting, yet they said it would take 10 days for their research to be performed. I see not reason or incentive for the mortgage company to admit that they made a mistake as it would be another black mark on their record. We have XXXX mortgages with this company have a 100 % perfect payment history other than this mistake on their end. Any support from CFPB would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I emailed XXXX a hardship letter on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. Received an email from XXXX XXXX, XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX stating that she would be my contact person. I told her that I was interested in the XXXX program ( Deed in Lieu ). I sent my signed Hardship affidavit on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I started working with XXXX XXXX - Deed in Lieu Negotiator. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX told me that my loan was sold and I had to contact Caliber Home Loan from now on. I thought that was strange because we were about finish with my Deed in Lieu. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I received an agreement to sign and return. In this agreement I was told to vacate the property by XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I do n't understand how XXXX can sell my loan in the middle of me doing a Deed In Lieu with them. Now I have to start the whole process over. CitiMortgage title attorney have been looking for liens and judgments since the end of XXXX. On yesterday Caliber Home Loan called to tell me that there was XXXX liens or judgments against my property. A XXXX XXXX tax judgment for {$130.00} and XXXX from when I refinanced in XXXX XXXX Mortgage did n't do a release of mortgage. I was told that I had to contact them to clear everything up. When contacted XXXX. They said that they did n't have any judgments on me. I did n't think so because I receive a refund every year. The XXXX Mortgage is XXXX of my previous mortgage company 's but I do n't understand how I 'm suppose to do a release of mortgage. I really think that they are trying to stall my deed in lieu process to avoid granting me the relocation fee of {$10000.00} as stated in my signed XXXX agreement. I moved out in XXXX like I was told to do. I did everything I was told to do. I need the relocation incentive payment to pay for overdue utility bills on the property and moving expenses. Now they are asking me to pay rent at my new location and mortgage at the old location. I cant afford all of these expenses. Any help in this matter would be appreciated.
