Complaint: I have several of closely dates hard inquiries from the same company. One authorization while looking for a mortgage rate does not authorize multiple hard inquiries. It seems as if they are malicious after the loan agent stopped contacting me after the pull. Additionally, once I did secure a loan company/agent, this looks to be malicious.

Complaint: There were suspicious hard inquiries about my credit that I did not authorize. It happened XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I was at work on those dates but I received a notification that there were changes on my credit report thats why I log in to my account. I saw that there were atleast 7 hard inquiries from different companies that I did not authorize. That is unlawful and that is illegal viewing of my finances. I never gave authority to any body to view my credit, especially without my knowledge. It was for car loan credit inquiries. I went to XXXX car dealership in XXXX and spoke to the manager. I told the manager that they run my credit without my permission and I really wan na complain about it. I told them that its a serious matter for me and I felt very threatened and furious of what happened. It could be identity theft and I was so sleepless for two nights because of that. I was told by the manager that somebody represented me on my behalf and told them that shes my nom. They ran my credit without my consent for several times without even double checking and asking for my ID. I really felt that these companies violated my privacy and rights. I am so afraid and XXXX XXXX right now at the same time and I wan na take this in legal action.

Complaint: I put an application in to XXXX of XXXX just to be able to put a deposit onto a car before running the credit. I was guaranteed I would n't have my credit run until I approved on my trade in amount. I never finalized my trade in amount because when I went to put a {$1000.00} dollar deposit onto the car, it had been sold prior. This happened on XXXX XXXX with 4 different locations. My credit should NOT have been run until I agreed upon my trade in value and price of the car, which also was not finalized or discussed.

He reassured me that it wasnt gon na be pulled ... He was taking a long time in the underwriters office so i walked in and there was my credit report pulled and all notofications of a hard pull was coming to my phone.. This made me furious. Then XXXX says, what my score is and speaks about my report..then he pushed a paper towards me saying here sign this this is for me pulling your credit ... But I TOLD YOU ALL NOT TO PULL.. SO NOW im stuck having to deal with all these erroneous inquiries.
