Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX today at XXXX XXXX. Spoke to XXXX ; I asked if the they could remove an error from my credit report. I told her that under the FCRA section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ), this reporting does not fall under these terms use in this case : accessing my credit report was not for employment purposes, underwriting for insurance, eligibility for a license, investor, a credit transaction and so forth.
I spoke to XXXX and spoke to several representatives starting at XXXX XXXX today. The last person I spoke with was XXXX who advised me to contact Core Logic. This error is preventing me from obtaining credit and to build towards getting a loan for a home.

Complaint: I was processing a mortgage loan with XXXX XXXX, and after they were wanting to charge me preposterous and unexplained fees, I decided to take my business elsewhere. They have continued pulling credit reports without my consent. I moved my business and am now processing a mortgage with XXXX XXXX and have authorized them to pull my credit, there are multiple other inquiries that have not been requested nor authorized. I placed a credit freeze on all of the credit bureaus and would like to request an investigation as to who is pulling my credit report with hard inquiries without consent.

Complaint: I pulled my credit report and noticed that their were 3 inquires that were not mine. I contacted the credit bureaus. ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) XXXX XXXX. To have the fraudulent inquiries removed. I was advised to get in contact with the company. I tried previous times to get in contact with these three companies with no response. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I also sent certified mail to these three companies advising the date my inquiries were pulled and that they were fraudulent and that they had 10 days to remove the inquiries. It has been past 10 days and I have yet heard anything for either of these companies, nor have these inquiries been removed. The three companies are 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MA XXXX Inquiry pulled on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Inquiry pulled on XXXX XXXX, XXXX 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX Inquiry pulled on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I have done my due diligence to notify the bureaus. And the companies about these inquiries and nothing has been done. Attached is one of the letters I sent, I sent the same letter however changed the address on each and also attached is the certified mail receipts.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested a credit report and for my surprise, the mortgage company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had not reported my payments for the last two years even though I paid them monthly. The explanation they gave me when I contacted them by phone that same day was that : I did a bankruptcy on XX/XX/XXXX and they did not have my letter of reaffirmation of the debt and they closed my account. I sent them by fax on XX/XX/XXXX the document included in the bankruptcy where I reaffirm my intention to keep the house and the debt. After a lot of insisting, two weeks later they told me that the documents were enough and that soon their bankruptcy department of XXXX would contact me. When I did not receive a response in more than 10 days, I contacted them again and they told me that this was not the document they needed. My lawyer faxed them on XX/XX/XXXX a copy of the documents presented in the bankruptcy and a letter explaining that the document in question was presented in wich I reaffirm the debt with them and my intention to keep my house. XXXX insists on not reporting my payments to the credit bureau and continues to report the account as closed, even though I keep sending my payments on time every month.

Complaint: 1. " Credco '' has a hard pull on my credit report that I in no way authorized. I believe it is XXXX XXXX when they attempted to sell me an auto refinance loan that I told them I did NOT NEED nor want and they ran it anyway after I left the actual building. I believe they ran it to try to show me they could give me a better deal. Otherwise I have never heard of Credco, just that it is actually XXXX XXXX 2. XXXX XXXX keeps showing up as hard pulls to try to get me to sign up for one of their pre approved cards in the mail. This is unwanted and totally unsolicited. I throw these in the trash.

Other problem getting your report or credit score
Complaint: We applied for a lease for an apartment in XXXX XXXX, WI at XXXX XXXX. They use CoreLogic real estate credit reporting. According to CoreLogic two XXXX County court actions, both settled immediately to the satisfaction of XXXX XXXX in XXXX, WI, have not been expunged even though all rent and fees were paid and we received our security deposit back. This is preventing us from securing a new lease.
I contact CoreLogic the end of XXXX 2017 and requested my credit report. They said it would take two weeks. I waited two weeks and called back when I did not receive my report. They had my SSN wrong and my address wrong and said the report was returned to them by the USPS. I requested the report again and was told to wait another two weeks which I did. I still have not received the credit report CoreLogic used to deny us housing.
