Complaint: XXXX XXXX2018 XXXX XXXX XXXX ran my credit for no reason knowing that my family member did not need a co signer they just ran it to run it. I got 3 hard inquiries.They ran it through XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX. i ask them to call the financial and to get them to take it off my report they denied saying it want hurt my report but recently i applied for a credit card and was denied because of all the inquiries. I would really like for these three to be pulled off all three of my credit reports.

Complaint: I was just reviewing my credit score and noticed four unknown credit inquiries. Three occurred on the day that I purchased a new vehicle, however XXXX XXXX is reporting an inquiry on XXXX XXXX, 2017 via XXXX. On this date, I was still just visiting different dealerships. I can confirm this because I took pictures while at XXXX XXXX and the date lines up with this credit inquiry. I specifically told the car salesman that I did not want to have my credit ran. I never gave any authorization neither did I provide my social security. More so, they never mentioned that they even ran it so I had no idea until now. When the sales person could not get the car I was interested in down to the price that I wanted, he attempted to convince me that another in a different color would be just as good but I assured him color mattered and I would not be leaving without it. Unfortunately, they still kept me there for hours by insisting that his manager wanted to speak with me, all while holding on to my drivers license. When I finally got it back, he said maybe we can try again that weekend. I never went back.

Complaint: I spoke on the phone to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/17 whom I have my mortgage with, I was told that they could lower my interest rate, and I told them there were a lot of companies telling me the same thing. I agreed that they could pull my credit, but never saw them on my credit report, but did see XXXX/ Credco on all three of my credit files. I did not authorize XXXX/Credco to pull my credit, when I contacted them they told me that they were a third party and they had a software that other companies used. XXXX did not mention anything about this,. XXXX should have informed me that they were using another company, if this is what they did, but XXXX nor Credco/XXXX have anything in writing from me given them authorization to pull my credit. XXXX /Credco refuse to remove this inquiry.

Trouble during payment process

NJ XXXX Phone # XXXX paid the taxes on the wrong property i have been dealing with them for almost 3 months i have showed them the correct tax documents from XXXX county tax office. Every time i call i get a different answer and they tell me they are trying to get it all straight. But the tax office told me that they still have not received a request for a refund and no attempt has been made to pay the correct tax. They paid taxes on XXXX county tax account Number : XXXX, in the amount of {$1100.00} when they should have paid the taxes on Account Number : XXXX in the amount of {$24.00}. as you can see that is a big difference. They paid the taxes correct on my house but not on the lot beside it. And now the county is telling me that if they do not request a refund by XX/XX/XXXX the first they that the county will not refund the money. Can someone please help me. I just want them to get my money back and correct there mistake. and fix my account they raised my house payment because they paid the wrong taxes and think that that 's what my yearly taxes are.

XXXX contacted me via phone because I was looking to refinance my mortgage. I spoke to XXXX XXXX who was very rude and pushy and he completed an application in my name which I did not request and then he did a credit check as well. I contacted him and he said it is there protocol to submit applications when someone is looking for rates but I did not ask for rates. I told him I was not interested and he did it anyway. I also emailed his supervisor and never got a response.
