Complaint: I purchased a vehicle through XXXX in XXXX Texas. I spoke with a member of their finance group and stated that I would most likely finance the vehicle purchase. They called me back to let me know that if I would like to purchase the vehicle they would be able to provide financing. I agreed and purchased the car and financing was secured. What I did not agree too nor cencent to was for them to run my credit much less put 6 hard credit inquiries on my credit report. I never gave them permission to do this once much less 6 Times. They have refused to resolve the issue. Please help.

Complaint: I've contacted credco in regards to three hard inquires that were pulled by a company called XXXX XXXX the company did their investigation and found out that it was not accurate information it was not factual information nor did the company have my permission nor did they have my consent to pull my credit. I am a credit fraud victim I have a security alert and freeze on all 3 bureaus. A few months ago I asked credco to remove the three inquires on my account they did their investigation and in XXXX they found out that they were supposed to be removed. The company never notified XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I have since then contacted them with updates in regards to why they have not removed this on all three credit bureaus this is not a factual report this will not stay on my credit for 2 years, this has damaged my credit by 15 points 5 / points per pull I am now legally requesting that credco has the hard and choirs all three removed within 30 days or I will seek legal action in a court of law, credco has a very poor customer service and extremely rude customer service they refused to help me and they have refused to remove all three credit inquires from my account they claimed that they are reopening another investigation on to see why they were not removed since then I have contacted all three credit bureaus and every single one said they were not contacted with an electronic message for deletion credco also refuses to show me a copy of proof of deletion they failed to give me any type of proof that it was removed that they are removing it and it has been requested to be removed I've asked 3 times for copies for proof of deletion so this way I can send the credit bureau a actual copy however the company refuses to give me this information as of today they have 30 days to remove all three Harden choirs that were already investigated and I was found innocent and they were wrongful credit inquiry pulls should all three inquires not be removed within 30 days I XXXX and will seek Financial reimbursement and legal repercussions for failing and refusing to delete all three records that are not factual I will wait 30 days as of today

Complaint: Corelogic Credco did not have my authorization to pull my credit report. The inquiry made by Corelogic Credco on XX/XX/16 has been in dispute for unauthorization of pulling my credit reports. I have been disputing them for the last three months. I have disputed with the credit bureaus. During this period, I have yet to get a response in the mail. I have sent certified letters with return receipts proving they accepted the mail. Again, they have yet to respond with written or oral proof of my authorizations. The listed unverified inquiry has been proven invalid. This business can not provide an original signed agreement or oral recording of my consent giving authorization for them to pull my credit report. According to Section 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Permissible Purposes of Consumer Reports 15 U.S. Code 1681b In general. Subject to subsection ( e ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( F ) otherwise has a legitimate business need for the information ( i ) in connection with a business transaction that is initiated by the consumer. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681i, Paragraph ( 5 ) Treatment of Inaccurate or Unverifiable Information ( A ) In general. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall- ( i ) promptly delete. Please help me to get this business to delete the inaccurate and unverifiable inquiry from my credit reports immediately.
