Complaint: On Thursday XXXX XXXX I had went to a car dealership that I wanted to buy a car from. I advised them that I only wanted my credit ran once being that I am in a process of buying a home. The man by the name of XXXX XXXX that works for XXXX XXXX XXXX advised me it will only be ran once. The very next morning that I woke I saw my credit was ran 6 times which is unfair to me as a consumer because I was never advised that my credit will be ran 6 times. I need to know what steps I need to take to correct this.

Which they did not remove after I told them they were fraud. I just had paid off my car so why would I purchase another one?XXXX later added them all back onto my credit report without giving me the legally required written notice 5 days prior to them re-adding them. I contacted XXXX in good faith to ask them to delete the inquiries that they had illegally re-added. I explained that these inquiries add a hardship and that my rights were violated by XXXX. I’m asking CFPB to help my make XXXX stop victimizing me.
