I have tried this route several times in the past and have not been able to obtain a cfedit report once turned down for credit. I am p.o.about not being able to easily obtain my credit report through this venue. I want my report to dispute the contents. Now.

I reviewed the inquiries and I noticed that my mortgage company, XXXX, had run XXXX separate inquiries last Fall when I refinanced my primary residence. See below : XXXX XXXX via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Inquiry Type : Authorized Permissible Purpose : CREDIT TRANSACTION Requested On : XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX via XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX Inquiry Type : Authorized Permissible Purpose : CREDIT TRANSACTION Requested On : XX/XX/XXXX I reached out to Credco and was informed that they could submit a request of deletion but only under the direction from XXXX. I left a vm with XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX a social media analyst ( contact info below ) called me to obtain some further information. I e-mailed her my complete credit report and the fax number Credco had given to me to provide to XXXX so this could be rectified. XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX called me to inform me that XXXX would not be sending any letter of deletion due to the need to run both hard and soft credit inquiries. I asked for something in writing be sent to my e-mail and she indicated that she could n't grant that request and that it would be a legal issue. I have spoken with XXXX XXXX, as XXXX advised was my next step, and they informed me that all the inquiries are 'hard '. XXXX XXXX also informed me that they could n't delete transactions unless the creditor directed this action. In addition to not authorizing ( not being informed that multiple checks would need to be run and could negatively impact credit ), I feel that any mortgage company that operates under this practice borders on unethical considering a negative credit report can thus tie a consumer to one mortgage company. Company did delete 1 of the 10 " court filing inquiries '' that were in dispute but refuse to delete the rest ... Even when I expressed to them that the information they are reporting is false & misleading, and also provided documentation from my current rental property manager, that I have never been evicted, had any judgements against me or owe any balances!!

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I was considering applying for a HELOC through my XXXX. I spoke to an agent and discussed some options - HELOC vs a refi wth cash out. He stated he needed to verify my information before he could submit an application. He asked about my income and expenses and marital status (?? ), then he explained there is not enough equity in my home to do a refi - I owed XXXX, then it was worth XXXX, then he said I did not have enough equity in the home to do a HELOC. I kinda got the impression he was racially profiling me as a single XXXX XXXX woman, I earn about XXXX annually and have good credit. He said he would double check and call me back. I never heard anything else from CoreLogic or XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX I remodeled my kitchen and decided to try to apply for a HELOC, When I pulled my credit report, I saw the hard inquiry from CoreLogic. I never authorized credit inquiry, never started an application and the agent I spoke to never submitted one or even called me back. I have tried to have this inquiry removed because I did not authorize it.
