Our company credit card Capitol One Spark account was cancelled do to not aligning with their company policy. Capitol One would NOT tell us what we did not align with. We called and our account is in good standing. No late payments at all. Capitol One would not tell us what the real problem was. We believe we were singled out because of these reasons.
1. We are a pawn shop. ( # 1 reason ) 2. We are selling legal firearms.
3. We are a small business owner.
4. We are Republicans.
Would this be a form of discrimination?
I'm not sure if there is anything you can do for us?

Complaint: my Kohls payment was due of XX/XX/XXXX. which i always pay on the beginning of the month before due. im on social security and get paid once a month. i apparenty forgot to pay last month. they called me two days after due. i said i was a customer and paid on time for 10 years. they said they would waive the fee. well on the XX/XX/XXXX i paid my bill plus the amt. they had agreed to take out on the XX/XX/XXXXXXXX i called three times to make sure iwas up to date and they assured me everything was ok. i said on my online statement it say i owe XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and they said i have to wait till the next billing cycle to have that corrected. Well i checked my online account. and apparently i am at the same place as i was last month. now they tell me i am in collections and owe XXXX which is not accururate. i talked to three agents on the phone and got the most stupid explanations. im not paying them anymore than i owe them. i asked to talk to a supervisor.. but i think they just passed the phone to one of their friends. my daughter works in customer service and says they do that frequently. well im disgusted it may not seem like a lot of money to some but to seniors on a budget it is huge. i discontinued my account. and told them i would go to the XXXX. im not sure where to take this. but they cant get away with this. please advise me to my next step.

Confusing or misleading advertising about the credit card
Complaint: Hello. I am filing a dispute against Capital One with the claim of False Advertisement for one of their products ; the Capital One Quicksilver card. In XX/XX/2018 I applied for this card because it was advertised 0 % APR on purchases for 15 months. Here is a hyperlink to the offer https : //www.capitalone.com/XXXX In the terms and conditions sections of the offer, which could be found in the hyperlink, it also states 0 % APR on purchases for 15 months https : //www.capitalone.com/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. I applied and received the credit card based on that advertisement.
In XXXX this year I was charged an interest payment of {$54.00}. I called Capital One on this date and spoke with XXXX ID : XXXX. She notified me that I received terms of conditions in the mail that stated my 0 % interest rate expired, and that I received terms and conditions which reflected my 0 % APR was only good for 9 months ( I do not recall receiving this notification ), not 15 months. She also stated that only qualifying members receive 15 months of 0 % APR on purchases. My disputes can be summarized with these points : After discovering the interest charge, I was notified by multiple representatives that the 0 % APR on purchases was for " up to '' 15 months ; however all advertisements state 15 months with no asterisks. I applied for product under terms and conditions that the 0 % APR on purchases was for 15 months, and all advertisements and terms and conditions of the application state that. Finally when Capital One states that I received terms and conditions that state my introductory period was less that 15 months, I not only deny that claim but again direct you to the terms and conditions that are stated online. Once again, no where in the Capital One Quicksilver Card disclosures does it state that the 0 % introductory rate is " up to '' 15 months ; the card was applied for and received based on the advertisements and the disclosures. I would not have applied for the card if 0 % interest rate for 15 months was anything other than advertised. I request that you review the hyperlinks and conclude whether or not there a reasonable person would believe that the Capital One QuickSilver Card comes with a 0 % introductory rate for 15 months. Complaint: I had deposited a check for the amount of {$25000.00} in my checking account with the XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018. My check was cleared by XXXX XXXX overnight, XXXX XXXX XXXX has illegally withheld my money from withdrawing, and told me that it will be available on XXXX XXXX, when I tried to access my funds on XX/XX/2018 I was told it's pending posting to my account and will be available next day, I am appalled at the dishonest business practices of XXXX XXXX XXXX Management, as an honest banker they should have made my funds available to me as of XX/XX/2018, this dishonest action of the XXXX XXXX XXXX amounts to stealing my deposited funds and using them for their own benefits and making false promises as to when my money will be available for my use. As of the date of this compliant I have no access to my funds, I intend to file a civil action against XXXX XXXX XXXX for their dishonest actions. I have contacted the XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2018 at XXXX California time, and the agent I spoke with instead of addressing the issue of my funds availability, had put me on 20 minute hold and then hung up on me.

Complaint: CAPITAL ONE AUTO FINANCE ACCOUNT # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX Unfair and Deceptive Business Practices : XXXX law Section 5 ( a ) of the Federal Trade Commission Act ( FTC Act ) ( 15 USC 45 ) Remove this credit information from my report. This company made payment arrangement with me and at the same time maliciously contacted the repo company. The company then sold the car without allowing me to get my car back less than the amount of the remaining on the car. It was XX/XX/XXXX brand new purchased by me in XX/XX/XXXX. Capital one then decided to come after me for the {$7700.00}. I wrote them and I was asked to settle for {$990.00}. The bill of {$7700.00} was not mine. Capital One Auto should have sold the car for the amount that will not left a balance. Asking me to pay {$7700.00} after maliciously taking my car and left me with no car that made me to lose my job because I could not get to my job on time without a car. The {$7700.00} was placed in my credit reports as if the car has not been repossessed.

Complaint: I work a XXXX job and it requires me to travel 80+ miles a day. I work Mon-Friday XXXX - XXXX. I lost my wallet with my ID, cash and my XXXX Capital one credit card was used fraudulently. This happened twice the first time it was for the amount of {$1900.00} the second time it was for {$1700.00}. I noticed the charged on my transaction list both times and reported them both times. However after a month and a few weeks I check online and seen that they reversed both credits back unto my account and I was totally shocked I was being charged for Two transactions that were made fraudulently. I then received information via mail stating I benefited from these transactions which is completely false.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX aquired Cabelas, including the Cabelas Club Visa account holders. This involved a handoff of accounts which they fumbled badly.
I received my Cabelas Club Visa statement and mailed payment in a timely manner to the address on the payment slip ( XXXX, NE ). The payment was due XX/XX/XXXX and I mailed it XX/XX/XXXX. Generally payments mailed from my address in XXXX XXXX Missouri are credited in 3 to 5 days, but to this date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) the payment has not been credited and the check has not been cashed.
I have called repeatedly and begged them to cash my payment and credit my account. Each time I get a different story about why they haven't done so and what they will do.
This whole fiasco begs for a class action lawsuit against the banks that were supposed to handle the transfer. I know I'm not the only person who had a Cabelas Club Visa that was being transferred over to Capital One for the XXXX XXXX takeover.
