Complaint: i dont want to make a complaint. i dont want any scripts. I am questioning the dispute process with capital one and also want to ensure that unlike in the past this time its handled properly On my card ending XXXX i am disputing the car rental chrges from XXXX due to problems. XXXX XXXX XXXX no one wants to refund me after i was deceived and lied to about deposits and after they tried to scam me with saying i did not fill car up with gas when i did. I got that back but went through a lot so i want to know why i dont have a PERMANENT credit by now its been 6 weeks credit of XXXX dollars PERMANENT XXXX would have answered by now. Also i want to make sure that its CLEAR i did get the service so if they produce receipt that should NOT be the end of it. I got the service but had many problems. BAd car, over charged lied to about deposit for car. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX enjoy HORRIBLE reviews and reviews of scamming history. please credit me permanently asap and take it from them IT has been long enough. Most banks would have credited it by now. I cant use the cards until this is done. please no scripts or telling me i have called CS or telling me it has not been long enough it has. please credit me for all i have endured PERMANENTLY from XXXX. who told me to call XXXX XXXX XXXX for refund and vice versa someone care about my time and well being.

Complaint: XX/XX/2018 card was declined i called the company capital one and i was told they suspected fraud because my mailing address was changed .Apparently during the conversion from Cabelas credit being sold to capitol one due to the merger of bass pro shops and Cabelas some XXXX at capitol imput my home address incorrectly a new card was issued to me however they never sent a new card for my husband. he called and was told on two seperate occasions that a new card was on the way The first was regular mail and the second was to be expedited overnight, Neither card was ever sent after repeated calls to capitol one they told me the cards were not sent. my husband was so livid he called and cancelled his card and explained to Capitol one not to cancel my card. well capitol one did just that they still have not resolved the issue and i have not recived a new card, totally disgusted being lied to directly by a financial institution. If I did not have XXXX in accumulated points at Cabelas I would cancel my card but i can't use my points without a card thanks XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
