Complaint: On XX/XX/2019 I was called by a debt collector 23 times in one day! Some within minutes of each other. Daily these calls start at XXXX XXXX which is illegal. They use multiple numbers to harass me all day long. Ive tried blocking the numbers but they keep robo calling with fake numbers.

Complaint: An individual named XXXX XXXX contacted me and advised that he was with XXXX and was trying to " mediate '' an amount of {$400.00} ( or something similar ). The number was from XXXX. Mr. XXXX refused to provide any additional information about the name of the company, but did advise that the company was located in XXXX. Mr. XXXX did not use the term " debt '', but listed out a series of companies on who's behalf he was calling. He refused to provide any information and threatened to escalate the matter for fraud to court or judgment.

Capital one REFUSED THIS OFFER and XX/XX/XXXX FIVE YEARS AGO my account was CHARGED OFF. This is still on my credit report and is causing me a lot of issues. With Capital One REFUSING TO HELP ME PAY MY DEBT this needs to be removed immediately since it is over 5 YEARS OLD. TAKE THIS OFF OF MY CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.

Merchant provided a tacky photocopy of a return/refund policy. However, the policy fails to advise as to how they handle refunds for products damaged while the untrained cashier packs the groceries.
As mentioned in the original complaint, the cashier XXXX attempted to pack numerous items in one bag causing damage to a sandwich, doughnut container and yogurt parfait cups. Therefore, liability for this action rests in the hands of the merchant and not the customer.
