Complaint: XX/XX/2019 my credit score went up to XXXX. Then on XX/XX/2019 it went down 4 points for using my vard. My total usage was 19 % and went to 25 % in the same month. I am being penalized for simply using my credit cards which I pay off at the end of my cycle. The prepaid card reports the XXXX The credit card reports the XXXX They each report twice a month. Then every 7 days sometimes 3 times a month my credit score is changed. CapitalOne is playing with my score. I should not be penalized for using my card within the same cycle.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) opened a secure credit card with capital one with a {$1000.00} credit limit. On XX/XX/XXXX I closed the account ; before I ever received the actual credit card. I was told my money would be refunded to me within two months. Sense then I have called atleast twice a week trying to get Capital One to give me back my money. They told me, in XXXX, that their was a fraud issue with my account. I did everything I could to clear up the fraud concerns. On XX/XX/XXXX I was told, in real time, that the fraud alert was lifted. I was told to expect a check in the mail within two weeks. Two weeks passed, I called and I was told by customer service supervisor that the check was canceled. They told me that my check was returned because my adress does not exist. My fiance has a credit card thru capital one, they send him letters in regards to his credit card all the time to our address. On XX/XX/XXXX I was told by a customer service rep. that they were flat out not going to give me my money back! I have not received a single peice of documentation in regards to this account ; via email or regular mail. They refuse to even give me an account number. They are literally refusing to give me back my money. Can you please get me back my money? These people literally went into my fiance and I bank account and are now refusing to give me back my money. I even tried to get my bank ( chase ) to get the money back from them in XXXX. They refused to give the bank back my money. These people have caused me nothing but grief. {$1000.00} is alot of money to me. Please, this has gone on long enough. Now everytime I call they just pass me around to different departments, telling me someone will call me in seven days. I never get a phone call. They have told me someone was going to calm me atleast five different times. Nobody ever calls. Please please get me back my money!!!! These people are literally stealing from me!

Complaint: This is in regards to a Capital One Quicksilver credit card account which is and laways has been in good standing. On XX/XX/XXXX, I initiated a bill payment from my bank account to pay the balance of my credit card account. Unfortunately, I requested the payment be sent to the wrong credit card account. It went to my Ca [ ital One credit card account on which I had a balance under {$200.00}. The payment was in the amount of {$11000.00}. This resulted in a credit balance with CapitalOne in excess of {$11000.00}. Since XX/XX/XXXX when I realized my error, I have been trying to get the money returned to me. I was first told it would take 7 to 10 business days because they had to send a check since the payment was made by check. In fact, my bank paid the bill electronically. However, I accepted the timeframe and waited. I have now called Captial One four times ( XXXX, XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ), spoken to four account reps and two senior reps. Each time I am given a different timeframe, different process and different date upon which I should receive the check. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I spoke with a senior rep who told me that there is a " process '' that could take up to six weeks and that I " might '' have my refund by the middle of XXXX. She also informed me that no one above her level ever speaks to customers as they were all administrative. She also told me to get my bank to just take the payment back. I explained that the bank had made no error and that they would be unable to initiate an ACH debit against a credit card account. This is a large amount of money to me and I feel Capital One is holding it justly.

Complaint: After filling out a pre-qualification form on Kohl 's website and being told " Congratulations! You're Pre-qualified for a Kohl 's XXXX '' account I submitted an application and it was denied. They misled me and told me it was my fault when I called them to inquire. I have included the Prequalification code below and will be submitting disputes with the credit bureaus to have the inquiry removed from my report. This was a very misleading experience and I feel as though I have been lied to and abused by this company.

Complaint: Capital One credit card company received a payment electronically from my bank, XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, but did not post the payment. Called Capital One on XX/XX/XXXX, and supervisor made 3 way call to XXXX to verify that payment was made. Capital One gave me a credit on XX/XX/XXXX statement, then reverse the credit on following month statement. Made numerous calls to Capital One on XXXX and XXXX, and it was promised that they will fix the problem, but has not done so. Now I received a letter from Capital One that I need to contact my bank for unauthorized transaction. I made all my payments to Capital One through electronic withdrawal. Please help me to resolve this issue. I want my money back. Thank you
