Another claim was made because the investigation is causing a financial burden and then I was told I was denied. It has been a month since the investigation claim has been made and we still can not access the funds that are deposited to the account. Complaint: Bank of America was the mortgage company for my wife 's house. ( The reason I say my Wife 's house is because in XX/XX/XXXX we purchased the house. I paid half of the down payment and my wife paid the other half. Went didn't get married until XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX we had a below ground pool put in the back yard. It cost {$33000.00}. In XX/XX/XXXX my wife contracted a XXXX XXXX and lost her job. She was a registered nurse and had made good money. By then I was on Social Security XXXX. I couldn't make the house payment as they were and I sure couldn't afford the pool payments. My wife contacted Bank of America and they were told that she gave them permission for me to handle all of the affairs as it pertains to our home. In the meantime XXXX XXXX is sending us letters demanding their past due payments. I forwarded this information to Bank of America. Bank of America told me don't worry about XXXX that they would handle them. In the meantime we were approved for a temporary loan modification and a permanent modification would be approved if I made 3 monthly payments on time. Which I did. To make a long story short Bank of America did not live up to their agreement. XXXX ended of selling our house in XX/XX/XXXX. My wife had become so depressed after me fighting with Bank of America and XXXX XXXX for a couple of years trying to resolve our circumstances with both Companies. Which would have never happened if Bank of America had not constantly lied to us. XX/XX/XXXX my wife XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX in the garage of the same house at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Texas, XXXX. She couldn't take it anymore. I would continue to fight until the house was sold by XXXX XXXX. The day my wife took her life i was not at home. I received a call from one of my neighbors to get home right away its bad. All i could think about driving home was maybe my wife had gotten hurt someone how. When I got to the house the garage door was open my wife was lying on the ground with someone in scrubs trying to perform CPR. All I could do was cry and beg him to save my wife. Here tried until E.M.S. arrived and worked on my wife for nearly and hour as I cried out in agony. They pronounced her dead. That was the worst day of my life. My wife 's name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. Thank you Bank of America for taking our future away together.

Complaint: Hi, Starting XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX of this year, I started getting fraudulent charges on my XXXX XXXX Bank of America credit card. They didn't block my card or give me any notifications, I believe I only got a text message a week after. I wasn't able to view the account as I was extremely busy, but usually XXXX blocks my card whenever I have charges that seem fraudulent so I didn't worry about it. BoA didn't and it seems like whoever got my card info kept charging on my card. I had a charge for XXXX in Washington DC ( I live in XXXX and I don't travel there ), XXXX charge for $ 600+ ( I don't watch concerts ) and $ 2000+ charges for merchants that are named " XXXX XXXX '' and " XXXX ''. I quickly disputed them after finding out and I requested for a credit freeze via XXXX. After a month, I got a letter in the mail saying they were unable to accept this fraud claim because " it's consistent with my purchase history ''. This is completely false and ridiculous. I don't buy anything for any airline hydraulics and I don't purchase in DC. I can 100 % confidently say my transactions do not reflect these fraudulent charges and BoA did not do a great job with their due diligence on investigating this. My credit score plummeted due to this and it's just unacceptable. I am not going to pay $ 7000+ worth of fraudulent charges that I did not make.

Complaint: I used my debit card at a gas station. The first attempt no money was disbursed. The second I received my money. When I checked on my phone while still at the location I noticed two withdrawals. The owner said that often happened and if my money wasnt shown correct in the morning he would reimburse me. That was the XXXX of XXXX. In the morning both charges were still on. So I decided to call my bank, since I was sure they would reimburse me, and if not the owner had said he would. The bank took forever. So I cancelled my claim on the XXXX, only to reopen it on the XXXX as the owner was now refusing to pay. Last night, I texted the owner, once again he failed to respond, after I learned my bank didnt reopen my claim as I asked on the XXXX. I then called the police. Complaint: I am an international student who arrived in the US on XX/XX/XXXX. I applied for a credit card when I opened an account with Bank of America. My credit card was issued with a credit limit of {$500.00}. Once I received the card, I decided to place an order in XXXX XXXX webstore with that card. The order cost around {$650.00}, so I made a payment of {$300.00} to the card, as it is a usual way to purchase things of a higher price than the card credit limit, according to my experience in using credit cards issued in XXXX and XXXX XXXX. The pre-authorisation was successful, but two days later, XXXX XXXX warned me that the transaction was declined when they attempted to charge the card upon shipping. I called the bank and the respond was I did not have sufficient credits for the transaction, and the overpayment could not increase the credit limit to purchase things. I had never ever heard about this before in any other country. Fortunately, the merchant broke up the order so I successfully received the most items in the order. After that, I used this card normally in the restaurants, on the vending machines, or calling XXXX until I got another transaction on the vending machine declined. The reason given was that I already exeeded the credit limit. So I made a payment of {$500.00}, because I saw on the app the available credit was {$0.00}, even though I spent only {$480.00} in all before that payment. After the payment, I was able to use the card again, unti XX/XX/XXXX, my transaction on the XXXX app was declined. My available credit then was {$180.00}. Also, the charge attempt made by XXXX XXXX upon the shipment of the last item of the previously mentioned order was declined as well. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I spent more than four hours overall contacting the bank on the phone. The bank suggested that my card was not on a hold and I was not able to pay with it due to an overpayment of more than {$300.00}. I had been directed between the customer service and the fraud department back and forth for more than 5 times, and after each direction, I had to repeat all my stories again because the bank never shared my information and concerns with different deparments, even during a same call. Eventually a representative put an " override '' to my card, as I heard, maybe not precise, and I was able to use the card on XX/XX/XXXX at late night. Yesterday was XX/XX/XXXX. I tried to pay with the card on XXXX app, and the app suggested the card was declined. Then I made a payment to the card in the exact same amount of the displayed current balance, {$240.00}. Still, I could not use the card on the app. So I called the bank again. The representative told me, the XXXX transaction was not shown in the system at all and the {$240.00} was, again, an overpayment ... I totally lost my patience. To be honest, even if anyone else steals my money, it is extremely hard to be noticed in this messy system because I have no idea how much money or credit do I have in the real time. And upon the records displayed on the app, I can not find a justifiable reason to explain the holds on my card, i.e., why it showed that I exeeded the credit limit when my total spent was only {$480.00}. What happened to me and how the bank responded was apparently and absolutely not acceptable. Please stop Bank of America fooling me around!

Complaint: Bank of America repeatedly allowed my account to be accessed by people who were not signatories to the account. Bank of America, as is thoroughly documented in court filings, improperly charged fees to my account. As a result of Bank of Americas repeated acts of fraud and negligence, my account became overdrawn. https : XXXX Unfortunately, Bank of America refuses to acknowledge its negligence and fraud and instead has decided to put a fraud notation on my XXXX credit report. Bank of America insists on blaming me for its own negligence despite admitting in court that issues like mine were demonstrably a result of its own negligence. Bank of America has continued to make fraudulent statements in writing when confronted with an obvious case where it is at fault. Bank of America is recalcitrant and has deemed itself to be the jury, judge and executioner in cases where it negligently allows fraud on its checking accounts and then racks up fees in a very clear cut case of criminal self dealing.

Complaint: This is a case of Identity theft and fraud. I have provided exhibits A thru C in addition to other documents that I still request a response to. The alleged Bank of America itemizes billing statement say XX/XX/XXXX filed. I never had a loan with anyone in XXXX. The second alleged Bank of America billing statement states XXXX. Again I never had a mortgage loan with anyone in XXXX. The Mortgage was alleged to be XX/XX/XXXX. A true itemize billing statement does not change the dates back and forth. Exhibit A is the deed of the home and the first mortgage loan I ever had dated XX/XX/XXXX Warranty Deed. Not XXXX or XXXX. Then I received a release of Mortgage XX/XX/XXXX. Which was the same loan received in XX/XX/XXXX. As well as a congratulations letter stating the loan was paid off by the first senior lien holder. There was a subordinate agreement between the other lenders. If the home was foreclosed on by an alleged junior lender the first mortgage would need to be paid off first. However the home did not sale prior to the release of mortgage. A borrower does not receive a release of mortgage following a foreclosure. Exhibit C show the loan trail activity from XX/XX/XXXX all the way to the release recorded in the county deed records on XX/XX/XXXX. It also shows that there is no record of Bank of America as a servicer recorded in the deed records at all. Nor was there a recorded Assignment showing Bank of America as a loan servicer on any account in the recorder of deeds. With the information i provided clearly shows me a true owner of the home. Bank of America is not the owner of the home. I would like to let my evidence do the talking. Requesting a response to my complaint.

Complaint: I used bank of america mobile banking app on my XXXX XXXX to transfer money to someone ; Bank of America used a service called XXXX that I believed was a bank of america product but apparently this is a 3rd party product that bank of america uses to transfer money. The person i sent money to said she hasn't received the funds i transferred yet - I transferred funds from my checking account to the receiving party 's account on Monday / XX/XX/2019 and today is XX/XX/2019 and the funds haven't yet made it to the person i sent it to. I called bank of america and they have debited $ $ from my account on XX/XX/XXXX and today when i called bank of america their customer support wanted me to call XXXX customer support to enquire what happened. They claim the money was transferred but the other person 's bank is telling her that no money has been received by them. also, i dont think i ever opted in for this XXXX services and / or remember ever reading the terms and agreements that they claim i agreed to and open in to of my own free will. This is just highway robbery committed by bank of america and this 3rd party XXXX - also, {$250.00} can not just disappear into thin air - if the transaction wasn't completed, it should be refunded back into my account

Complaint: Consumer Financial Protection Bureau To Whom it may concern : Im contacting you to complain about a fraud that was done when someone paid for purchases at XXXX and paid for them with my savings account at Bank of America using a debit card. I talked to Bank Of America thru the call center and the supervisor and showed the data that I have to show that purchases totaling {$14000.00} were not done or authorized by me. I have printed the chat with XXXX, my traveling passport that shows that I was not in the US when these purchases were made and I sending you copies. Then Banks only response is that I have been in the XXXX website numerous times and did not notify these unauthorized purchases so they assume it was me. They should be investigating who actually made these purchases and where did they go. Ive talked to XXXX, I have copies of the chat which Im resending to you, and to the Bank, where they say that the account was created with my personal information and with the data I supplied obviously they dont believe me and that is the reason they can not give me the IP and physical address were the purchased items were delivered. If the Bank thinks there is fraud, then the Bank can request the information and XXXX will supply it. The Banks keeps telling me that because I did not notify them within a certain time the Bank will not return the monies to my account. I know the Bank is responsible to protect my money and all they say is Im sorry. Seems to me that they are protecting someone, in this case, someone within the bank, someone that obviously has mi information and knows that I was not checking my balances, I just pay the balances on my credit card, and my savings account do not check it. My credit card is linked or used to pay XXXX but not the debit card, my debit is not, and this is the card that was used to pay for the purchases. Ill leave in your hands all this information, but I want the Bank to get me the IP of pc or phone where the purchases were made and the address to where they were delivered.

Complaint: This issue is concerning several transactions that have been made. My main concern is that the reordering of deposits and transactions has caused me to lose hundreds of dollars. For example, when I deposit funds to cover future charges I experience a loss of funds. In this case, I had XXXX in one account. I transferred XXXX in another account to raise the account to take a taxi from XXXX. I had XXXX in the account. The ride cost me XXXX. I should have had XXXX as a balance. I then added XXXX to cover more taxi expenses. At time these deposits and transfers were made there was enough to cover my expenses on XX/XX/19. On XX/XX/19, I added funds to cover as well XXXX plus what was left in the account. In all of my deposits, they covered all of my expenses. There was no outstanding debts to the bank. I deposited a check for XXXX and now I'm in a negative status? This is what the bank does and has done to me for years. I'm losing funds. The bank registered that I had XXXX and when I reentered the online banking page via app I read that I've XXXX cents. I'm going to cancel my accounts because this is ridiculous. I'm a XXXX patient and rely on my funds when I check my accounts I find that they are always taking from me. My money is counted for. This should not be the case. Second issue was that my account was used to replenish funds for another personal account without my authorization. When I called a customer service representative admitted that the feature to take funds from one to replenish another was not something I opted for. The bank mismanages my accounts and seems to think that they can do whatever they desire with my funds. This is a violation of Federal Reserves laws and my rights and freedoms as a consumer. I'm closing my accounts. This is truly account abuse. I'm always losing funds. The best way to deal with this is to remove the account. No one really has reached out since my last complaint and when I do the person conducting the investigation always used the excuse that the bank was right and I'm wrong. They never take responsibility for what they do.

Complaint: My complaint is regarding alleged deceptive mortgage practices, harassment. I'm a victim of deceptive mortgage practices alleged by Bank of America etc. Changed documents, inaccurate information. My case involves the National mortgage settlement XXXX that I received no monetary relief from. Please read attachments and exhibits that will explain in details the deceptive mortgage practices that are ongoing. Everything started with Countrywide Home mortgages in XX/XX/XXXX. We had to stop an unlawful eviction By Bank of America claiming to be XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the eviction case was dismissed based on Evidence I provided to the County court regarding possession of the home. The eviction name on the home states XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX doing the eviction. The Names of banks also keep switching back and forth between Bank of America and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. As well as false statements that my spouse and I moved into an abandoned home and Bank of America reported the home as abandoned in XXXX on a tax return XXXX form. The eviction was in my spouse name as if she was a squatter who moved into an abandoned home random off the street. The Eviction also made it appear as if I had moved out the home years ago and that my spouse and I had no connection to one another. These allegations are all false as well as defamation/Sander. The home has never been abandoned and Im the rightful owner of the home. I never gave up my rights to my home or sign a deed in lieu document with anyone. There are also forged documents on a filed foreclosure complaint by Bank of America as well. Bank of America was also never recorded in XXXXhe County record of deeds as a mortgage Servicer or any owner involvement with my home. Bank of America claims to have been a mortgage Service never recorded in the deed records? Bank of America is now trying to auction and sell the home on Auction.com please review attachments. I have sent certified letters to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and have not received a response back. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has continued to not give a response or an answer to any of my complaint. This is not a Duplicate complaint because A response have never been given to me or on the CFPB complaint portal. Each complaint contains different information. Requesting a response regarding XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX involvement with my case? This is only 35 percent of the evidence submitted in this complaint to the CFPB regarding deceptive practices, fraud, debt not owed identity theft, and violations of the fair debt collection practices act. It also shows that there is no record of Bank of America as a loan servicer recorded in the deed records at all. Nor was there a recorded Assignment showing Bank of America as a loan servicer on any account in the recorder of deeds. With the information i provided clearly shows me a true owner of the home. Bank of America is not the owner of the home or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as alleged. I would like to let my evidence do the talking. Also the IRS has not record that this loan ever existed in my name or identity as a HELOC mortgage loan during the time and dates of this alleged loan with countywide, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX or Bank of America. Nor was it reported to the IRS as well in my name during that time as well. Again i'm Requesting a response to my complaint.
