Complaint: I paid on time but youre listing me as late you need to update to paid as agreed. Please send me the docs that prove that I was ever late. I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found late payment on the dates below : XXXX/XXXX/XXXX 30/60/90 PAYMENT LATE??? I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me.

Complaint: 1. On today, XXXX XXXX, 2019, I attempted to file a dispute online and was directed to contact Bank of America disputes department at XXXX XXXX XXXX. 2. I spoke with XXXX, who stated he could not process my dispute until I returned the item to the merchant. 3. I asked for his ID and he said he has no ID to provide. He said it's private for internal use. 4. I ask for supervisor, saying I'd prefer to speak with someone who can provide an ID #. 5. The supervisor, XXXX, says she has no ID ; no supervisors have ID at Bank of America. 6. XXXX says there is no one higher up with whom to speak, no one with an ID with whom to speak at Bank of America. 7. For a large company like Bank of America, with hundreds if not thousands of agents, it is unacceptable to not have ID # s for agents that customers can use as a reference in future conversations. XXXX admitted he was not the only XXXX in Texas, which was his call center location, which means that if the call is not recorded and I say I spoke with XXXX, I would be told there are multiple Cesars and no way to verify with whom I spoke. 8. If internal ID # s are private for some reason, then Bank of America can come up with a second ID # for external use for each agent.

So far I havent heard from anyone regarding the complaint however I have been receiving calls to pay the the total amount of $ XXXX/- And the calls are more like threatening and harassing because they keep on saying that theyll seize my account and block the social security. Is that the right way of communication? This is ridiculous. I submitted a complaint because I need your help in resolving this issue. But it seems that u havent been of any help in removing the unnecessary charges that were imposed on me without any notification. Id like to remind u that Id really be grateful if u could resolve this issue at the earliest. Thank you

Complaint: Scammed..!! XX/XX/2019 Deposited cheque of {$6700.00} through Mobile deposit of BOA. XX/XX/2019 Cheque was cleared and I called and confirmed the same later which was added to the total available balance. XX/XX/2019 Made a XXXX transfer of {$2500.00} as the cheque was cleared and available. XX/XX/2019 Cheque went on hold and returned and also charge back fee of {$12.00} charged as Return Fee. XX/XX/2019 - Called BOA and reported about these transactions they redirected to BOA XXXX Department and asked to create a claim, created a claim and heres the claim number : XXXX for which they will take from 10-45 business days and without any guarantee that Ill be getting my money back. XX/XX/2019 Tried to get some help and approached home branch at XXXX, NJ they asked to schedule appointment during weekdays and shown no interest in assuring or guaranteeing about the claim money for {$2500.00}. XX/XX/2019 Again post scheduling the appointment with home branch my spouse had a quick conversation which again was not helpful and was a disguise. XX/XX/2019 - Tried following up with XXXX Department at Bank of America they responded that they where unsuccessful in getting the funds back from the other bank of the scammer.

Complaint: Wrote a check from our XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/2019 for {$8400.00} to pay my Bank of America Mastercard. Check was made out to Bank of America. I have the carbon on the original check # XXXX. The check was altered by what appears to be an employee at Bank of America. That individual cashed the altered check within Bank of America. Bank of America cleared that check for that large amount despite the check having our MasterCard account number written in the memo section on the check. Bank of America will not return our numerous phone calls or emails to even say they are working on it. XXXX XXXX has been contacted and they are trying to get our money back but there is no communication from Bank of America.

Complaint: This complaint is about the updater services that all credit card companies use. Visa is working on resolving this in good faith, but there must be some better regulation of credit card updating services. In mid XXXX, 2019, my son who shares my credit card, received an email from the virus protection company XXXX telling him they were renewing his yearly subscription and would bill VISA for {$100.00}. He had not had a yearly subscription with them in at least the past 5 years, if not longer. I immediately called the VISA who checked and could find no charge by XXXX on my VISA card for at least 5 past years I'd had that card number. But, to be safe, they issued me a new card which I received end of XX/XX/2019 with a new number. Saturday, XX/XX/2019, XXXX charged us {$100.00} on my NEW credit card number. This is exactly the problem I had tried to avoid. So I called VISA again. At first, when I called VISA, I was told that getting a new card could not stop recurring bills. When I called back, I was told that recurring bills should only be able to charge for up to a year. Since there was no record of a XXXX charge as far back as the Visa representative could look, this meant that XXXX had committed a fraud on VISA and on me. VISA updater service had given my new card number to XXXX and allowed them to charge me, even though there was no history of XXXX, and I had gotten the new card to stop this fraud. These updater services are insidious and must be better regulated or they are nothing more than free and unbridled access for every merchant to the consumer 's pocketbook. Visa is now sending me a new card and going to stop payment to XXXX. I don't blame them, I think the updater services are at fault.

Complaint: I went to Bank of America branch on XX/XX/XXXX advising them I was closing the account. I left half an hour later with it done. I received a call today, XX/XX/XXXX that one of the checks Ive authorized bounced and they are redepositing it. I log onto BofA online and shocked to see - {$1800.00} ... Not only did BofA not close my account they keep accepting payments, then returning them, the accepting the same payments over and over again. This is unacceptable. BofA is racking up insufficient funds charges galore. I closed the account so how is it still accumulating all these charges?
