I have never shopped at that store, and these transactions were not authorized. I disputed with Bank of America and they denied my claim. To Whom this may concern, Regarding the above claims, I have NEVER shopped at an XXXX and XXXX as the three charges that I have disputed represent. I have NEVER been to the state of OHIO as the three charges show that the purchases were made. Clearly this is fraud, why would the charges be made three separate times if somebody wasnt continuously trying to rob the account? This is also an incredibly large amount of money and should have been flagged.
I have never shopped at this store, I have never been to the state of OHIO, these purchases were not me or any authorized user of this debit card. Further a fraudulent charge that I assume has not been denied was made around the same time on my account at a XXXX XXXX. Clearly somebody had made some sort of additional card using my account information and made charges. While the XX/XX/XXXX charges were processing and noticed the activity I immediately made the dispute. I have been a customer with Bank of America for over 15 years, this money was stolen from my account and is insured, I request this money be returned to me immediately or I will seek further recourse.

Complaint: I applied for Bank of America Credit Card.
Bank of America sent me letter that there is problem getting my score.
When I contacted them they said I have fraud alert on my credit file and I need to add phone number.
I tried with Credit Bureaus and I was unable to add phone number after several attempts. Their website keeps giving error.
Now I see hard enquiry on my account from Bank of America.
At this point my credit card has not been APPROVED or DENIED.
I requested bank of America to withdraw application and remove hard enquiry since I am withdrawing it before decision being taken on my account but Bank of America says they cant remove that hard enquiry.
Therefore, my request is to either 1 ) Take decision since hard enquiry has been made or 2 ) Remove hard enquiry from account since as per BOA, I have fraud alert on the account.

Complaint: Unauthorized/fraudulent transaction I am a customer of Bank of America, and on XX/XX/2019, a fraudulent transaction in the amount of {$100.00} was posted to my checking account. Since I had just made an ATM cash deposit in the amount of {$92.00} and noticed that my available balance was - {$0.00}, I went inside of the branch and spoke with a customer service representative who told me to call Bank of America Fraud Department and file a claim and go back to the teller to get my cash deposit in the amount of {$92.00} refunded while the fraudulent transaction is investigated. I contacted Bank of America Fraud Department and filed the claim, however the representative did not reverse my cash deposit. I spoke again with the branch manager and he asked me to call again and ask for the funds to be released, so he could refund me my cash deposit. I was connected with a representative named XXXX in XXXX, AZ who refused to reverse my deposit transaction and kept saying that the fraudulent transaction could not be reversed. I asked to speak with a manager in that department and was connected with XXXX, who also refused to reverse the deposit transaction. He told me that I would have to wait ten days for the transaction to be processed.

Attempts were made to contact Bank of America to report that the inaccuracy needs to be deleted. Unsuccessful attempts were made to these BofA phone numbers : ( XXXX ) XXXX & ( XXXX ) XXXX and I was unable to locate the appropriate address via an online search. In a XXXX Chat with BofA, I attempted to get the address so as to write and have the inaccurate information deleted but was informed that I must contact XXXX directly. Complaint: I made a deposit from my business bank account ( local Institution ) to my personal bank account at Bank of America. The deposit was over {$5000.00}. I have had a banking relationship with Bank of America for over 20 years. I have made deposits from this account to Bank of America for over nine years without having bounced a check. There have been dozens of deposits over {$5000.00}. I made the deposit on XX/XX/XXXX at an ATM via check and the none of funds are available until XX/XX/XXXX. This is 10 calendar days and 8 business days which seems unacceptable given the nature of the relationship, the history, etc. Also, the bank should pay interest during the hold period if the funds are found to be valid.

Complaint: Bank of America Allegiant MasterCard closed my acct without warning. After I made a large purchase at the grocery store my card was declined. I am not even close to my maximum credit allowed. I called them and they said they send me a letter about my situation and they had not. Today I have received the letter stating that my acct is closed due to my risk profile no longer aligns with the banks risk tolerance.
It says they can close the account at any time and my reward points will be forfeited.
I feel this is deceptive and unreasonable because I am not near the maximum credit allowed.

Complaint: I applied for a Conventional Mortgage Loan with Bank of America, N.A. via XXXX ( ID XXXX ) on XX/XX/2019. Since that date, BOA has been extremely negligent in the processing of my application, which has resulted in me being under contract with a seller on a property for over three months. This negligence began with errors on the interest rate included on my initial application, which resulted in me having to complete multiple revisions to my application, ultimately delaying the process and causing me to request multiple extensions on the contract with the seller.
Most recently, BOA was negligent in completing the appraisal of the property as ordered. My file cleared Rehab Escrow on XX/XX/2019, and a Subject To appraisal was ordered on XX/XX/2019. On XX/XX/2019, BOA uploaded an incorrect Subject To appraisal to my file which did not include the scope of work provided by XXXX between XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019. Upon receiving the incorrect appraisal, the matter was escalated with BOA on XX/XX/2019. Since then, there have been repeated requests for updates ; however, no updates have been provided, no notes have been added to my file, and the corrected appraisal has not been completed and/or uploaded to my file. This has caused me to incur thousands of dollars in fees from the seller, as well as thousands of dollars in legal fees. BOA has also repeatedly accessed my credit report, as a condition of ordering the appraisals, which has negatively impacted my credit report and score. These repeated credit inquiries also caused BOA to report conditions on my loan application, which required me to submit to them a letter of explanation stating that there were repeated pulls, despite the pulls being initiated by them, again delaying the entire process.
I have made multiple attempts to contact BOA to resolve this ordeal, to no avail. No one that I have spoken to at BOA was able to access and/or review my file. This whole process has been extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. It leads me to question how BOA is able to run a business and/or allowed to provide mortgages to XXXX consumers when they have failed me at so many steps through this process.

Complaint: I MADE A HOTEL BOOKING AT THE XXXX XXXX XXXX VIA XXXX ON XX/XX/XXXX FOR XX/XX/XXXX AND ON XX/XX/XXXX TRIED TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION BECAUSE THE VISA WAS DENIED. XXXX TRIED TO REASON WITH THE HOTEL BUT THE HOTEL CHARGED MY CARD. I TRIED SPEAKING WITH THE MANAGEMENT BUT THEY WILL NOT REVERSE THE CHARGES. I DISPUTED WITH MY BANK ( BANK OF AMERICA ) HOPING FOR A SENSIBLE RESOLUTION BUT THE BANK IS TAKING SIDES WITH THE HOTEL. I MADE A DISPUTE FOR THE CHARGES ON XX/XX/XXXX AND ON NOT GETTING ANY KIND OF LETTER I CALLED THE BANK ON XX/XX/XXXX ONLY TO BE INFORMED THAT NO DISPUTE WAS LOGGED. I THEN TOLD THE AGENT THAT IT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT I HAD TO FOLLOW UP ON MY DISPUTE WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LOGGED ON THE XX/XX/XXXX WHICH WAS NOT.
ON XX/XX/XXXX I GET A LETTER FROM BOA THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE THE CHARGES STATING MERCHANTS HAVE THEIR OWN CANCELLATION POLICY AND BOA CAN NOT INTERVENE.
I CALLED BOA ON XX/XX/XXXX TO INFORM THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE RESOLUTION AND THAT I NEEDED MORE INFORMATION ON HOW THE ISSUE WAS INVESTIGATED AND HOW DID THEY REACH THE DECISION THAT THE MERCHANT WAS RIGHT TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED.
THE AGENT MS XXXX FROM TENESSEE LOCATION FAILED TO PROVIDE ME ANY INFORMATION. ON ASKING FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE TOLD ME ALL SUPERVISORS ARE BUSY AND THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO GET A CALL BACK AT XXXX. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT I AM WILLING TO HOLD THE LINE FOR ANOTHER 3.5 HRS SHE TOLD ME SHE CAN NOT PUT ME ON HOLD FOR THAT LONG. I TOLD HER THAT I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE CALL AT XXXX BECAUSE I WILL BE AT WORK. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND AFTER 20 MINUTES A SUPERVISOR BY THE NAME XXXX WHO SOUNDED UPSET WITH MY INSITANCE TO HOLD ANSWERED ME RUDELY AS TO HOW HE CAN HELP ME. ON REMINDINING HIM THAT I WAS IN CONVERSATION WITH XXXX HE THEN STATED OH ITS ABOUT THE {$690.00} DISPUTE. I TOLD HIM YES IT WAS AND ALL I WAS REQUESTING IS INFORMATION ON HOW THEY REACHED THE CONCLUSION THAT THE HOTEL IS RIGHT IN CHARGING MY CARD FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED. XXXX STARTED ARGUEING WITH ME AND GAVE ME THE SAME ONE SENTENCE ANSWER I GOT IN THE LETTER. ON BEING TOLD THAT I WILL NOT STOP DISPUTING THIS CHARGE AND FOR THAT I NEED MORE INFORMATION AS TO WHERE DOES IT STATE ABOUT THE CANCELLATION POLICY BECUASE THE HOTEL WEBSITE DOES NOT STATE ANYWHERE ABOUT ITS CANCELLATION POLICY. HE STATED HE WILL SEND ME A LETTER IN MAIL.
I WANTED MORE INFORMATION FROM MY BANK WHICH IT FAILED TO PROVIDE ME.
