Complaint: I was shocked when I reviewed my credit report and found a 30 days late payment being reported. I am not sure how this happened, I believe that I had made my payments to you when I received my statements. My only thought is that my monthly statement did not get to me. Also, I see inconsistency and inaccuracy on the way it's being reported. How can one credit bureau say that I was late on XX/XX/2019 and the other say i was late on XX/XX/2019 for 30 days ... Which one is it? Please correct/update for errors, and send me the updated credit report.

BOFA credited my account and then took it out later stating fraud was not committed ... and closed out the claim ... all they said when asked how they came to the conclusion was that chip was read ... ..I asked about video surveillance and was told they NEVER did it ... .they suggested I call Police which I did ... Still no resolution ... .now it's thievery on BOFA because they stole my XXXX dollars without proof of fraud!!! Until I have resolution I am filling a complaint with Federal Reserve and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

A letter was sent from the bank to an unknown address with the results of my dispute, since I have never lived there before I did not know what the status was ; at that point I was already dealing with my brother getting severely ill. On XX/XX/XXXX I re faxed all paperwork to the above number since I had yet to hear a response from the bank. The bank states that since time has passed there is nothing they can do, but this is my money and way more than I can just give up on and I never received a letter if not I wouldve continued to fight it. In the attachments you will see an XXXX summary on the transactions, steps taken, cards used, and address the letter was sent to. There are also a few statements to show that money was taken out, and it shows how often I actually use it and view it ( other transactions not included above are mine ). Finally, the locations that the transactions were made ; there are multiple XXXX XXXX ATMs along with views of the remainder balances. These transactions were made in XXXX XXXX while I was in my city of XXXX XXXX, proof of me being in XXXX XXXX is also included in the attachments ( my work log ins and emails ). The transactions themselves look fraudulent, the person checked balances and took the same amount every day at different ATMs.

Complaint: Dear Countrywide, in XX/XX/2009, you serviced a mortgage loan issued by Bank of America with MIN XXXX on my property. The FHA loan was closed by your agent and was mailed to my property. It was fun, however, when you guys mailed me the mortgage loan paperwork, you only mailed me the last signature page copy of the HUD 1 Settlement Statement.So as of today I am without the information of what happened after you sold your service with me. Also I was very upset when you grabbed my signature from some other document and stuck it right on the deed of trust and every where. That was an outstanding job. But here is what I am really upset about you know, and those are- 1. As I said I don't have your HUD 1 Settlement pages that you executed at closing, 2. You did a fraudulent assignment of deed of trust to Bank of America, I understand that but how could you breached the contract with me by allowing XXXX XXXX sign for it!!! This was so unforgivable you know. XXXX XXXX was a XXXX employee and has nothing to do with MERS!!! I get the fact that XXXX and you are close buddies, but that does not mean you will do assignment by breaching our holy deed of trust! 3. See, an obligor can not challenge an assignment when such assignment breaches his contract with the assignor who is in default. But right now, I am not an obligor. So I can straight go for breach of contract and get this voided and then go after this XXXX mess. 4. May be we should settle this out of Court. I need to get my title clean which you all have filled with clouds. So send me your agreement on the fact that this has been in violation of breach of contract and I just go to Court and clear the cloud. And please don't forget to attach the copy of HUD 1 Settlement statement that you executed during closing in XX/XX/2009. Thanks a lot.

I asked the teller if they entire amount would be refunded if I didn't use the checks and the teller said yes it would. I got a {$110.00} cashier 's check and was charged {$15.00} for the fee for the check. The next day I returned the check and was told the {$15.00} was not refundable even though less than 24 hours I was told it was. I called the bank on XX/XX/XXXX and they refused to refund the free. Complaint: I contacted Bank of America on XX/XX/XXXX regarding several large charges that hit my checking account from a company called XXXX. The charges were for {$1800.00}, XXXX, ( both hit my account on XX/XX/XXXX ) XXXX and XXXX ( both hit my account on XX/XX/XXXX ). There were also several International Translation Fees that hit my account in the amount of {$57.00}, {$39.00}, {$6.00} and {$3.00}. This is a total of {$3600.00} stolen from my account. I called in to Bank of America on XX/XX/XXXX after discovering my account balance was off so much and discovering the charges. I was informed someone had my bank check/debit card information and thats where the charges were coming from. Bank of America immediately closed my card and issued a new one and opened a dispute/claim on the charges from XXXX. For some reason they broke the charges into three separate claims, one for the {$1800.00} charge ( claim # XXXX ), one for the {$1200.00} charge ( claim # XXXX ), and one that combined the two charges for {$190.00} and {$120.00} ( claim # XXXX ). Since this was obviously a lot of money for me to be missing out of my account, I wanted to know when it would be returned to my account. I was told by the representative that she broke the charges into three claims to make it more likely that they would put the money back into my account while the claim was researched. Then I was told the larger amounts wouldnt be put in my account, but the two smaller chargers would. This was very upsetting to me because it was the beginning of the month and I had bills to pay. I also mentioned during the call that I had been a victim of identity theft where whoever had just about all my personal information imaginable filed a federal income tax return in my name for two consecutive years, applied for boat, car and payday loans, and even tried to open numerous checking accounts in my name. This was of little interest to the Bank of America representative. I XXXX searched this XXXX that hit me with all these charges, and found out its a scam bank out of XXXX that is notorious for scamming people out of money, fraud and money laundering. On XX/XX/XXXX I noticed in Bank of Americas online message center that the claims were resolved and would not be paid. I was very upset and called in to Bank of America. I asked how this could be? I was told that Bank of America claimed they contacted me and that I approved the charges in question, which was ludicrous. I said so to the representative. At first I was told I received a call, which I didnt. I asked for a recording of this alleged call made to me. The customer service representative couldnt provide one. Then I was told I didnt receive a call but I received a text approving the charges. I told them this was just not correct, that they kept changing their story and it seemed like they just didnt want to reimburse my account for these fraudulent charges. The Bank of America representative said he would note the account that I wasnt contacted nor did I approve these charges and the claims would be reopened and escalated for a quick resolution. I also went into my local branch in XXXXXXXX to speak to a manager and let her know everything that happened up to that point and she did absolutely nothing. It was a waste of an hour with her on hold calling the same fraud department and getting the same story they had already given me. I called into Bank of Americas fraud department several times between XXXXXXXX and XXXX for an update wondering why it was taking so long for this to be resolved and the money to be put back in my account. Each time I was told it could take until the last week of XXXX or so based on the 45 days, or 60 days ( I was told both ) it can take to resolve fraudulent charge claims. Finally on XX/XX/XXXX I still hadnt heard anything from Bank of America. I called in and was told that they were past the 45 days it should have taken and the person I spoke to was going to make sure there was a resolution in the next day or two. I logged in on XX/XX/XXXX and once again all three claims said resolved and unable to pay. I was very upset. It appears Bank of America didnt even do any real research like this because when I called in to Bank of Americas fraud department on XX/XX/XXXX to find out why they didnt pay these fraudulent claims on my account, I spoke with XXXX in Arkansas and she once again told me all the notes said is that Bank of America claims to have contacted me on XX/XX/XXXX and that I validated the charges, which is crazy. I looked back on my history and I see no calls, no messages or anything from Bank of America on XX/XX/XXXX. I let XXXX know all that had transpired and she was shocked that Bank of America had, and I quote ( I also have a recording of this call ) Had not been an advocate for its customer but instead had been more of an adversary. XXXX seemed genuinely concerned ( the first person at Bank of America I had talked to that actually did seem concerned about what happened to me ) and said It seems to me like someone here just swept this under the rug and didnt want to deal with it. She also saw the same thing I did about this XXXX apparently being some kind of foreign scam bank or company. I also requested documentation of the research Bank of America actually did on these claims be sent to me. XXXX wrote everything we talked about as well as her opinions on how I ( as a customer ) as well as the disputes/claims had been treated so far during this nightmare and reopened the claims. She wrote down what we had talked about and entered them in the claim notes and said she was sending this to an upper manager who should read it on XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX. I also let her know I would probably be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because I see no other recourse at this time. I also emailed the details of my case to Bank of America CEO XXXX XXXX but received no reply. I would like this resolved and the funds that were fraudulently taken from my account put back immediately. I believe this entire situation reflects very poorly on Bank of America and how it treats its customers. I also wanted to warn anyone thinking of banking at Bank of America to think twice about that decision. I am obviously thinking about switching banks.

Complaint: Caller identified himself as XXXX support team regarding a virus protection plan I had in the past and had cancelled over a year ago Told me I would be charged a renewal fee of several hundred dollars if I did not cancel over the computer. He advised me to go into my computer ( he aready had my code which they assigned when I purchased the plan ). I did so and he was able to view all my banking accounts. He told me XXXX was going to reimburse me about {$600.00} in two amounts {$420.00} and I think {$170.00} not sure. Anyway he then told me for some reason he had made an error in the amounts and it could only be corrected it i went into the bank. I live in FL and we were having a possible Categroy 5 hurrican in XXXX. XXXX and I was busy packing for a possible evacuation so I was very unnerved and distracted by that situation and the phone call. I kept him on he other line and called Bank ofAmerica to verify this info, but I couldn't get through so I hung up. He then told me I had to go into the bank, withdraw the money he had put in my account and go to XXXX and purchase a gift card. That's when I realized something was very wrong. I hung up on him. I rushed to the bank only 10 minutes from my house and reported the fraud and they closed all my accounts and reopened new ones. They had already taken {$2000.00} advance from my credit card and something out of my bank account. BAnk rep assured me everything was straightened out and I did not lose any money. Now I keep getting letters from Bank ofAmerica stating my fraud claim is denied and I am reponsible for the {$20000.00} on my credit card. They had denied it 2 times. I also called the police, but they told me there really wasn't anything they could do. Am I liable for that {$2000.00}? Please help. Thank you
