and pay {$450.00} per year to use the card one of the futures that comes with card pay charges over time with 20.49 % Ive been using this future occasionally and has limit of {$35000.00} last night trued to transfer a charge over {$300.00} but the future was suspended this isnt part of term and condition of the card as far as I remember I never been late or had issues I had a choice to use different credit card to pay a certain charge and not pay fee if I wasnt notify by American Express to suspending this future and could save {$180.00} if so I need to be refunded all interest charges that I was accumulated and Amx violated our terms and conditions.

THE PERSON CALLED FROM XXXX AND ADVISED THIS WAS A DIRECT LINE TO HIM. THEY INFORMED MS XXXX XXXX IT WAS IN REFERENCE TO MY AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCOUNT. I HAVE NEVER DISCUSSED ANY ACCOUNT WITH MS XXXX NOR DID I EVER GIVE AMERICAN EXPRESS PERMISSION TO CONTACT A THIRD PARTY IN REF. TO THIS ACCOUNT. Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, American Express set me with a pre-set limit on my card of XXXX without advanced notice. They did this to me while fully aware my balance at the time was XXXX. Now it shows I am over my limit. I have never had difficulty making my payments on time, but a leak in my home caused me to fall behind. I am XXXX past due and as of today XX/XX/2019, I am 13 days past due. I called American Express on XX/XX/XXXX to get an understanding as to why my limit was preset without any advance notice and why they set the limit less than what my balance was. I expressed to them that this isn't consumer friendly and it was an unfair practice. I spoke to about 3 different people who were of no help. I finally called again and spoke to someone else and that person was very rude. She was aggressive and spoke over me the whole time. I decided to do a cease and desist and for my card to be closed out of frustration. Prior to her reading the required disclosures, I told her to hold off on closing my card until I spoke with a manager. She told me a manager would call me back. About an hour later, I got a notification that my card had been closed. The rep who closed my card did not have consent to do so. She didn't follow compliance and she violated federal regulations. She didn't read the required disclosures. I called back and asked to speak to a manager again. Still no manager to speak to. I was promised a call back the next day, XX/XX/XXXX, and I got no call back. I called American Express back to reopen my card and there was no resolution. My card is still closed. This morning, XX/XX/XXXX, I woke up to a threatening letter from them

Complaint: I entered into an agreement with American Express credit cards on XX/XX/2018, responding to an offer of XXXX Delta Sky Miles to agree to obtain a credit card with American Express and spend {$3000.00} within the first 4 months of opening the account. The credit card was obtained XX/XX/2018 and the required spending of {$3000.00} was met on XX/XX/2018, however, American Express has not honored the terms of the agreement and I have not been granted the XXXX Delta Sky Miles as of the writing of this complaint XX/XX/2018. I have contacted American Express about this issue and was told that they have decided not to honor our agreement based on my relationship with them. Additionally, I have asked for a transcript of the conversation stating that I was being denied the bonus, and this request has been denied also. I am asking for assistance in resolving this matter and holding American Express responsible for adhering to the terms of our agreement. American Express is stating that I was denied the bonus upon application, however, this is did not happen. I have a dated screenshot of the credit offer I applied for and was approved for. This screenshot has been attached.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX a portion of my pay was direct deposit into Bluebird account in the amount of {$320.00}. Bluebird has set aside account like savings accounts tied into main checking I transfer {$310.00} into set aside account. Later I looked on my online account and someone got into my account transfer {$310.00} back into the checking then did a p to p transfer of {$320.00} to a person I do not know nor did I do this transaction. I called customer service the rep from fraud himself said your account was hacked into you need to change your password. I changed password filed the dispute the next day I got email denying my claim. Then I got email stating my account was locked someone tried getting into account again I called customer service back the next day spoke to fraud stated again I did not do this. I was advised to change email and all they could do is refill claim. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and I have heard nothing. I know claim will be denied. Wheres my protection Bluebird states they are alternative to checking I am very upset and need my hard earned money back.

Complaint: I called to ask for a retention offer and I never gave permission for them to close my credit card. I complained about 1. bad service 2. the annual fee.
The call got disconnected ( which in such a case has happened before and nothing happened after that ) and my credit card got closed 9 hours later against my consent and will.
I tried to have them reinstate it and they claim the card is no longer offered which is a lie at it's best. The card is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
I would like to add that this has happened to me before and I was shot down by Amex all day until I opened a CFPB complaint ... ... it seems Amex won't move until they get pressed against the wall.
See link below that it is still being offered : XXXX XXXX XXXX I called them numerous times and spent more than 5 hours on this and was told yes we will get it sorted and all this and then only to get told no later on in the phone call.
In addition I have some {$7000.00} in charges that are eligible for XXXX points per dollar which is XXXX points and now I will also be losing these points.
