Problem with rewards from credit card
Complaint: To whom it may concern I want to raise this compliant to American Express Membership Reward program. I will need help to lift the freezing account so I can transfer my points.
I were trying to transfer my American Express membership reward points to my two authorized user linked to my account ( employees, redeem points for Company travel. ) I was able to transfer points to first account. However, yesterday, XX/XX/2019 I tried to transfer second account, the website give me error. code # XXXX. Contact AMEX staff online chat, they ask me to call Membership reward program. Called the reward program and then they ask me to talk to Fraud department. This morning, XX/XX/2019, called fraud department and clear my identity, they send me back to Membership reward program. Staff in the reward program still have trouble to transfer my points. According to what he tell me, my account is under review. My account is currently freeze for any transfer points. It is very frustrated. All my points are ligament and through normal purchase.

Sued you without properly notifying you of lawsuit
Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX did not notified me of a pending lawsuit until I was served papers. When I contacted them, I explained that the debt was business debt and not personal debit. The agent refused to listen and started threatening me with more legal action if I did not pay them. The amount they wanted way way out of what I could afford. They told me to quit paying my mortgage and to shut off utilities to give them what they wanted. I gave them money out of fear. I have since lost my house due to their tactics.
They had no legal grounds to come after me personally for a debt under an LLC. They had no legal grounds to pierce the vale of limited liability. A quick search online will show the amount of complaints and unlawful tactics the firm uses to scare people into giving them money.
I have also not received any notifications about payments being processed or that the debt is paid off, which it should be. This firm is out of control and using predatory and illegal tactics to scare people into paying them.

I have since communicated with XXXX XXXX to discuss the matter and requested that they cease calling about this matter and rectify the breach of privacy.
I filed a separate complaint earlier today against XXXX XXXX, but subsequently learned that the company that actually made the calls and breached my right of privacy is XXXX XXXX. As such, the complaint against XXXX may be withdrawn.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: In XXXX I placed an online order with the company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX using my American Express Credit Card. This order was " supposedly '' delivered to me by merchant. When contacted XXXX to dispute transaction they never respond. Only once was I contacted about this on an email that stated the situation was being escalated, never heard from them again. My credit card company received the dispute on the charge directly by me, and after a month they now decided to side with this merchant and their excuse stating the goods were delivered to me even though, me nor anyone in my household ever sign and acknowledged the arrival or delivery of purchase. There is a man office located at the main entrance of my apartment complex, my apartment complex is also a gated community. If the delivery driver saw the opportunity to skip the main office were this packages should be delivered to, and thought was easier to just enter with no code or authorization to my property was the wrong call. Left a package stranded on some random door, cant even confirm it was my apartment and now don't want to refund my money or at least offer to send merchandise I paid for. I already provided the main office contact info to both the credit company and the merchant to confirm procedure for package deliveries and to prove neither I or management received this goods still no resolution. I don't have my money, no one seems to care about it, at the end of the day is just {$200.00} for them ... pocket change for these corporations run by billionaires whom don't care about us the nave population.

Complaint: I received an email on XX/XX/XXXX from American Express telling me the company had reduced my credit limit from {$1400.00} to {$800.00}. I had just paid down the balance on the card by {$1000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX ( {$500.00} ) and XX/XX/XXXX ( {$500.00} ) with a plan to pay the balance down to {$0.00} in XXXX. I had unexpected medical expenses and home repairs at the end of XXXX that drove my balance up. However, I never missed a payment and never went over my credit limit.
I contacted Amex customer service and they said the decision was triggered by their system and my account was under review by a team. I requested the credit limit not be reduced because they are hurting my credit standing overall by making this decision immediately after I paid down the balance. The customer service agent assured me that Amex cares which is the furthest thing from the truth.
I believe the way that Amex is managing their accounts is predatory in nature. I would like to see their practices of reducing credit lines audited. It appears they are trying to hurt customers who have done nothing but use their credit line and paid it down in a timely fashion.

Complaint: I applied for a XXXX XXXX American Express Business Card on XX/XX/2018. Based on the promotional offer, I would receive XXXX XXXX XXXX bonus points after {$3000.00} or more in eligible purchases are made on the Card within the first 3 months ( 92 days ) of Card Membership, and a {$100.00} statement credit after the first eligible purchase is made on the Card within the first 3 months ( 92 days ) of Card Membership.
The card was approved, and membership fee was charged shortly after. And I followed the spending requirement in the next 3 months but not bonus points and credit was issued. No communications at all were received from Amex to inform me that I was not eligible for the offer during that period. So I contacted Amex through online chat, and got the response that the sign up bonus on the card was declined on XX/XX/2018, the same day when my card was approved. I questioned if it was legitimate to decline the bonus without even notifying the customer, and instead wait until the customer to contact them to release such information. Then I was told that on the Amex website where one can apply for the credit cards there will be a message towards the end of the application process that tells you if you are eligible for the welcome offer prior to the final application processing. However, in my case no such message was provided during my application process. Hence, I assumed that I was eligible for the promotional offer. More importantly, Amex should be obligated to inform the applicant immediately even if they have the so called " reserved rights '' to decline offer any time for any reason ( based on what the online agent said ). Otherwise, it is considered a deceptive marketing strategy to encourage the customers to pay the membership fees and meet the spending requirements without extending the promised benefits. In my case, I would not have applied the American Express Card if I was informed that I was not eligible for the promotional offer, or my bonus offer was declined on the same day I was applying for the card.
