Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 I counted my money in preparation to deposit in my business checking account the next day, i had a total of {$6300.00}, i am sure i strapped {$5000.00} worth of money. XXXX bundle of $ XXXX= {$2000.00}, XXXX bundles of $ XXXX {$1000.00} for a total of {$2000.00}, and finally XXXX strapped bundle with {$800.00} worth of {$20.00} 's and {$200.00} worth of {$50.00} 's equaling {$1000.00}. That totaled {$5000.00}. the remaining money was loose money of various denominations for {$1300.00} The next day on XX/XX/2017 at aroundXXXXXXXX i entered wellsfargo at XXXX , FL XXXX to deposit money for my business bank account. the teller XXXX took my money and used the counting machine, his back was turned to me and he was covering the machine with his body. the counter was high and from my view i could not see the led read out of the machine that gave the total. he proceeded to use the machine the first {$2000.00} bundle was correct. the second bundle of {$1000.00} was correct, the next bundle of {$20.00} 's was short {$200.00}, i thought he miscounted or the machine was n't set to count the right amount of money because of the inclusion of {$50.00} 's. He said he had the other bundle that had the {$20.00} 's and {$50.00} 's mixed together and proceeded to remove XXXX {$20.00} 's to make the previous short bundle of {$20.00} 's to total {$1000.00}. He counted the remaining money using the machine. I told him i had a total of {$6300.00}, but he counted the money again and said it was short {$200.00}. He gave me readouts from the counting machine for the loose money but did not give me a readout for the grand total. I withdrew {$100.00} from my wallet and {$100.00} from my personal checking account to make the business deposit whole. I can not stop thinking that when he was counting the money with his back turned to me that he could not have slipped money into into his open suit.

Complaint: At the end of XXXX XXXX I tried to start the process of selling my shares of XXXX XXXX XXXX and having the funds transferred to my account at my bank in XXXX. I sent the XXXX ( Foreigner with no tax obligation in the USA ) form to Wells Fargo to tax certify my account, which got lost in the mail. Before giving the sell order, I called the customer hotline twice, and received the following information : 1. the due tax amount is 15 % of the profit ( period between buying and selling each share ) 2. the funds would be transferred in US $ to my US $ account in XXXX On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX I sold the shares ( $ XXXX ) and gave the transfer order to my US $ account in XXXX, including all relevant banking details. On reviewing the transaction details, I noticed that 28 % tax were withheld on the total cash from the sale ( $ XXXX ), and a ) not the stipulated 15 %, and b ) not on the profit as I was previously informed by Wells Fargo. After waiting for 1 weeks for the funds to arrive in XXXX, I contacted Wells Fargo to enquire about the funds and tax withheld. I received the information that the funds were transferred to the correct account number in XXXX and that I have to patient for the money to arrive in XXXX. I was then told that I would have paid no tax at all if I had submitted the XXXX ( this conflicts with the prior information I was given that the withholding tax is 15 % ) and that now the withheld tax can only be claimed from the IRS, if I provide the XXXX form ( which previously never reached them! ) and a claim form to Wells Fargo. I was told this could take up to 2 months, but there is no guarantee that Wells Fargo is able to claim back the tax for me. 3 weeks after the transaction I still had not received any funds in XXXX. Upon checking by balance online, I saw that my account had been credited with $ XXXX, instead of $ XXXX that were initially transferred to XXXX XXXX Upon contact Wells Fargo customer services numerous times, I finally found out that they had erroneously transferred the funds in XXXX ( after converting from XXXX $ to XXXX ) and that my XXXX $ account in XXXX had rejected the XXXX transaction, as it 's only setup for XXXX XXXX The funds were re-credited to my Wells Fargo account in XXXX $ ( once again after converting from XXXX to XXXX $ ) which cost {$500.00} in fees. Wells Fargo then sent me a check with the balance, even though I told them and wrote them on numerous occasions that checks are not accepted in XXXX and that I can only deal with electronic funds transfers. Wells Fargo told me that they do n't care, this is their process/policy. After several more calls to the customer service hotline supervisors, they checked the recordings of our previous calls and confirmed that I was given the wrong information, and that it was their mistake. Again after numerous calls to the supervisors I have been told that they will not be able to reimburse the conversion fees ( {$500.00} ) which they caused by their mistake, and that they will not transfer the funds to my account in XXXX in XXXX $ as I requested and was promised from the outset. They would not even consider transferring the funds in XXXX at this point. I tried to deposit the check at XXXX different banks in XXXX, but both refused ( as I had told Wells Fargo from the beginning ). It is impossible to reach supervisors by name. Those that I previously talked to now refuse to talk to me. It is also impossible to reach anyone there at a reasonable time from XXXX. Almost every call-back is made late US time, which has meant me on the phone to Wells Fargo at XXXX in the morning! No amount of request from my side to call me in their morning ( my afternoon ) were considered. I have resent the required XXXX and claim form to Wells Fargo by registered mail, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, which according to the courier company arrived in US on XXXX. Wells Fargo however claim nothing had reached them.

Complaint: We are in CH XXXX Bankruptcy. We are making our monthly payments on an interest only loan of {$3600.00}. When the bank applies the payment it only applies, {$2600.00} in interest and {$530.00} in escrow. Where is the balance of {$450.00} going? It does not show on the activity since your last statement. It is not going towards Principal. But when I look at the Payment Summary it has Interest, {$3100.00} and Escrow, {$560.00} which equals my payment. Also the Trustee is making payments. These are showing as debits on our account, not credits. Where are these payments being applied. Also where is my interest payment from my Escrow Account from 2016? We also overpaid our property taxes and this also showed up as debits on our account. An incorrect Escrow Analysis was done an a distribution of over $ 6K was made to the trustee. Now after I requested an Escrow Re-Analysis our Escrow Account is now short, and now our house payment has risen to {$3700.00}. I placed a call to the bank and was told that a court order was issued for the $ 6K from the Trustee found out that was a lie. I called the bank several times they kept telling me I could not talk to them because I 'm in Bankruptcy. I have sent the bank two letters requesting an accounting of my account. I can not even get an accurate XXXX for my 2016 taxes.

Complaint: Please note, this complaint comes after multiple transactions that have been out of the norm of my usual experience with Wells Fargo. I do not have documentation for many of them, as I assumed I was not properly managing my account. I made a debit card payment for {$100.00} to XXXX late night XXXX/2017, my confirmation ( attached ) shows the payment was successful. Immediately after making the payment I checked my Wells Fargo online banking which showed the payment as pending and my available balance as {$310.00}. I also received an email confirmation from Wells Fargo, confirming the transaction. On the morning of XXXX/2017 ( today ), I checked my Wells Fargo account again, as I do every morning. It showed my balance as still {$310.00} but the transaction to XXXX was no longer there. I rechecked my XXXX account and the payment had still been posted. I called XXXX to confirm that nothing had gone wrong with my payment and they said everything with the payment was ok. I then proceeded to call Wells Fargo to see what the issue could be. I was informed by the telephone banker, that because XXXX had not submitted the item for payment, it had dropped off and credited back to my account. I stated that 1st, my balance had not changed from immediately after I made the payment to XXXX to today, when the item supposedly was credited back to my account and should have been XXXX more if the item was credited back, 2nd, from previous experience, an item has always sat in pending status for at least 5 business days before it has been credited back to my account. It has never dropped off the very next day. 3rd, when an item is pending but not paid there is always the original transaction and a reversal transaction showing the credit back to my account. My transaction history does not show any debit from or credit back to my account. This is XXXX of several seemingly deliberate attempts to cause my account to overdraft. Another creditor stated that their bank submitted a check to my bank which I do every month and it usually clears right away. This particular check, did not cleared for 5 days and conveniently on the day I decided to use the funds temporarily ( 6 hours ), Wells Fargo posted and immediately, returned the item for NSF. In previous instances, checks submitted to Wells Fargo had been processed overnight and held as pending to my account till the end of that banking day for which it came in. I always get the required funds into the account by the end of business. The last check I wrote never showed in my account as pending but showed the next day that it had been submitted the day before and returned for insufficient funds. Finally, I monitor my account activity multiple times daily with mobile and online banking. After most transactions, I check my account balance. Then on some days my balance changes without a transaction to account for change. It has always been explained that even thought the item showed as pending at the time of the transaction, the funds again were not " actually '' withdrawn from my account. I thought that was the purpose of using a debit card over a credit card. Funds are withdrawn or pending withdrawal and subtracted from my available balance immediately.

Complaint: My checking and savings account were levied a total of {$840.00} from my bank account. I was told by Wells Fargo that if I handled the problem the XXXX ( XXXX ) had with me, and the XXXX faxed Wells Fargo a release-of-levied-funds letter by XX/XX/2017, they would return said funds to my accounts. I handled my problems with the XXXX and they, in turn, sent Wells Fargo a fax to release my levied funds ; a fax for which the XXXX received a return confirmation fax from Wells Fargo, at XXXX on XX/XX/2017 with a " Withdrawal of Withholding Order # XXXX '', confirming they received that fax from the XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX Wells Fargo disregarded the release-of-levied-funds fax from the XXXX and sent those levied funds to them anyway. When questioned, the Wells Fargo legal department said they did n't receive the release-of-levied-funds fax from the XXXX until XX/XX/2017, which was past the XX/XX/2017 cut-off date. Wells Fargo told me those funds are gone and there 's nothing I can do to get them back. The XXXX faxed me the confirmation fax they received from Wells Fargo at XXXX on XX/XX/2017 ( included ) that proves when Wells Fargo received that release-of-levied-funds fax. The Wells Fargo legal department has lied to me and I have the proof! I keep being charged for overdraft protection for automatic payments that were in place, because Wells Fargo did n't return my money as they said they would! I have no money! I ca n't even feed my mother, for whom I take care of, and I 'm running out of gas in my car and I do n't know when I 'll get paid next. I have borrowed all I can from friends. I have all documentation from the XXXX ( including a voice message sent on XX/XX/2017 saying they faxed the release-of-levied-funds letter ) showing that a mistake was made on Wells Fargo 's part and nobody else 's.
