Please note this a request for a complete list of all possible errors, such as errors regarding failure to provide accurate information about loss mitigation options, foreclosure, or transfers of the servicing of your loans ; foreclosure activity against me that may violate the rules ; or any other error relating to the servicing of my loan.
Payment Errors : Wells Fargo failed to record full payments made for several months that I have repeated provided documentation for in the amount XXXX per month.
Your company did not properly credit the payment that I made for several months in the amount of {$760.00}. These payments should have been credited directly towards my mortgage /principal accounts.
Your company failed to credit the payment I made and provided proof / Bank statements / multiple copies, for a period of 6 months as of the date of receipt.
Escrow Errors : I have also been notified by XXXX, All credit bureaus and XXXX e.g., taxing authority, homeowner 's insurance company XXXX. That your company failed to pay the following expenses from my escrow account : Insurance Premiums As a result have been increased due to the inability to obtain the requested documents.
I believe that I am entitled to a refund of excess funds in my escrow account and I have not received them. Due to WFHM 's inability to provide written documentation I 've repeatedly requested.
Fee Errors : Your company incorrectly imposed 6 months ' worth of fees. Due to my inability to re-finance both my home and auto. This is a direct result of Wells Fargo Home Mortgages ' failure to report my mortgage to the credit bureaus, due to WFHM not filing the re-affirmation with the XXXX Courts.
Payoff Errors : Your company WFHM failed to provide an accurate mortgage payoff balance that I Requested from XXXX to XXXX.

WFHM in the multiple complaints to CFPB fail to supply any documentation requested. I find it disingenuous that WFHM provide absolutely no documentation requested to back up my bank statements, detailing payments. Again I will detail the information WFHM needs to provide to the XXXXDOJ and CFPB. Additionally regarding the XXXX denial, it is directly due to the fact that WFHM does not report my mortgage to the credit bureaus, thus dramatically lowering my credit score. The details of my requests are as follows. ( See below ).
Until this issue is completely settled, I will continue to state my demands which none have been met by any documentation from WFHM, just a time line of responses sent to CFPB, XXXXDOJ, XXXXSAG. Once again, I will state my intent and cause of actions moving forward.

Complaint: Wellsfargo flagged my account and took money from my account to cover a transfer that has been authorized by the owner of that account. My case and account has been handled very poorly. They overdrafted my account and I do not have overdraft protection on my account. Which reminds me, every 6 months i have had to call up wellsfargo and remove overdraft protection services because it keeps getting putting back on my account. Ive gone online to remove the service and ive had to call to remove the service 3 times. They collected on fees and charges they were not supposed to take and i have never been refunded those amounts. One time i got them to remove an overdraft that was never authorized and they said oh well we can only do this one time ... as if they were doing me a favor. Now they have my account on hold which again overdrafted me XXXX. They said it was to cover the suspicious transfer made to my account. Now they are making so XXXX difficult to get that overdraft off my account and give me back my money that was just deposited into my account for my car payment. Wellsfargo used that money to cover their overdraft they put on my account. I have done everything to settle this and so has the other person who transfered into my account. Theyve already spoke to that person and he authorized his payment to me. I want to close my account with wellsfargo but i want my money back that they took to cover an overdraft that wasnt supposed to be there in the first place.

Complaint: Over the past 10 years of home ownership my wife and I have had a mortgage with at least XXXX different lenders due to our mortgage being sold or refinanced. We have stayed in the same home in that time frame but have continually paid more than the minimum payment required with the goal in mind to pay more principle off our mortgage putting ourselves in a better financial position for future financial goals. Starting in XX/XX/2016, our current mortgage company, applied the overage of the payment we made as a credit to the following month 's payment of interest and escrow instead of applying the overage of the payment to principal for the XX/XX/2016 payment. As a result, our statement showed our payment itemization as 2 principle payments, 2 escrow payments, and 2 interest payments on the single statement in XX/XX/2016. This was very confusing at first because the second interest and escrow payments were not identified separately to show they were payments for the following month. I only discovered that upon calling to inquire about the statement. I realized at that point how important my record of payments was because there was nothing else to prove that I paid extra other than my record. ( the mortgage statement and my banking statement ) I informed the mortgage representative that I always want my overpayment to apply to the principle. The representative informed me that this was not an error on their part but simply a systematic software issue whenever there is a complete double payment on the mortgage. The representative then assured me that the issue was resolved and would not happen again. I was satisfied with the end of the conversation at that point. However, the same issue occurred again in XX/XX/XXXX of last year and 2 additional times after XX/XX/XXXX for a total of 4 times in 13 months. After speaking with at least 9 different representatives of the mortgage company including 2 different supervisors over 13 months, I have concluded that the mortgage company is incapable or unwilling to satisfy my needs as a customer. It seems to me that it should be basic good business practices for a mortgage company to apply all of any current months ' payment to the current month as it is paid in the current month to avoid any conflict. In other words, in my case payment should always apply to that months interest and escrow with all additional payment applying to principle. Applying any payment to any other month should only be done as agreed upon by both parties. My wife and I have never made such an agreement.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX To whom it may concern, It has been difficult the last three years attempting to pay our mortgage on time. Our daughter XXXX, was admitted to XXXX care at the University of XXXX 4 years ago for an XXXX. As a result of daily medical care for over 4 months we incurred a large amount of medical debt. This forced me to seek employment in another location in North Carolina. I accepted a position at XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX.
My family stayed behind to attempt to sell our house. In short we could not find a buyer. This area has experienced a significant drop in house values and ours was no exception. Eventually financially we could not maintain our credit while paying expenses for my life in XXXX NC and my families ' life in XXXX NC. We began to have to use credit to get buy and our thin financial health became worse.
The shuffling of bills began but we hung in and continued to pay our mortgage on time as we took pride in hanging in there. Eventually all the appliances failed in the house and we had to replace the built in microwave, washer, dryer, and refrigerator. In addition, the heat pump down stairs needed to be replaced along with the downstairs windows due to rot around the frames.
Currently the heat pump upstairs is broken and needs to be replaced. Both garage doors are broken. The carpets were so worn and decomposed ( carpet pad ) that we had to pull them up to reduce the XXXX. However, we could not afford to replace them with new carpet or hardwood flooring ( currently there are no floor coverings in the house, just exposed sub-floor ). In addition, the siding is XXXX ( hardi-plank I believe ). This surface is little more than cardboard. It has broken in several places on the outside of the house and all of the siding needs to be replaced. The dormers upstairs are rotted and need to be fully replaced. When we made a repair two years ago on the siding on the garage door - when the repairmen took the siding off we had to fully replace the XXXX 's on the garage frame due to dry rot.
We can no longer afford to not only pay the mortgage and second mortgage but we can not afford to repair the house to make it livable for us.
Our daughter had another XXXX set back in XX/XX/XXXX and we could not afford to get her the help she needed at the XXXX program due to the distance. She also had XXXX for another health issue in XX/XX/XXXX and in early XX/XX/XXXX she was diagnosed with XXXX. I can provide proof of each of these medical claims if need be. We continue to receive updated bills from XXXX and XXXX and over a {$300.00} balance is now in collection.
My wife currently works 5 days a week at a XXXX and I work during the day. It is a stressful situation to say the least. We are disappointed we have not been able to handle our financial obligations. It is extremely stressful situation and has been for several years. We have been working off a budget since XX/XX/XXXX. While we have cut expenses - with the health issues, mortgages and rent, and numerous expensive repairs that need to be made on the house we can no longer maintain either of our mortgages. We are asking for consideration from you for our financial circumstances.

Complaint: I am in the process of doing a deed in lieu and I am having a issue with the second mortgage Wells Fargo. I submitted paperwork to them that I had received from my first mortgage on XX/XX/2017 via fax. Instead of them reading the paperwork and acknowledging that it was a settlement offer from my first mortgage they removed me from their hardship program. I had to call them several times and have requested that they respond to the correspondence that was sent to them and advised myself and my first mortgage if they are going to accept the settlement offer. Since I sent the correspondence I have been assigned several representatives. The last one assigned to me XXXX, I sent her an email on XX/XX/XXXX to find out the status of the settlement offerr. She called me on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX and stated that she did not know the status but she would reach out to the processor and would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 8 business days since I spoke with her and have received no response. I also sent her an email for status on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX and no response as of this date. Why is it taking so long for them to agree to the settlement offer. This is the only thing that is needed for my first mortgage to conclude my deed in lieu.

Complaint: I was a wells Fargo customer for several years but my free checking account was never used, a teller pursuaded me to open one to save check cashing fees. One day after several months of no activity w/ my account I went inside to deposit a {$1000.00} check, I was told there was a problem w/ my account & was directed to an account manager, this guy was a complete XXXX, before anything was explained to me he was treating me like a comin thug very disrespectful, I started losing my patience with this XXXX then he blurted out loudly that my account is frozen due to being overdrawn, he said I will get a letter in the mail. So I left for home, checked the mail and to my surprise their was a letter from Wells Fargo that had a copy of XXXX checks each made for {$450.00} totaling {$900.00}, the name on the check was a XXXX from Alabama, the signature on the back looked like a woman signed it trying to cash them. What happened is some XXXX at Wells Fargo used my account XXXX to cash this XXXX from Alabama checks and my name is XXXX from XXXX Florida and my account number is nowhere close to this other guy, I have no clue how this could happen because I had no money in my account so how can they use it to cash somebody else 's checks? I have been up against a wall with these XXXX, I 've opened at least 5 fraud cases with Wells Fargo fraud department that always ends with " sorry we ca n't help you because it 's not your name on the checks '' they know this but it 's fine to use my bank account to cash this guys checks!! I ca n't even file a police report because the cops need more information. Wells Fargo has completely stone walled me, my name has been added to the fraud warning site, I ca n't open any bank accounts, it has damaged my reputation and has caused me much grief. This is a perfect example of why banks should never be to big look at how they treat people and GET AWAY WITH IT!!! I am beyond furious how incompetence runs rampant through wells fargo they should have to go through what they 've put me through, see if they act like it 's no big deal when it 's happeneing to them!!

once connected I ask for their documents and was told I open my account Online which I never do, cause I do n't trust online banking, I asked what department I transfer to? she told me is Law office for XXXX and will look into it and call me back once she finds or dismiss the claim had against me.
