Complaint: Wells Fargo has transferred an equity loan account without my consent or knowledge for what they claim was for administrative reason. This is a false statement as the loan in question, now account No XXXX was secretly transferred to release the tile of the primary mortgage prior to the home 's foreclosure in XX/XX/XXXX and was done so a year prior to said foreclosure all while Wells Fargo was supposedly working with me regarding a loan modification. Wells Fargo seemingly was looking to make good due to the outcry of predatory lending claims by millions of former Pick-a-payment customers. The loan type has since been outlawed and Wells Fargo settled a class action law suit, of which i opted out of, for millions upon millions of dollars, which equated to {$700.00} - {$1200.00} dollars per victim ( pennies on the dollar ). Wells Fargo was also found guilty of not modifying troubled home owners during the housing crises, me being one of them as i was denied on multiple occasions from XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX with one approval claiming to be a modification but was nothing more than baking back payments back into the loan without changing any note payment terms. with that said, Wells finally agreed in XX/XX/XXXX to work with me and modify my home as they should have done back in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX, so what did they do? well they did n't go back to see if i should have been approved back in XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX when I had a ton of debt and a hefty mortgage payment, instead they based my mod qualification on my current finical state, which had dramatically approved since I had stopped making my mortgage payments on a predictor loan in favor of paying all other upstanding credit grantors.Needless to say I was not approved for a home modification and Wells Fargo foreclosed on my primary home selling the home for 100K less than I was looking to pay in a modification.
My latest complaint was forwarded to Wells Fargo 's Executive Resolution Specialist XXXX XXXX, who I immediately identified a s a person with a predetermined position and was just looking to find only information that supported his narrative. I requested his removal directly with his supervision XXXX XXXX XXXX, as I felt his personal opinion was introducing a bias investigation. XXXX XXXX never returned my calls or responded to my many recorded requests left on her voicemail to remove and replace XXXX XXXX. Should this latest attempt fail to resolve this issue I will file a formal suit for punitive damages of a minimum of XXXX XXXX dollars.

FINALL Y, you have provided the fee schedule that I have been asking for the last 6 months. It now confirms my long standing issue that in addition to the {$16.00} fee for an incoming international wire ( per the fee schedule but waived for me as a premier customer ) there was another {$30.00} deducted from my XXXX transactions each that is NOT in your fee structure and thus UNAUTHORIZED and UNACCOUNTED. You again claim ( like XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX from your department ) that I should contact the intermediary bank. XXXX IS THE INTERMEDIARY BANK. You three " Senior Correspondence Specialists '' might learn from your junior colleagues a t WF ( " XXXX XXXX , my Branch Manager at the XXXX XXXX XXXX and a person in the wire department that clearly understand that WF is the Intermediary Bank and owe me an explanation ). On top of that, the three of you do not want to call me to clarify and instead keep sending me long winded responses in irrelevant and inaccurate self -praise of customer service hoping to bury the real issue. You could call XXXX XXXX to understand what I am asking for! But you do not want to do. So I have to believe there is a definite intentional effort not to respond to this issue of transparency by WF. You will not tire me out in pursuing this. I want to make sure this is not systematically happening at WF. With thousands of wire transfers thru WF per day, this charge could amount to millions of unauthorized collections from unsuspecting consumers. Problem with fees
Complaint: I had a secured credit card from wellsfargo.. I closed it in XXXX / XXXX / 2014 to many issues using card and eventhough I had XXXX dollars as deposit and was only able to use half the amount on card I was constantly getting fees. so I closed it and was told that everything would clear and account would be closed. instead they charged me XXXX I had fought them even got a letter stating it was cleared. it is still on my credit reports.. my letter from them was destroyed in hurricaine.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX , 2017 I went to my local Wells Fargo Bank in XXXX , XXXX , where I have a couple of accounts under th e name of XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX . XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX , XXXX , XXXX to transfer funds from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in XXXX to my account at Wells Fargo in XXXX XXXX XXXX , where I now live. I encountered a few challenges in making this transfer and it appeared that a wire transfer was the only method available to transfer the funds. I was in a bit of a hurry so I decided skip the path or wiring funds and just u se my Wells Fargo Credit card to get the {$6000.00} into my Wells Fargo Bank Account. A few days later I realized I was charged {$300.00} transfer fee for this transaction when I looked at my credit card statement, this was on Friday XXXX XXXX , 2017. I was shocked when I discovered this {$300.00} charge, I was not gi ven a percentage or dollar amount at the time the Wells Fargo Bank Teller assisted me with the credit card transf er of funds. Had I known the amount upfront, I would have elected to take a few more moments and arrange the wire transfer from the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at a fee of only {$30.00}. I called th e XXXX Wells Fargo C ustomer service number and they indicated I needed to go into the XXXX branch office to see about a credit or refund of this fee, which I did on Saturday, XXXX XXXX , 2017. I was told by the custo mer service representative, XXXX , after she spoke with the manager, tha t there was nothing that could be done since it was not a teller mistake. I told the customer service representative that I would like to pay off the {$6000.00} advance and have the {$300.00} fee removed. She said that was not an option, a payoff would not warrant removal of the fee. I beli eve Wells Fargo had an obligation to tell me the exact percentage an d the exact dollar amount associated with there credit card cash advance before this transaction occurred so I, as a consu mer, could make the appropriate financial decision. I honestly assumed that since it was a Wells Fargo Credit Card and I was a Wells Fargo Customer t he fee would be nominal, a few dollars. I have paid off this credit card and plan to close my account with Wells Fargo over this misunderstanding. I 've writte n the Vice President of Consumer Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX XXXX XXXX , and cc 'd the Governance Board of Wells Fargo, XXXX XXXX XXXX , and have not even received a acknowledgement e-mail in return. Large bureaucracies like Wells Fargo loos e touch with what good customer service means - it means being proactive, and having a desire to help your customers make the right financial decisions, even ones as simple as " giving the customer a heads up that the Wells Fargo credit card cash advance f ee might be significant and a wire transfer might be much less. '' In my mind, this was a teller error because there was no pro-activeness to provide me with sufficient information so I could make the right decision. Complaint: back in late XXXX early XXXX my wife and applied to refinance a home @ wells fargo in XXXX ohio. we were told all was approved and we had to just come and sign the papers, so we did. after we did the bank employee told us she would contact us the next day.we heard nothing and after several calls were told that we were not approved. after pulling my credit report several years later i found that a {$5000.00} credit card had been opened up in my name. it seems to have been paid for a few months and then not paid for a long time. now at is on my credit as pays as agreed but has been damaged my credit .i have just sent this info XXXX and i am waiting to hear back. i have not heard from wells fargo and i can not find the name of the legal team tacking care of this. any info on this would be appreciated. thank you.

It represented payment out of my XXXX ac count for reimbursement of XXXX medical expenses. The teller a nd manager at the Wells Fargo bran ch at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Florida insisted the company 's policy is to charge {$7.00} to cash a check drawn on Wells Fargo. This was after they required that I put my fingerprint on the cover of the check in addition to the XXXX forms of identification. So not only did they treat me like a common criminal being booked at a police station with the requirement of putting my finger in ink and then pasting my fingerprint on the face of a check but they also wanted to charge me an excessive fee to recover the funds from a Wells Fargo a ccount of our XXXX medical administration firm.

Complaint: My wife and I file a application for mortgage assistance/modification thru Wells Fargo for we were unable to maintain a {$1600.00} monthly payment which has now been raised to {$1900.00}, for I have retired some two years ago, and now living on a pension and social security and my wife receives XXXX with a net income just over {$70000.00} and we still have XXXX XXXX children living at home attending XXXX XXXX of which XXXX are XXXX getting ready to enter XXXX of which was well defined in my application and my wife 's XXXX was defined and pointed out in the application. The first application was filed on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and the sender was XXXX XXXX XXXX Home Preservation Specialist XXXXXXXX XXXX or faxXXXX, and the letter stated based on the documentation that I had provided that my monthly income before taxes, and other deductions was adequate to make this monthly payment. Upon learning the decision I placed a call to XXXX XXXX and his advise was to file again, and on XX/XX/XXXX I filed another application to the same person only to receive on XX/XX/XXXX the same response that we had adequate monies to make this payment of which had been raised to XXXX monthly of which XXXX never made reference to that figure only the {$1600.00} which led me to believe that he had never read the second application. Our financial monthly income/expenses clearly pointed out that we were not able to continue with this large of a payment when all we need was just to modify the loan of which we have a {$28000.00} balance against a home that appraises just over {$180000.00} per Wells Fargo. I hope you can help with this injustice against XXXX XXXX XXXX of which one is XXXX.

Complaint: In XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo finally approved a Loan Modification loan and to transfer mortgage into my name. My Step Father passed away in XXXX XXXX . Since XXXX i have tried getting the mortgage transferred into my name as I have lived in the home from the date of purchase and paid all mortgage payments. In XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo denied transferring the mortgage into my name due to my credit score. In XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo filed Foreclosure on my home stating payments were not made from XXXX XXXX and on although the payments were made but Wells Fargo had return the payments. Regardless I was told i could apply for loan modification which I had in XXXX XXXX XXXX . Since Wells Fargo has done everything possible to not approve the loan modification but i would not give up. Wells Fargo has continue to question the property deed as it has been in my name prior to my Step Fathers passing. Wells Fargo should have transferred the mortgage into my name back in XXXX when i first requested under the Garn-Saint Germain Depository Institution Act because of being on the deed. Regardless was not done nor could I afford a lawyer to assist me which has allowed Wells Fargo to be unethical and take advantage. However finally in XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo approved the loan modification with first payment of {$580.00} due on XXXX XXXX XXXX . I have paid every mortgage payment ontime. On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , Home Preservation Specialist with Wells Fargo called me stating there was issue with the deed again. However she did not tell me what the issue was but that i needed to fax to her the deed where the property was transferred into my name. I did fax XXXX XXXX the requ ested documents. During the first week of XXXX XXXX XXXX supervisor called me stating there was issue with deed but did n't explain the issue therefore added their title company clerk into the phone conversation. I believe their title company is American Title. This person was very rude and ask why the deed was transferred prior to my step fathers passing. He was inferring i was being dishonest. He stated there was error with the deeds parcel ID prior to my step fathers passing therefore any deed processed after his death was voided. I asked him and Wells Fargo to send me in writing the error so I could bring it to a lawyer for rewiew. I never received any documents explaining the error and continued to get threats from Wells Fargo if I do not file probate documents they will go forward with foreclosure. Probate is not required for many reason 's but Wells Fargo is trying to find any reason to foreclose on my home. On XXXX XXXX XXXX I faxed to XXXX XXXX all of the deeds filed on my home including the deed from the day we purchased the home as well as statement on Polk County Florida property records. It stating two different acceptable parcel ID expressions. The county clerks office displays parcel ID 's one way and the appraisers office another way. Therefore there is no error on the parcel ID 's which their title company should be aware. However on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX called me stating the documents I sent were not acceptable and when I ask what was the issue she would not tell me told me i needed to file probate documents or they will foreclose on my home. Wells Fargo has copy of my step Fathers last will and testimony where he leaves and property to my Mother who was on the property as well. Therefore probate is unnecessary as well as prior to his passing only my Mother and I were on the deed. Wells Fargo is not following any laws and willy-nilly making up reason 's not to transfer the home into my name. Wells Fargo has also charged to the mortgage legal cost and other cost for the foreclosure that should have not been filed. Wells Fargo should have transferred the mortgage into my name back in XXXX when first requested. They should be held accountable for such clear

Complaint: I purchased a piece of jewelry from a store in XXXX and they provided a 15 month no interest loa n from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX . I paid starting in the first month and had all but {$900.00} of the {$12000.00} paid off in 15 months and was about to make the last payment when I got a bill for {$3400.00} in interest. My understanding from the salesperson was that I would have a high interest rate on any unpaid balance like every credit card I have and I have very good credit. Unfortunately the fine type says you are charged interest on the entire amount of the loan even if you only owe a little. I have never heard of a credit card that works this way. I paid it off and would be ok with the interest on the unpaid balance but wells fargo is charging interest on funds I paid over 15 months ago. They offered me a 15 % discount if I paid immediately today. This still cost me {$3000.00} in interest on a loan that was paid off. This ca n't be fair business practice
