Complaint: I received a letter from the Internal Revenue Service regarding a settlement of {$16000.00} from Wells Fargo , NA on XXXX 2014. Th is should have been reported on m y 2014 t axes. I have not been able to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by phone or email. I did forward an email to the Department if Justice last week since they did oversee XXXX XXXX activities.

Complaint: I went to Wells Fargo to refinance my debts because I had lost my job and my income had substantially decreased. Instead of consolidating my debts they convinced to take out a new credit card. They told me to put down my previous income ( I was unemployed ) and the loan officer said " Because your probably going to find a job soon ''. My debt continued to get worse and worse and then they gave my son a credit card saying I could use that too. All together I think I had 6 Wells Fargo bank accounts and three credit cards. When my debt finally got to be more than I could handle, I could no longer pay. Then Wells Fargo sued me in court. I could n't afford an attorney so I attempted to represent myself. Now my credit is destroyed and I 'm starting all over again. <P/>I wish they had just helped me refinance my debt.

Complaint: I inherited my mothers house when she passed in XXXX XXXX . I have since been trying to assume the loan and the bank will not talk to me because I 'm not on the loan. I have submitted all the documents i.e. death certificate, will and probate papers from the court as well has the executor has contacted them also. I have been trying to deal with this for over a year..I have been living in the residence and paying the mortgage on this property since XXXX in XXXX XXXX I was laid off from my job and called the bank to make payment arrangements but again the bank wo n't talk to me since i 'm not on the loan. They keep telling me they are reviewing my paperwork. Now they sent foreclosure papers and I am still trying to get resolution I contacted their attorney the beginning on XXXX and they gave me the number for the home preservation dept. and I am now going through the same hassle all over again. I never talk to the same person it 's always someone different and I have to explain the whole story every time its like the first time I talk to them every time. Since XXXX XXXX XXXX I have tal ked to 3 different depts and 6 different people I was told I have a representative to handle my situation but I can never talk to that person nor have they contacted me.

Complaint: I have had a credit card with Wella Fargo for more then 8years they closed my account without informing me and without explaination of the reason they closed my account. There was fraudulent activities on my joint account in the amount of {$10000.00} dollars the checks was cashed in a branch office. The reason they cut off my credit card was due to them closing the joint account which they stated they was still investigating. They have runied my life by closing accounts I took time to build and when I reported fraud they refuse to properly investigate cash coming from out of a branch. I need help taking them down.

Complaint: I use an account service called XXXX to help out with my funding - which is fine and great! Until WellsFargo dec ides to hold on to my transactions instead of sending and updating them live as they happen and actually even putting them in orders other than they actually occurred ( which is a whole other complaint ). But whe n WellsFargo holds on to the transactions, it does n't allow my account with XXXX to update - causing me financial burdens! So far it 's been on hold since the XXXX and I 've had to manually update my account with XXXX because of this delay of data fro m WellsFargo. It should be posted and updated as the transactions occur, not several days later. The attached image shows the recent transaction that occurred on the XXXX that XXXX was unable to see 2 days later because of the lack of updating my info.

Complaint: I set up an online money transfer to my friend from my Wellsfargo checking account by using its XXXX function. On XXXX I got a letter from the bank informing me that " You have canceled a payment to ( my friend name ) ... '' which I never did. I am currently out of the country for business trip until XXXX , so I had to make three international calls today ( XXXX - XXXX , XXXX , XXXX XXXX ) talking to Wellsfargo customer service and online fraud dept trying to find out what was going on. I gave them my bank account, SSN, online banking user name and answered couple questions they asked, then I was told based on the information I provided the only way I can do is to go to a Wellsfargo branch with my picture ID and then call them again. I informed them my situation ( out of the country until XXXX ) and ask if any other info such as passport/driver License etc. I can provid e to prove my identity or I can even go to the nearby US Embassy if needed, however they insisted that the only way they can help me is that I go to a Wellsfargo branc h. I feel frustrated and asked for the info of whoever in charge of the online fraud dept or talk to different dept to solve the problem, however the supervisor ( XXXX , XXXX ) told me their dept is the only one and they already put a notice on my account so even if I talk to any other depts they will transfer me back to online fraud dept, so the only way they can help is, again, go back to US, find a Wellsfargo branch, show a personal banker my picture ID, and ask that person to call online fraud dept. Something wrong here. Understand that Wellsfargo try to protect customers ' interest, but not no flexibility with rude attitude. If this is Wellsfargo policy, a wrong policy. I will not stop my critical business trip to go back to US now just f or a {$1500.00} online transfer. I will just use my account from another bank to do it. Yes, I will still go to a local Wellsfargo branch after I go back to the States, but what I will do is just cancel all my 4 accounts with Wellsfargo.

Complaint: around XXXX , I had a mortga ge with wells Fargo, th e property address is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX , in XXXX I lost my job I had difficulty to make payment on time and I had tried to work with the company to keep my house after 15 years occupying it, they refused and they make to me a short sale telling me they would forgive all the difference that they would sell the house for, and I had no other choice than to accept it, while the short sale that they offered me in process, they filed a foreclosure which I fought to get the short sale though, on XXXX XXXX , XXXX , the process was done and went though, after that, because I no longer had the house, I went to the Post Office and bought a mailbox, just after I did that, Wells Fargo sent me a letter telling me that they saw I changed my address so they will update my address for my account, so I called them reminding them that I no longer had any business with them, they told me that it was a mistake on their part, after a while, I went overseas and I forgot to pay my mailbox before I left, so when I returned, the Post Office already sold my mailbox and gave another box number, once they found out that my mailbox number changed, they sent a letter telling me the same thing, and I called them again, they told me it was a mistake, so I forgot everything, not too long ago, this time, I received a an email from them telling me due to the security, they wanted me to update my informations regarding my mortgage, and called them, they told me again that was a mistake, so I have gone too much with this matter, and lately I saw on the news that they had opened accounts on people name without their knowledge, this is raison why I am filing this complaint, thank you very much
